You have your own little kitchen . It will save you some money especially breakfast cost.

There was no elevator , placed us on the third floor with young kids , so much stuff to carry back and forth from the car . Hopefully next time they will consider this prior choosing a room for a guest . Otherwise the place was very clean , it compensates .

It was well located for all the main attractions. The complex was very pretty and well maintaned. The suites were well priced and very large. There were great facilities in the rooms.

The gym, although large and well equipped was not well maintained and many of the machines were damaged or broken. In particular 2 running machines were very jerky and could be dangerous. The recepton staff were very poor. One day I was asking for simple directions and there were 5 staff there who appeared to be doing nothing and it took a while for any of them to respond. However, as it was a self catering suite we did not have to rely on the staff for much and when we had a problem with our water it was resolved very quickly. This hotel is not well geared for international visitors as we were unable to make international calls or use the internet computer using a foreign credit card. Although WIFI is available for free if you have laptop

Liked the Room and the environment. Liked the daily entertainment. Loved the photographer on site. Loved the Spa treatment on site.

If you wanted more towels you had to pay for it. Charging for local calls. Not having an onsite resterant. Did not like that with the couples spa treatment that they seperate the jacuzzi enjoyment for males and females but don't have a co-ed jacuzzi that couples can enjoy together.

its very relating, they have alot to do at this location. location to shop, attraction, etc is great

The space, comfort, great facilities,the cleanliness of the rooms, excelent location near of everything. I prefer and recomend 100% to the stay at Star Island over Gaylord Hotel.

I would change the pillows; all other places usually have feather down pillows. The other thing that I would change is the way the staff approaches the customer regarding the Time Share conference or presentation; in my personal experience, I was not inform that it was for a Time Share nor the time that it would take to complete the same, I have a spine ilness condition and I was schedule for Friday July 10th, I was already beginning to feel sick during the night and on that morning I had high fever, chills and pain on my back and neck. The lady that called me from the front lobby was very nice and had great customer skills but fail to inform how long it really takes to finish this conference, by the time that we started the first part the video; the counselor notice that I was not feeling good, she told us that it was going to take even more extra time, approximately 1 1/2 hour or more to go over every details. I explain to her my spine condition and that I was sorry but I couldn't stay for so long, when my pain starts I cannot sit,stand or walk for long periods, I need to lay down and rest. It looks like she didn't beleive or understand my spine ilness, because she keept on saying that she just came from one week of absent because she caught something from another customer and she didn't want to get sick again and loose another week of work; I explain that it was not a contagious disease or virus, but she just took our paper to the front desk and told the lady at the front desk that she was not able to proceed because I was sick, there was NO... "Thank you, for coming in" or "Hope you feel better, good bye" even worst NO ride back to the lobby were I was pick-up or at least to the building were I was staying at, she didn't have any considerations,she should know that with spine problems it affects more walking.

elevators in the hotel didnt have the a/c working, the room was to far from the pool area we have to drive to go to the pool

Las instalaciones son confortables, la ubicacion cerca a parques, los apartamentos son bastante completos y confortables.

Al hacer la liquidacion de pagos, nos cobraron 100 dollares de llamadas, solo de tax ... me parece un exceso el cobro, efectivamente esto lo avisan en Ingles en una carta pero las llamadas que hicimos fueron a celulares locales en orlando.. En elmismo estado, nos pareci'o una exajeracion!!! He comentado elcaso y todas las personas coinciden en el concepto.de otra parte quisimos usar el fax o scaner y la ayuda para efectuar el pago y hacer usode esto fue nula, consideramos que en un hotel q reciben personas de todas las culturas y paises debe contar con personas dispuestas a ayudar al turista, aunque el trato en general es aceptable no es dirigido al turista, insistimos que la liquidacion de llamadas fue una desagradable sorpresa.
