The rooms were clean.
Their was no parking on the facility, we had to find parking on the street.
room was nice and clean and modern
neighborhood where motel was located and the parking is awful you may have to park on the street and walk in a sketchy neighborhood theres only 5 parking spaces on the the hotel property it sucked the staff is not friendly at all
rooms are big with new tv
front office stuff seamed very unmotivated, also its very unpersonally to handle reception after a big glas wall. no signs "do not disturb", when i asked for one they told me they don*t have. so be prepared when housekeeping knocks the door when you are sleeping.. how should they know? ;) sad, that they don*t use the chance to make this hotel lovely
Remote on TV was hard to navigate when we asked for help it was clear we were a big pain for them , very unfriendly . In a bad part of town did not feel safe
At first, I felt the room is clean and nice, but after a few days I found dirty hair on my bed after house keeping.
It is very cold in the room, the air conditioner does not work. The room's door can not lock inside. We told the stuff we do not need housekeeping, but she still get into the room.
poor parking but a decent place to stay, the front desk was nice enough to call me in my room to park in a free open spot. would stay here again, 2 min. driving distance to downtown
They did not have parking for my car.
So the room was great, we had a king suite and shared with two older children who slept on the pull out bed. the room was spacious, had a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. The location was only a mile and a half or so from the L.A. convention center so travel there was quick and no hassle. Overall a good place if you are looking for cheap rates and a close proximity to the convention center.
Upon arrival we parked in the back of the building and went to check in, the front desk woman said we couldn't park there because someone else had purchased all 6 of the spots for use. We didn't even know it was an option. The front desk woman was not exactly friendly, she was blunt and unperson-able. We left the room for out event and then returned later that night having to park on the street in a not so great neighborhood. Parking was not good, but we did get lucky in finding a spot not too far away. The room was okay, the walls needed paint and the carpet in the hallways was installed badly. But the room was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaints were the lack of customer service with the front desk, the street parking and the outward appearance of the building.
Fantastic Rooms!! Bed was comfortable, TV's were great, location was perfect. Staff was always friendly and helpful!! Rooms were always kept super clean! Will stay again next year!!!
Only a mile from Marathon start line. No street noise.
Left my phone charger in room and when I called about it was told not found. Someone had been in my room while I was out. I know this because the air conditioner was turned off when I returned.
Room was reasonably clean and nice looking.
To get from Staples Center to Staples Center Inn on foot, one wades about a mile though urine and garbage. Bullet-proof glass at check-in counter is always encouraging. Receptionist was unfriendly. Checkout 11am-12pm (on booking.com) means 11am, grudgingly extended to 11:30am. No bathroom fan.
Very clean , quite , nice size rooms.
Coffee was nasty and tasted old . One of the woman staff were very rude. She came out yelling to my husband about his parking job . He was parked 2 inches from the wall , she told him he was stupied and didn't have a brain and that he made her loss 3 customers ! And he would have to pay for the loss if it happens again ! I was very disappointed ! I really liked this hotel untill this happend an planed to stay here the 5 x a year we go . But not any more !
Very close to bus station
Quite far from attractions
The room was nice
I feel unsafe in this area. If you are going to be with car so everything is perfect.
Quiet. Crean and cozy.
One of the stuffs was rude. Noisy air conditioner.
-ambiance with the persons working there -questions with no answers for informations concerning the room or the environment - the corridors were dirty - fridge was dirty
The room has been updated and was mostly clean.
There are six parking spaces in a very small "parking lot" behind the hotel. If you are not "lucky" enough to be allowed to use one of these spaces, there is no where else to park. The three employees I dealt with were all very rude. If I could have checked out without penalty, I would have!
Room was set-up nicely. Quality and cleanliness in general of the room was a job well done.
The front desk man did his job, but I did not find him to be warm/welcoming. On a heatwave night, the staff did not think of the courtesy/customer service to turn the A/C on before my arrival, so my room was unbearably hot to start and I had to leave the room for awhile to let it cool down ;( Also, the A/C unit does not have an auto temp button so control is limited (either super or low cool). A very disturbing problem was the doors to the rooms are not constructed with quality, consequently they bang loudly upon closing such that you can hear the entry/exits of neighboring guests.
wifi isnt stable
The rooms were clean and nicely remodeled the beds were so comfortable. Great location from the Staples Center.
Absolutely no parking I the rear 4 spots with one way in& out very tight. Not to far from a homeless park. Do not walk around this neighborhood at night
Staff was wery helpful & friendly, & it was really nice to chat with them. There was alloved to drink our own wines at the hotel terrace, we spend nice evening there =)
Neighborhood was kind of scary at nights... Sofa-bed was terrible to sleep on, besides bed was indeed wery comfortable!
It's very clean and nice room good value for money
