State Plaza Hotel  

J'ai bénéficié d'une promotion pour une suite qui était tout à fait vaste et confortable , avec une grande cuisine qui serait pratique pour une visite en famille avec des enfants; qualité/prix, c'était donc parfait. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier étudiant de George Washington University , donc un quartier plus animé et jeune (que d'autres quartiers à Washington..) , et il est à 10mn à pied de la maison blanche.

Le personnel de l'accueil n'était pas désagréable, mais pas spécialement attentif non plus.

Particulièrement bien situé: à 10 min de la maison blanche et du Mall. Chambre grande et propre. Kitchenette qui permet de se restaurer à petit prix.

La connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre et malgré mes multiples relances, le problème n'a pas été résolut pendant mon séjour (10 jours).

Chambre rdc sur parking. Pas de wifi

Excellent hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Bon confort et service parfait. Proximité du centre ville et des principaux sites touristiques de la ville (Maison Blanche, Capitole, Cimetière d'Arlington...)

Le personnel est très accueillant. Situe au milieu d'un campus, très calme et en toute sécurité. A 5 min du métro vraiment très pratique. La chambre était spacieuse. Très satisfaite. Très propre, équipement de qualité. Accès internet gratuit.

We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to the George Washington University. We were there for graduation weekend. The hotel is nice, I'm told the rates are usually lower but due to demand for graduation weekend the rates were dramatically higher, as they were throughout the city with so many universities graduating. It is short on amenities, no vending machines, one small over priced coffee shop, however the rooms have a kitchenwith a stve top an full size refrigerator, no microwave! All in all for a special event in the foggy bottom campus area it works well.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was so wonderful to be able to put my son to bed & be able to stay up. It was great to have the unexpected kitchen so that we could save money on eating out. The hotel was excellent - this is a biggie for me - NO BED BUGS!!!! Which is hard to find in a city like DC! The beds were so comfy & the suite was so spacious! The location was excellent - so close to everything & very safe! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to DC!

Close to George Washington University, nice clean large room with Kitchen

Location, location, location, plus very friendly staff.

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my parents on a weekend trip to dc. The room is very large, with two queen size beds (very nice bedding, lots of pillows), a very nice bathroom with anteroom and a kitchen stocked with all essentials. All in all it's nicely furnished, roomy closet, great location. Quiet, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the White House, less to the west end of the National Mall.

Very minor complaints: Toaster didn't work properly; only two chairs at a small table in the kitchen (third one at a desk in the bedroom), even though the room can sleep four. I found a dark hair stuck to the velcro tape in the anteroom, everything else was very clean. Also the walls seem to be a bit thin. There was a storage closet next to our bedroom so no noise complaints there, but in the bathroom you could clearly hear people talk in the next room.

It is well located for work purposes, rooms are comfortable

Wifi signal was very weak and this did not allow for efficient work in the room.

It was very hot in Washington and the hotel did not connect the air conditioner. We were informed that it was not the season to turn on the air conditioner!!!! My room was on the third floor and it was impossible to sleep with the windows open because of machinery noise in the building next to the hotel.

Nice, larg and comfort rooms. Excelent location.
