Having a kitchen was practical. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee (instant). A free Washington Post early mornings was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping never came in too early and was very thorough in cleaning up the room. It was a plus to have access to free internet at the business center (I didn't bring my laptop along). Staff at reception/door was always helpful. Location of the hotel is an enormous plus: in walking distance of all the major sites. There are stores (with ATMs) right nextdoor. Set-up in two buildings (2 different entrances) is a bit weird. There was tea in the kitchen but only on the first 2 days. Interior of the hotel is a bit bland |

The location is realy great, the rooms were big, and the hotel offers you free access to an "Internet room" with 2 computers and even printers. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cold and a bit uncomfortable (all white walls with long coridors). Also the kitchen smelled bad. |

Location I am not certain that I got the rate published on line when I booked cited as half price but the price on the notice board certainly did not indicate that I got half price, also I was quoted on the receipt a different price for each night. I did not have time to challenge this at the time as I was rushed for a plane not happy about this. |

Room was very bug and clean. To go to the restaurant for breakfast I had to go through the garage area... It's a different building; probably not the cafeteria of the hotel but a cafeteria which provides a fixed-price breakfast to the guests of the hotel. |

Spacious bedroom and huge kitchen for a hotel room. Nice location, close to the White House and Lincoln Memorial. Parking for guests is available, but it costs 30 dollars per day. Even for DC I found it outrageous! The elevators are extremely slow! |

Full size refrigerator and gass stove top. Large toom. Great location. Without warning they had a penalty of one night if you left early regardless of the amount of time you notified ahead. Idiotic when you think that they have no penalty for canceling the entire trip with 24 hours warning. Although there is a fridge and cooktop, there is no over and no microwave . . . amazing in this day and age. There is also no wifi in the room although they advertise that there is. In these ways disappointing. They should avoid this by updating their web info. |

The hotel offered an 1-bed suite apartment, it was big. The bedroom with tv, the separate bath, big living room with an other bog lcd tv, and separate kitchen. Btw, do not bring your plates, forks, wine glasses and even cork screw for wine bottle :), it was all there! Great location and definitely worth or even more the money I paid. Yes, and this is something what might not bring me back there. The so called 'complimentary internet'. Well, it is complimentary, but it is an old dial up internet connection thought modem (cable provided in room), but boy, how slow it was. It took 5 minutes to send 10 word email, or open some webpages. Booking.com, I would not suggest to advertise this place as 'free internet'. It is confusing, since the internet is out of date, not anywhere close to 2009 standards. Sorry! If you do not need internet, this is the place for you. |

Good size rooms. Lots of places to put things. Great location in the middle of George Washington Univiersity and close to the centre. It was possible to walk to the West end of the Mall. Lots of nearby street and public parking. |

Friendly staff, good location I was overcharged for more than $500 between the booking.com reservation and what the hotel actually charged me. I am still trying to resolve this issue. The hotel recognized the mistake, but the refund is taking some time. On a separate note, internet is not wireless (only in the lobby is wireless) and is very slow. |
