The room was clean... The king-size bed was comfortable.

The tub and sink drained slowly. The generic coffee was terrible..

Located near to freeway,on are way to Disney world.

Dirty towel still hanging in bathroom. Sheets on both beds had yellow stains on them,hair on top of sheets,pillow cases missing. Counter near sink had stains and mirrow was dirty. Room had ironing board(top full of stains no iron avalible. Air conditioner filters full of dust. TV old box style with hole burnt into top of it. This is listed as a 2 star on booking.com, it should have a ZERO star rating.This motel is very dirty and run down. I will let everyone i know not to stay at this hotel. This was first time booking through this web site will hesitate to use in the future. Had to leave and pay for another room at different hotel.

The location was good. The front desk staff was very kind. The town is a great place and I recommend travelers to explore there.

Rated a 3 Star when I chose the Stay Inn Suites. It should be rated 1.5 Star or maybe 2 Star. Signed up for two queens. They were regulars at most. Room and bathroom were very dingy. Night Stand was sticky. Three outlets in the rooms, two were unavailable (one was full of fridge/microwave/lamp/TV), (the other was completely behind a bed), at the vanity, the outlet would not hold anything to be plugged into it. Continental breakfast available in the lobby was packets of instant oatmeal and cinnamon pinwheels. Bad choice on my part.

room has a stale, musty odor that smelt like stale cigarettes. When I informed the front desk they handed me a bottle of spray. Bathroom was not clean I had to wipe down all surfaces, especially the toilet.

The price was great and the location was excellent! It was close to any type of shopping and food and Wild Adventures!!

The beds could use an update.

I was very pleased with my stay at Stays Inn Suites. The room was clean pleasant and well worth its price. I would defintley stay there again.

Honestly there was nothing that I didn't like about the Hotel, But I was upset that after driving 3 and a half hours that they wouldn't let me check in early. They were nice enough to call me and tell me I could check in because a room was clean.

The smell in the room. The towels and bathcloths smelled awful.

The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. The room was "1970's" vintage.

Remote for tv didn't work, called front desk and they had no one available to fix. Very old room bed matress was sunk in and there was black hair on the sheets when we pulled down the bed. The light fixtures and vents in the bathroom were rusty.

They would make no effort to split the price of the room between two credit cards once they had put the deposit fee on one of the cards. The on-line booking did not offer this option.

Decent, Friendly and staff was very accomodating.Allowed our dog no extra charge.

It was cheap and accessible to the interstate 75. The people were friendly and they tried to be accommodating. the facility wasn't crowded as the Holiday Inn across the street was. It is basically a cheap hotel for a brief stay. It wasn't anything special,very simple and secure.

The bathrooms needed to be updated. The water pressure in the shower could be better. The room was stuffy. The air quality wasn't extremely good. I had to get air freshers and run the ac at max at night to be able to breathe.

Everyone was so helpful as I am paralyzed from the waist down and they made me feel so welcome.

Your internet ad states that there is a ref./microwave in each room. I paid for my 4# pomeranian. (who is well house broken). There was no microwave in room and the ref. did not keep cold. I ask the manager on the evening shift (a woman) and she said that because I had a pet, my room was not equipped with a microwave. Please tell me what a pet has to do with a microwave. If all rooms dont have a ref/microwave, they need to state so in their add. I do not like false advertisement.

Pictures on the internet in no way described the reality of the room. Beds were really mattresses on the floor. Sink leaked on the floor. Towel rack fell to the floor whenever a towel was placed on it; in fact, the hotel staff left the towels on top of the toilet. Poor lighting in the room, light bulbs were out and/or no place to plug in the lamps. The microwave did not work. Clock radio was full of dusk and no where to plug it in. Carpet was filthy and smelled like feet. Air conditioner was filthy also. If it weren't for the fact that the room was prepaid via internet, I would have requested my money back. I'm going to think twice before using Bookings.com again!
