The place is absolute top. 50 meter from Times Square. At night on weekends, the bar gets a city club, full with partys and people, loving animations... The employers are great but Jaqueline is really amazingly helpful. Super! The fact that there are not to much double bed rooms is a limitation. |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The location is only 50 yards from Times Square, and it is very modern and well equipped. Our small double room was indeed small. However, we were not in it much, so it didn't matter to us. |

the location is great, we have stayed at stay before so we knew it was an ideal starting point having stayed at this hotel before we felt that the service had slipped, on one occassion one of our rooms were not serviced. Friday Night was a noisy affair and there were some nosiy guest banging on the doors at 4am, the problem was the hotel has its own bar and club and it gets busy on fridays , a great venue but on this occassion security was a little slack in allowing these guests to roam around making a lot of noise. |

the hotel is beautiful, the bar and lobby are really stylish. The location is amazing, its so close to times square and the 49th st subway. The rooms were cleaned every day even if you sent the housekeeping away in the morning they returned later to change the towels and make the bed which was lovely to come back to. reception staff were really helpful, there are two computers and a printer in a room off the lobby which is free to use. our room (on the 6th floor) had a window that faced another window so you could see right into someone else's room but couldnt see any sky so the room was very dark. Also we couldnt make an international call from the hotel room but were charged like $6 dollars for the privilege of a automated recording telling us we couldnt, which I thought was a bit steep. Also the elevators are soooooo slow, we had to take the stairs a couple of times. |

The location was great!! It was literally 15 steps to times square and 3 minutes walk to 5th avenue. I loved the modern 'boutique' hotel atmosphere. The staff were courteous The rooms were quite small for comfort but with the price and its location, it is pretty affordable. The bathroom was very very small and you can get the bathroom floor wet easily. The housekeeping staff was annoying and woke us up every 15 minutes to ask if she can clean the room. The elevators were small and during night time the lobby becomes a club lobby because of the very loud music from the establishment's in- house club. |

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - tyhat is, if you actually want to be virtually on Times Square, and that is something perhaps to wonder about. It's just a factory, in /out. The receptrion is desultory, it doesn't feel in any way welcoming or cosy, the lifts are infuriatingly slow and there are only two of them, the rooms are really cramped (my first room did not even have a single hook on which to hang clothes, let alone a cupboard), the 'design' aspect means lots of black and grey, which means they're gloomy and you can't see anything, the breakfast coffee is just coloured water...the location means you might get flashing lights all through the night from Times Sq. Not value for money at all and one should not be taken in my the pictures of the fancy reception area. |

The location was excellent. Very short walk to the subway. Located in the middle of the Times Square area. The lobby does have a very happening bar, however it is extremely small. Room was not nearly worth the price. This is considered to be a boutique hotel, there is nothing boutique about it. No amenities of a boutique type hotel, rooms look as if it was a budget hotel. Staff needed to be more knowledgeable about the offerings of the hotel. All the members were not on the same page. The bell hops are more educated then the front desk. |

gorgeous decor, the absolutely perfect location, quiet comfortable room only steps away from times square, the perfect hotel in new york, and very very good rates because it seemed newly opened, there were one or two glitches, on our first night, i pulled the en suite bathroom door closed, and later on at around 3am i tried to open it and it was jammed closed, i gave it a good bit of force and it wasnt budging, when i rang reception they knew immediately what i meant which led me to believe that this was an issue they were very aware of, so surely it should have been either dealt with before guests are allowed to stay or guests should be advised of it, dont close your bathroom door fully from the outside as we're having some problems at the moment, etc |

Location was amazing!! Staff were nice, although sometimes only one available, need to have more staff on at hotel.Staff was nice. Thought there would be more toiletries there as expressed on this site, as there were not a lot, as well it was not L'Occitane as mentioned. |

Great location. Room is very comfortable and was quiet. Staff helpful. Would stay again. The lighting is incredibly dim, understand it is a decorating/mood choice but felt like you were going into a cave! |

Close to a lot of attractive sightseeings; in between you can relax at your hotel; you really can do a lot of things in one day and not be exhausted in the busy metropole The room was a little dark; there was no direct sight at the street; it could be a cloudy day or there could be sun; we didn't know when we awoke |
