The suite was excellent, everything I expected and more. Those planning to stay at the resort should be aware that the suite is about all that is included in the daily rate. Internet is extra (10$ per day, ouch), any kind of room service is extra, use of most of the on-resort facilities are extra, there is even a charge to take out your garbage.

I really like the pool desing and the hot tub in the room. I have stayed there once a year in the last three years. It was a little to pricy this time. I also didn't like that I was supposed to have a washer and dryer in my room according to the site and there was not one in the room.

I loved our apartment style 'suite'. I love the jacuzzi and definitely loved having a kitchen/living area. I liked the staff, they were always prompt and we always received a call from the desk asking if we were pleased with our service. I didn't like the bed/pillows. Our sheets didn't fit our bed and continuously came off while sleeping. The pillows were lumpy and not very comforting. I used the small living room pillows instead.

Nice facility. Spa was good. Eating options were limited. (Microwaved hamburgers and boiled hot dogs were quite pricey). Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Location The morning we were checking out I opened the room door to take some of my items to the car and tripped over a large Rubbermaid type tub positioned right out side to the left of my room door. I walked right into it and was lucky I didn't fall. The hallway was very narrow. Also the ice machine was not working with an old out of order signed taped to it so we had to walk across the parking lot to the next building for ice.When I complained to the manager I was informed that is was common practice for these tubs to be left outside the room on the day of departure. He made notes of the ice machine and thanked us for our input. That was it!! Also the bed was rock hard and the pools (that are not heated) were 1/2 block away from our room. Beware Folks! Stay somewhere else....

My husband and I liked everything about the resort. We were very impressed with all the kid friendly activities as well as the adult activities...we loved how we could go from the serene setting by the lake to all out night life by the pool and bar..

All around fantastic deal for the price and location of Kissimee,FL. You can not get any more space and convenience for the price, especially in such a centralized location. We have stayed a few times now and really enjoy the area. Some buildings are some what older and do not feature elevators(even though its only three levels, it still stinks trying to carry luggage up the stairs). Water pressure in these buildings is also not great(due to the ultra-low flow heads).
