location to sites was good. Kitchen was very shabby and certainly wasn't 'well equiped'. No cultlery or dishes were provided. No bars/restaurants nearby |

The hotel room was excellent. It was big and convenient. Also hotel location was very good and safe. George Washington University was very close to the hotel and therefore even at night after 11pm, the hotel environment was safe. It was a 13 minute walk to the nearest metro station. |

Best value and great location with all the creature comforts and immaculately clean hotel. Will certainly recommend to everyone who is visiting Washington and requires central location on a good rate, safe neighbourhood and pleasant and helpful staff. The only thing confusing and even a bit annoying was the complete disregard of the “Do not disturb” sign. It also means “Privacy please, no service is required”. The sign was removed and the room serviced anyway. |

The location was great- Enjoyed our stay there. Clean rooms. The restraunt in the hotel was very good but a bit slow The bathroom was dated- TV didn't work correctly but not big complaints- Not a lot of help for tourists at the front desk but we didn't ask much |

The location marked on the website was incorrect. The hotel is five blocks south of Foggy-Bottom Metro station... not one block north of the metro station. Still, very convenient. The supermarket next to the hotel was great. |

The room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location - great value for money! there were stairs leading up from the main lobby to the elevator banks - it was troublesome negotiating our way in and out with a stroller and assorted bags... |

It's a little 'rough around the edges' in the lobby, hallway, carpet, etc, and going up 4 steps with your baggage after you check-in is a little weird, as is the rather 'unorthodox' layout (if you happen to be in a room in the adjacent building), but overall I was quite impressed. The service was genuine and friendly, the food in the bistro and for room service was very good and the room was large, clean and reasonably well laid out. The exercise room though small was relatively well equipped and the location was within walking distance to most key sites. |
