Segítőkész személyzet, teljesen a központba, minden közel van, minden elérhető. Természetesen a zaj az 24 órás de ez hozzátartozik New Yorkhoz. A reggeli drága. Jobban megéri a közelben lévő reggelizőkben enni. New York egy csoda, mindenkinek ajánlom!!!!

Rendkivül jó helyen van, barátságos, modern, korrekt kiszolgálás, centrális helye dacára csendes, nyugalmas.Ami ngyon tetszett, hogy pl. egy nap előbb értünk haza, mint a takarítás megtörténhetett.Beadták a tiszta törülközőt,ágyneműt és nem zavartak tovább..Este, amikor elmentünk, pótlólag kitakarítottak, ágyat húztak, és ez már az utolsó előtti napon történt.

The hotel was nicely decorated, the room was small but comfortable. Location was very central.

Room Service was disappointing. Also was not happy with customer service as I settled bill with cash but the hotel froze the funds on my card for 5 days after I checked out, took many phone calls to sort out and was a hassle I could have done without.

The location is excellent. It is just off times square/broadway. There is a good bar and restaurant in the hotel and there is also alot of places to eat in the area. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accomodating.

i wish there were tea making facilities.

Room small but had everything we required and was very comfortable

it is the fourth time we are staying in this hotel, always under different hotel names. this time was the best stay. the renowations changed the hotel to an excellent place, the staff was friendly and helpfull as ever. The room was readfy upon our very early arrival after a long transatlantic tiring flight. All our requests were fufilled.

the restaurant should have a broader menu and prices adjusted downwards.

I'm glad we picked a medium room - it was just big enough for two girls suitcases! The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was exceptionally clean. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious. The hotel was breathtaking and well worth the money!

everything was closeby , the hotel has a very nice pub that plays very nice music

The location of the hotel was perfect - on 47th Street - right at the heart of Times Square. Next to the Subway Station and next door to a deli which sold everything you would possibly need during your stay. Hotel staff were helpful and the hotel itself was modern in design.

The rooms were very small. The first night we arrived we we placed in a room that was so small there was only enough room for the bed. We did change rooms the following day but to be honest the second room wasnt much bigger.

This hotel is in the middle of times square, but offers very small rooms. The staff are young and arrogant. We were rudely hounded down at night by the lounge's bouncer asking to see our keys when we were steps away from the elevator. He placed his cell phone caller on hold to do so, I was charged the wrong amount on my visa and now have to go through the hassle of calling the hotel to make the right changes. The remote control in the room was so dirty that the buttons would stick to the gunk in between the spaces of the remote - disgusting.
