The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking, live roach in bathroom, extremely noisey outside all night long.
The price was okay

I found the property practically abandoned. The staff was desperately trying to keep it going. No telephone service (the staff claimed it was being repaired), few guests, some buildings seemed deserted. To their credit, the staff didn't charge me for my booking when I left.
Extended Stay has a good reputation, I was sorely disappointed in this case.

You name it, it was wrong. No tv. No phone. Ceiling leaked. Bugs in fridge. Beds sagged in the middle. No help. Only one person worked there. Wife got locked in the bathroom while I left to get drinks. No WiFi. I sliiped on the wet floor from the ceiling leak and all they said was sorry.
Nothing except water pressure was good and hot

The room was dirty and smelled really bad. There was not a remote for the tv or a list of channels. If it had been $20 cheaper it would be worth it, but at $60 for the night it was a rip-off.
