?????????? Run away!!!
Tv doesn't work room totally old stuffs poor and old furniture.
Free wifi, good location
Furnitures are not so great, the AC looks pretty worn and dirty.
Mold under the bathroom sink. I wiped up a small leak in the bathroom and the tissue came up black. A hole in the wall had been stuffed with tissues. I booked a king and the room had a regular sized bed.
The location is very nice.
The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. Its very expensive, no value for money.
Bugs in bed, horrible night, impossible to sleep, with a lot of bites on all the body; Owner doesn't care, and knows the problem at least about the room "12", and refunded the one night remaining to pass and already paid. So, in addition of health problem, I've had to move to another hotel, losing time !!!
pro: good location, bed pretty clean. had fridge (microwave in some)
con: feels dirty, door and floor is old, furniture is old. staff was not super friendly. wifi very slow if signal could be reached.
Next to a nice clean Mall
Rooms are terrible - dirty and tired
- The motel is at a good place - you can park for free, there are not so many slots, though - there are restaurants close by
- dirty - the guy at the reception is not very friendly - I think it is very expensive compared to the quality you get
The room was not like its picture on web site.
1.The manager was VERY RUDE. 2. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. 3. We never even got a thank you just a dirty look when we checked out at 5:30 am. 4. Parking on site was a joke, there was a place for a few cars but no actual parking spots so that was advertised incorrectly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Staff wasn't very friendly
Cheapest night's sleep in this expensive location.
hard beds, rude front desk lady
It was quiet.
The parking. Not enough wall outlets and power strips on the floor. Doors hard to open and shut. No working soda or snack machines.
nasty dissgusting place
Reception lady extremely helpful, even lent us a dollar ,thank you - great location for UK consulate
The man at the front desk was extremely fresh and inappropriate. The property was very run down and grimy. This is the worst hotel/motel experience I have ever experienced.
Attitude of proprietor was unhelpful
Location is good, price is fair. They are ok with late check out I guessed it's some kind of promotion coz the place always has rooms left.
Bed bugs. I got 6, 7 bites on my arm and the man at the counter refused acknowledging that and even blaming me for bringing the bugs since noone have complained yet. I traveled a lot for work and stayed in several hotels look at my records and never had to complain about anything in general and bed bugs in particular till now. Basically I am the most easy going guest. The bites sting and stay there for days if not weeks and the man who probably the owner refused to do anything about that and basically calling me a liar, that I scratched myself so I can get free room. I took some picture for records. My arm was perfectly clean and after a night sleeping at his place I woke up at 7 and felt itchy and saw those nasty red spots. I checked out earlier than planned and brought up the issues to the person at the counter. He basically walked away, refused to look at the bites and kept hinting I am lying about that, that I hurted myself to get free room in his dingy place. The most horrible customer service I ever experienced before. Rude, greedy and ignorant. Please stay away from this place if you dont want bed bugs and poor customer services.
location was great. rooms where spacious.
the bed was on wheels and moved around a lot. the room could have been put together a little cleaner.
The people were kind at the hotel.
The beds were hard as a rock. Had to leave a day early have someone drive me home. To hard for just having surgery. But if staying for a night fair price or passing through it ok
The philipino male at the counter was very rude in person and on the phone. He was yelling at me when we are simply trying to figure out the booking fee. The hotel itself was very filthy. The bathroom was moldy, the bathtub is gross. Nothing was provided. There is only one sheet on the bed, not a blanket, just a very thin sheet (bed cover). The AC was very loud and didn't function much. The carpet is definitely so dirty you would even want to walk on it with bare feet.
location was perfect since we where going to UCLA.. price was great. Microwave and Frig came in handy nothing fancy about here,Parking is very tight
the spider web hanging from the ceiling light
There was no toothpaste. WiFi was oh so slow.
Great location, easy in and out. Fairly quiet in back room, off the steet.
Wi-fi didn't work in back room. Slept well, but woke up with welts on my arm, neck, and hands -- apparently, from bugs in the blanket. I had to see a Dermatologist when I returned home. He confirmed "something got you." Very painful, itchy sores (20 of them), need to be treated with medications. I will not be staying here again.
Great location. The units appear to have been studio apartments at one time, as they have (or at least mine did -- Rm. #7) a small kitchen with stove (no utensils or pots/pans, though), full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave. Lots of windows in my unit -- front window by bed, window in kitchen for cross-breeze and a window in the bathroom as well. The room was quite old but clean. I didn't catch noise from the neighbors (Saturday night) and all was quiet. The motel itself is very cute, though old as I mentioned. I paid $78/night for a king-size bed. Great value for the area.
Mattress was hard but sheets and bedspread were clean. No coffeemaker -- with the stove and microwave in the room, it would have been nice to have at least had a pot to boil water in and/or a coffee cup to heat water in the microwave and drink from! Very limited parking area but I had no trouble parking in front of the room after coming back at 11 p.m. on Saturday night.
