We did not enjoy anything about our night at Stay. The hotel rooms were too small and the staff was not very knowledgable or friendly. Also, during the night - the A/C broke and the room was unbearable. They attempted to fix it at 3am but the attempt was unsuccessful. In the morning we informed the manager about the broken A/C and he insisted it was our fault for not calling the front desk again or requesting a new room (we were told the hotel was totally full when we checked in). Overall it was a terrible experience - this is not a memory we will look back on fondly in the future. |

location is amazing. lobby was nice and very comfortable. a light and the clock radio weren't working and someone came right away and fixed it. nice furnishings. first impressions were not good. we had to wait a long time for someone to park our car and help with luggage. the concierge works only 9-5 and not on sunday. very small room and very dark. someone's pants were hanging in the closet when we checked in. |

The staff were very accommodating. There were multiple problems affecting all people staying at the hotel, and they did well to find solutions around the problems. Their computer system was down the whole time I was there, so I was unable to access the internet on my laptop, and had to wait long periods to access the business centre machines, they were unable to encode keys for the hotel room, and I was unable to charge meals to my room. |

Well located, clean, modern. Staff not prepared to attend customers requests, they seemed to be confused or not prepared. They are not pro-active and we need to ask the same thing for many times to have it attended. In general, it is a good hotel, if you are not expecting great attention from the staff at the front desk. Concierge services are good. Walter gave us many tips about the city. |

the interior of the hotel was really cool, it had a city chic feel to it. Bar was really funky. Saturday night was full of drunken teenagers and the reception area had turned into a bar. We went to have a look at what was going on and had a bottle of water with us and we were stopped by the bouncer who was quite rude and wanted to know what was in the bottle. We explained to him that we were staying at the hotel and he told us to go to bed!! |

We got the hotel at an incredibly good price as a result of an error made by the hotel apparantly. The location of the hotel was great as was the design of the lobby the size of the rooms was horrendously small |

Location was fantastic. We didn't find it excessively noisy although we did request a high floor, which we had. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi access was good. Airconditioning was way too hot & poor reponse from staff when we asked for it to be fixed. It was not. Bar prices in the lobby was hugely excessive! Lifts were slow & small but manageable. |

Location: Right on Time Square, less than a block, it takes like 90 seconds to get there. The staff was also friendly. They will store your luggage after you check and link you with a shuttle or car to the airport. I can't stress enough how good the location of this hotel is. The rooms are very small, but nice. The rooms are like 8 x 8. It can also be very loud because the bar downstairs turns into a club at night. I would definitly recommend getting an upper level room. I was very peaceful there. |

The restaurant is amazing - seems really popular with the locals too. It was pumping every night I stayed! The drain from the shower smell really bad and took a few hours to get the smell out of my hotel room when I arrived. |

Very cool and trendy architecture/interiour. Very central but no city noise. Cool bar, lounge and restaurant Thu, Fri, Sat the bar has very loud music until 3am!! You hear it in the room (at least in the second floor). The aircondition is very noisy. Both are not acceptable |

Location, location, location (at Times Square in NYC) Not really. Of course, I would have liked cut-rate parking in NYC. |

The location in Times Square was awesome. Our room was ready early and we were permitted to check in several hours prior to normal time. Public transportation was close by. We went to Yankee Stadium for a game. Two minute walk to subway and a 18 minute ride right to the stadium. Slick decor and a comfortable bed. Nice amenities in the room. Had read in other reviews that the rooms were small. They are. Large people may find it difficult to move around in the room. But the rooms are smartly arranged and are comfortable. And with so much to do in the city, the room is mostly used for sleeping. |

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the centre of Times Square, and walking distance to the main attractions midtown. The hotel itself is very hip and modern, which suited us just fine. The room wasn't too small, but just right. A few things let the hotel down: no tea/coffee making facilities, very dim lighting in the room and bathroom, no storage in the bathroom for toiletries and very small elevators. Also, while the Aspen Social Club is a great element of the hotel, it charges a small fortune to have breakfast there. |

Interesting interial design. We got the room far from the street, view from widow wasn't nice but was quiet. double room was very small, very noicy aircondition - was too hot to switch it off, very bright fire alarm above the bed -especially annoying during the night. |
