1. Arriving to check in, there was nothing stating that they also charge your card $100.00 deposit. Along with the $102.00 for the room. 2. The staff which I think are the owners are very rude, and barely speak English, they do not even greet you. 3. There is absolutely no where to park, we had to park almost a mile away on a street and walk to the hotel. 4. If you get the queen bed hotel room, it is very very small def. not worth the $102.00 spent. 5. Customer service was terrible. 6. The only thing they have to offer you is coffee, there is nothing more and its a very very small "lobby" 7. Location is very sketchy, bums sleeping everywhere. After having to walk almost a mile to the hotel from where we could finally find a place to park it was scary walking back at night.
Bed was comfortable

No parking place for a SUV, it was hard to find a place to park in the street.

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The hard wood floor was nice. The TV channel selection sucked. We got a suite and only one TV worked. To park you had to go down a very narrow way which led you to about 6 parking spaces, luckily it wasn't busy. I'd stay here again.

Staff was lacking at the front desk overtime i went downstairs.
The fake brick wall is a brilliant design touch.

The man at the counter wasn't too happy, but wasn't mad either.
The location of this Inn and the outside are a bit dingy, but once you step into the room you will be amazed.

location, warm staff, bathroom, etc.

The area is a little shady. We got to park in the back which was a really tight spot. It was difficult to get out of. I recommend parking only a compact car there.
Comfy, clean bed. The man working the counter was very nice and helpful.

front office stuff seamed very unmotivated, also its very unpersonally to handle reception after a big glas wall. no signs "do not disturb", when i asked for one they told me they don*t have. so be prepared when housekeeping knocks the door when you are sleeping.. how should they know? ;) sad, that they don*t use the chance to make this hotel lovely
rooms are big with new tv

Remote on TV was hard to navigate when we asked for help it was clear we were a big pain for them , very unfriendly . In a bad part of town did not feel safe
December 29, 2014
It is very cold in the room, the air conditioner does not work. The room's door can not lock inside. We told the stuff we do not need housekeeping, but she still get into the room.
At first, I felt the room is clean and nice, but after a few days I found dirty hair on my bed after house keeping.

They did not have parking for my car.

Upon arrival we parked in the back of the building and went to check in, the front desk woman said we couldn't park there because someone else had purchased all 6 of the spots for use. We didn't even know it was an option. The front desk woman was not exactly friendly, she was blunt and unperson-able. We left the room for out event and then returned later that night having to park on the street in a not so great neighborhood. Parking was not good, but we did get lucky in finding a spot not too far away. The room was okay, the walls needed paint and the carpet in the hallways was installed badly. But the room was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaints were the lack of customer service with the front desk, the street parking and the outward appearance of the building.
So the room was great, we had a king suite and shared with two older children who slept on the pull out bed. the room was spacious, had a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. The location was only a mile and a half or so from the L.A. convention center so travel there was quick and no hassle. Overall a good place if you are looking for cheap rates and a close proximity to the convention center.

Left my phone charger in room and when I called about it was told not found. Someone had been in my room while I was out. I know this because the air conditioner was turned off when I returned.
Only a mile from Marathon start line. No street noise.
