Kaikki muuten hyvin mutta laskutuksessa oli epäselvyyttä koska hotellin järjestelmässä ei näkynyt että hotellihuone joka oli varattu oli tarjoushintainen. normaali hinta olisi ollut n. 760 euroa ja tarjoushinta varaushetkellä oli n. 460 euroa. Asiakaspalvelu oli todella ystävällistä ja hyvää, mieluisa asioida henkilökunnan kanssa.

Aikamoinen meteli kantautui hotellin baarista ja diskosta, eikä siellä voinut illalla nauttia drinkkiä kotiin tullessa koska meteli oli niin kova. Voisiko ajatella että hotellivieraille olisi jokin rauhallinen "nurkkaus" hotellin lobbytiloissa jossa voisi myös illalla "kotiin" tullessa istahtaa?

Siisteydestä, sijainnista, ilmaiseta nettiyhteydestä, modernista toteutuksesta, baarin poikkeavasta ja erikoisesta sisustuksesta, äänettömyydetä

"Puhelimen" käyttöohjeet puuttuivat. Säilytystilaa liian vähän.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja sijainti oli todella hyvä!

Huone oli yllättävän pieni, vaikka medium-kokoinen. Myös kylpyhuone oli todella pieni. Hotelli sopii hyvin nopeaan viikonloppumajoitukseen..

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä.

Huoneet ovat pieniä. Kylpyhuoneissa valaistus on puutteellista ja tavaroita joutuu pitämään lattialla, kun ei ole laskutasoja.

We did not enjoy anything about our night at Stay.

The hotel rooms were too small and the staff was not very knowledgable or friendly. Also, during the night - the A/C broke and the room was unbearable. They attempted to fix it at 3am but the attempt was unsuccessful. In the morning we informed the manager about the broken A/C and he insisted it was our fault for not calling the front desk again or requesting a new room (we were told the hotel was totally full when we checked in). Overall it was a terrible experience - this is not a memory we will look back on fondly in the future.

The staff were very accommodating. There were multiple problems affecting all people staying at the hotel, and they did well to find solutions around the problems.

Their computer system was down the whole time I was there, so I was unable to access the internet on my laptop, and had to wait long periods to access the business centre machines, they were unable to encode keys for the hotel room, and I was unable to charge meals to my room.

Close and easy access to subway and buses. Very clos to Time Square and easy access to tourist areas.

Room was comfortable but small.

the interior of the hotel was really cool, it had a city chic feel to it. Bar was really funky.

Saturday night was full of drunken teenagers and the reception area had turned into a bar. We went to have a look at what was going on and had a bottle of water with us and we were stopped by the bouncer who was quite rude and wanted to know what was in the bottle. We explained to him that we were staying at the hotel and he told us to go to bed!!

very central and so perfect for anyone visiting New York City for the first time!

Fantastic location, funky bar downstairs that was open until late and helpful staff.

Location: Right on Time Square, less than a block, it takes like 90 seconds to get there. The staff was also friendly. They will store your luggage after you check and link you with a shuttle or car to the airport. I can't stress enough how good the location of this hotel is.

The rooms are very small, but nice. The rooms are like 8 x 8. It can also be very loud because the bar downstairs turns into a club at night. I would definitly recommend getting an upper level room. I was very peaceful there.
