Friendliness of staff. New TV. Basic free breakfast.
Very low toilet that wobbled - not bolted down. Sheets too small for the beds. Only 2 sets of towels and there were 3 in our party and only enough coffee for 2. Wash hand basin heavily stained and cracked. Bath mat was grey instead of white. Bedside lamp broken and no hairdryer. Poor value for money.
The staff was very friendly.
Room smelled. Carpet dirty. TV programming terrible
The room was clean and freshly vacuumed. The bathroom was also clean. The motel was easy to get to and convenient as we were in Bennington for a family get together.
Not very good TV reception and very few channels. Also the coffee had not been replenished from prior guests. Rooms were clean but had a musty smell (it is an older motel so I was not surprised).
Canvenient, clean, good price
A bit worn. Could use an updating
The breakfast was great. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
I found the bed a bit hard so didn't sleep as well as I do at home.
Had a problem with the hot water in shower 1st morning. Mentioned it to staff. Was fixed immediately. Staff was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone
Wish that the driveway lights and building lights stayed on later. Very easy to drive by motel at 11:30 pm because of no lighting
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Good size rooms, mini-fridge. Bathroom very poor.
Otherwise the bed was firm but comfortable
Motel room smelled bad
Dirty rugs. Uncomfortable beds.
The bed was small and uncomfortable. Furnishings and interior was shabby. Certainly not worth the rate we were charged.
The owner was very helpful with my 1am call because I was lost. Was not upset by it at all. I had put I was going to be checking in at that time. They seem very nice, trying to make a go out of an out of the way place.
The rugs were quite dirty and the twin bed had no blanket besides the thin bedspread. Luckily the heat was adjustable because it got cold.
Nothing...terrible property. I want money back
Horrible...worn out peeling wallpaper...I want money back Did not even feel safe
the people the quiet the internet the location the vt. air
wish i could have stayed longer
Advertised wi fi but the only availability wasn't in the rooms outside 10 pm in the rain Skimpy cheap towels Stains on the bed cover Bed was suppose to be queen but looked like a full size Tv did not have channel guide
Cost was not bad. Motel may be outdated, but maintained well.
Bring your own pillows! Those provided were more like pads than pillows. I folded mine in thirds and my wife and I still spent the night trying to take the other's pillow in order to get comfortable. But that was the biggest problem we faced, so no big deal!
TV WAS TERRIBLE, ROOM WAS OLD DOWN HILL FROM THERE.
It had a retro feel because it hasn't been updated in decades. Cozy, good location, old school paneling, clean, safe, warm, nice staff (mom & pop kind of place) & pretty friendly.
Carpet and wall paper a bit stained, cheap toiletries, cheap sheets. Rate $100 for a $45 dollar (quality) room.
Very friendly staff
The staff was friendly on check in.
While the bathroom was very clean, the toilet didn't flush. We had to take the top off and do it manually. The room was terribly musty/moldy smelling. It was hard to breath in there. I actually considered going to sleep in the car! I had made the reservation for 3 adults. When I checked in, the slip had 2 adults noted on it, so I had the staff correct it. When our son arrived at 11:30 and pulled back the bedspread, we discovered that there was only a bottom sheet on his bed-- no top sheet, and no blanket. The lights were out in the office, so there was no one to call to ask for more, at that point. The sheets on the other bed were very old, albeit clean. The blanket on the other bed was a worn relic from the 60s. The pillows were probably 40 years old, too. The carpeting was dirty and old and musty. We couldn't wait to get out of there! To pay $123 for that room was ridiculous.
for the price,it was perfect
pillows where a little flat
The staff there were very helpfull. if we needed anything they got it fast. we loved the fact that it was more out in the country instead of being in the city.
Pleasant and quiet . Breakfast was available
Wi fi was stated as available but no info was avail at check in nor avail in room
location fitness facility breakfast availability
Homely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast
Some bulbs missing in room. WiFi ok if you roamed around in front of parking area.
