Staff was just ok and the room was dirty. The bathroom had soap scum in the shower and the carpet was soiled. Pillows and duvet were lumpy and terrible. I had to change to a higher floor after the first night because the club down stairs was blaring music until wee hours. Stay higher than floor 7.The Air con system was so loud you needed to adjust the volume on the TV and it woke me up at night! Maid service was very loud in the morning and began roaming the hall at 7:30am slamming doors and yelling. My last night there the was a disturbance with a guest on my floor and the police were called. It took about 45 min to take him away. It was pretty scary!

Stay hotel is ideally located for tourists on a short city break in New York. Its literally 50 metres from Times Square with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Food served at this hotel was excellent and quite reasonably priced.The Staff were friendly, the decor was quite modern and the room was comfortable and very clean.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Broadway for shows and close to shopping areas, the purpose of our trip. Bus station was a 10 minute walk away for trips to the outlets. Staff very helpful and rooms very clean and tidy.

I really liked the modern decor, however, I did think the hotel and rooms were very dark. More light would have been nice. 4 of us shared a room with 2 double beds. The double beds were quite small and with the 2 beds in the room it was a little cramped. Fine for us as we spent most of our time elsewhere and used the room only for sleeping but worth noting for your info.

There was no hotel guide, only a room service menu. so had no idea about the TV channels nor call charges.

The hotel was beautifully designed and decorated. Every detail of the property was well thought out. We couldn't have asked for a better location either. Literally, 100 feet from Time Square. The food was pretty good and the club had a really hip DJ spinning each night. Everyone on the staff looked polished, professional and were very friendly too.

I waited one hour for coffee and which turned out to be $20, so I sent it back. When I complained about the delay and the price the front desk clerk said she would send us coffee anyways - free of charge. But, it never arrived. Also, we could hear the music from the club on the first floor of the hotel, even though we were on the fifth floor. It went on until three in the morning every night except Sunday. So, I had to where earplugs to get to sleep. Each morning, the cleaning crew began slamming doors and yelling throughout the hallways before nine a.m.

Perfect location, great atmosphere and the staff was very ploite and helpful. This is a very good for couples but I would not reccomend it for couples travelling with children.

The first night our room was extemely small. There was hardly enough room for our luggage. We expressed our concerns to the hotel staff and were moved to a larger room.
