Nothing at all

The room had mice in it No remote control for the TV. The microwave had been burnt out and there was macaroni on the wall. If I had seen that mouse before I went to sleep, I would have been out of there, but I didn't see him until the next morning. There was no where to hang up any clothes. All clothes had to be thrown on the table.

First they gave us a smoker room even though I booked a non-smoker room. They however changed it after I complained. The description of the motel said that they can provide a shuttle from Newark airport, but they didn't and they didn't even respond to my email, so I had to pay extra 70,-USD for a taxi from the airport. The photos of the room provided on booking.com are not real!!! The room looks very worn out and not maintained in reality. The carpet is dirty, the TV had a broken channel button so it was very difficult to change channels. No breakfast provided. For that money? Never again!!! A hostel room in central America looks much better and for better money!!!

It was one of the worst experiences I have endured at a lodging. It is poorly maintained . The room lacked the microwave oven advertised and the air conditioner was in poor repair making th e roomier uncomfortable. Towels were poor and other amenities non existent. In short it is a pit.

La verdad que por el precio el hotel respondio bien

1) L'insécurité : notre porte de chambre ne fermait même pas, si ce n'est avec le petit locker qui laisse la porte s'entrouvrir pour voir qui est derrière la porte... Mais même lui ne semblait pas bien résistant. Le reste de la serrure était cassé. 2) L'odeur : MAlgré une chambre non fumeur, l'odeur de cigarette et de chien mouillé emplissait toute la pièce. 3) L'accueil: Le minimum syndical. 4) L'interrupteur de la salle de bain pendait, laissant les fils électriques apparaître (heureusement nous n'étions pas avec des enfants) 5) Le bruit: Insonaorisation lamentable, on entend les gens de la chambre du dessus marcher, sans parler des allers-et venues de l'extérieur.

Not so much , but its okay for few hours stay a night .

The forceful shower _!

Broken drawers (no bottom); no hangers, no coffee, no tea, no drinking water, toilet paper was on the bathroom floor (the holder was broken); brown colored dirt (shit?!) on the bathroom wall; bedside lamp is missing (someone stole it? There was a hole on the wall where the lamp was supposed to be); both the security lock and the normal lock on the door were broken (we could not lock the door while sleeping); the air conditioner was not working, room smells awful, both chairs have disgusting stains on the covers…couldn’t believe this is a hotel in a first world country! We booked this hotel from booking.com as we trusted booking.com so much for the quality of the hotels which can get on to this website.

Da wir mit derUnterbringung sehr unzufrieden waren, haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert. Die Dame hat uns kostenlos in ein teureres/besseres/saubereres des gleichen Besitzers umgebucht. Daher wars dann ok.

Wo soll man da nur anfangen? Der Teppichboden war verdreckt und nicht gesaugt. Die Wände waren dreckig. Wir hatten Ameisen und Haare im Bett. Es hat unangenehm gerochen. Die Lichter gingen bis auf eines nicht, daher war es fast ganz dunkel. Es herrschte eine unangenehm laute Geräuschkulisse vor, v.a. durch die Dauergäste mit vielen Kindern. Die Straßengegend ist auch nicht die beste, v.a. nachts.
