We arrived early, asked to store our luggage until check in time. The staff was very accommodating. They offiered to call us when the room was available. Our phone call came even earlier that the check in time.Whenever a cb was needed, we always had assistance from the staff. We wanted a hotel that was convenient to times square and the theatres. Couldn't have picked a better location. The standard double room was very small as well as the bathroom. In the future I would upgrade to 2 doubles for the convenience. We tried to shift the air conditioning vents so that the air would not blow directly on our heads all night. Really couldn't find a good spot. Was hoping for a nice view. It didn;t happen.

I likes the bed, it was soft and relaxing. In the morning it was dark outside, that helped us sleep. The room was the size of a closet, and the fire alarm kept flashing all night.

The location was simply great, it was perfect for what we wanted and required. We were only a minute's walk from Times Square. The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff helpful. THe shower / bathroom was very good, the shower was great. The bed very comfortable. We knew the rooms were described as small, what we didn't expect was a double bed with next to no space around it (less than 2 foot at the end, 3 foot on one side and 4 foot on the other), no wardrobe, on where to store our clothes, suitcases or shopping and to live out of our suitcase for 4 days. We would have to stack the suitcases when we were in bed, then put them on the bed to move around, then move them off again for the housemaids to come in. Im really not sure it was worth the hassle. Visitors need to be aware of just how small these room actually are. Had we know I don't think we would have booked them. Some where to hang your clothes, store some stuff would really have helped.

Excellent staff. Thanks to Walter for his kindness and helpfulness and to Oscar that help us in an " emergency " that was far beyond what you expect from people. The air condition was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep in night without air plugs and you had to wait for the elevator for a long time.

Excellent location Very bad and small room. The most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on. Queen size definitely too small for 2 people. Very noisy hotel, bad isolation. Internet free in the lobby only. No comfort.

not a great deal the lobby was nice. Had to many compliants was charged doubled for the room for the first night and recieved a box for a room with no room for our bags, room was dirty including towels and for the money i was paying was totally unacceptable was given a different room. All towels were dirty and there wasn't even tea and coffee facilities, the lobby was lovely and the describtion and photos of the rooms did not match what i was given as a customer, when i complained they argueed with me and eventually reduced my bill but overall i wasn't satisfied and it wholey ruined my inpression of New York Hospitality there fore ruining my stay disgusted

Very central. Just off Times Square. Reception area was really trendy and reception staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but lovely and quiet. Irish pubs beside and across the road from it. Overall really nice trendy hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Only two lifts and they were quite slow.

It's location is simply amazing , literally 60 seconds from the center of times square! The place is very trendy, modern and young. It had what seems to be a very popular nightclub on the ground floor, very exclusive! Would 100% stay again. Elevators are a little slow, but we only really used twice a day so no biggie. Rooms are way smaller than adverage hotels, so just make sure to book a queen room, we found that was plenty big enough considering we literally just slept in there. Finally, get a room above the first floor or two. The nightclub can be quite loud below and I reckon you would hear it lowered down. We were bout half way and didn't hear a thing!!

Everyone was accommodating. Not quiet, major private parties in the restaurant & lounge every night, so you could not use the facility, and so loud you couldn't sleep til after 1:30 (and we were on the 5th floor). They had to relocate us 4 times; 1st room was occupied, 2nd room too small to open luggage, 3rd room on 5th floor was too noisy from nightclub below, and 4th room on the 9th floor was so hot even though it was freezing outside, because all the core heat from the hotel went to the top floor. (had our windows open the whole time but didn't want to complain). Rooms were the smallest room we had ever stayed in. (even smaller than in Venice) Waiting for the elevator took up half our vacation.(egsn) Costly with no offer to compensate. Very old building with a pretty face. All 4 locations, we were put in the center core-couldn't look out.
