とにかく部屋の狭さにびっくりでした。ホテル代がかなり高かったにもかかわらずエレベーター、部屋、廊下が- せまくて息苦しかったです。ロケーションは申し分なくどこへ行くにも便利なとこでした。

ロケーション、ホテル全ての点において満点です。スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。

かなり狭いお部屋でしたが清潔感はありました。

最高気温が－3℃という寒さの日、ホテルに戻ったらシャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。ヒーターの故障と言う- ことで、凍えて死にそうになりながら、シャンプーの寸前に気がついたので、髪はびしょ濡れで凍えながら洗い- ました。でも値段もそのまま、事前に教えて欲しかった。

reasonable sized room and bathroom. good value for the money. very clean and friendly staff. I felt comfortable!

As anywhere else in the US: noisy ventilators outside

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The location is only 50 yards from Times Square, and it is very modern and well equipped.

Our small double room was indeed small. However, we were not in it much, so it didn't matter to us.

During our second stay, our room was right above the bar which was open till 4am and we couldn't sleep b/c it was so loud.

no hot water...bathrooms cold........no tv during the time we were there. maids interupted sleep at 7 am banging doors. no do not disturb signs

The rooms are tiny and dark

The location was great!! It was literally 15 steps to times square and 3 minutes walk to 5th avenue. I loved the modern 'boutique' hotel atmosphere. The staff were courteous

The rooms were quite small for comfort but with the price and its location, it is pretty affordable. The bathroom was very very small and you can get the bathroom floor wet easily. The housekeeping staff was annoying and woke us up every 15 minutes to ask if she can clean the room. The elevators were small and during night time the lobby becomes a club lobby because of the very loud music from the establishment's in- house club.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - tyhat is, if you actually want to be virtually on Times Square, and that is something perhaps to wonder about.

It's just a factory, in /out. The receptrion is desultory, it doesn't feel in any way welcoming or cosy, the lifts are infuriatingly slow and there are only two of them, the rooms are really cramped (my first room did not even have a single hook on which to hang clothes, let alone a cupboard), the 'design' aspect means lots of black and grey, which means they're gloomy and you can't see anything, the breakfast coffee is just coloured water...the location means you might get flashing lights all through the night from Times Sq. Not value for money at all and one should not be taken in my the pictures of the fancy reception area.

because it seemed newly opened, there were one or two glitches, on our first night, i pulled the en suite bathroom door closed, and later on at around 3am i tried to open it and it was jammed closed, i gave it a good bit of force and it wasnt budging, when i rang reception they knew immediately what i meant which led me to believe that this was an issue they were very aware of, so surely it should have been either dealt with before guests are allowed to stay or guests should be advised of it, dont close your bathroom door fully from the outside as we're having some problems at the moment, etc

Great location. Room is very comfortable and was quiet. Staff helpful. Would stay again.

The lighting is incredibly dim, understand it is a decorating/mood choice but felt like you were going into a cave!
