Modernt designat, snyggt vid ankomst, perfekt läge, fina rum om än mindre än på bilden. Tycker inte om systemet att det håller pengar som de drog på kortet vid incheckning. När betalning är gjord vid utcheckning ska inte resten släpa. Har nu en vecka efter hemkomst ej kommit åt pengarna, något att tänka på! |

Läget, hotellet ligger väldigt centralt Hissarna som var väldigt långsamma och de mörka korridorerna. |

Utmärkt läge! Hissen var inte den smidigaste, hälften av gångenerna tog vi trappen, då hissen ibland kom efter väntan, ibland inte dök upp alls... ibland också ockuperad av personal med diverse saker i hissen. Och tyckte det var helt okey. |

Läget vid Times Square, nära till flera tunnelbanelinjer samt Central Park! Bra tillgång till gym även om det var svårt att hitta dit. Vaktmästaren och receptionisten på hoteller var väldigt hjälpsamma även om temperaturen i badrummet inte gick att åtgärda. Okej värde för pengarna för att vara NY: 5n för $ 940 inkl. skatter. Hotellet är inte rustat för vintertemperaturer med dåligt isolerade fönster och ingen uppvärmning i badrummet. Dessutom fanns det inget varmvatten när temperaturen sjönk under 0! På 6:e våningen (av 10) stördes man av trafiken. |

Trevlig städpersonal som arbetade under orimliga förhållanden och delade hotellets enda hiss med samtliga gäster. Rummen små som garderober. 1 hiss för ett hotell med över 200 rum på 10 våningar. Man behöver bra benmuskler. Groteskt dyrt. |

Nära till Times Square utan att störas av trafken Nytt hotell, 2-3 vån var ej klart, fanns ingen bar, restaurang el roomservice, man bör ej köra "lucköppnng" utan öppna först när hela hotellet är klart, vi betalade1700$ för 4 nätter= inte OK!!!! |

We did not enjoy anything about our night at Stay. The hotel rooms were too small and the staff was not very knowledgable or friendly. Also, during the night - the A/C broke and the room was unbearable. They attempted to fix it at 3am but the attempt was unsuccessful. In the morning we informed the manager about the broken A/C and he insisted it was our fault for not calling the front desk again or requesting a new room (we were told the hotel was totally full when we checked in). Overall it was a terrible experience - this is not a memory we will look back on fondly in the future. |

location is amazing. lobby was nice and very comfortable. a light and the clock radio weren't working and someone came right away and fixed it. nice furnishings. first impressions were not good. we had to wait a long time for someone to park our car and help with luggage. the concierge works only 9-5 and not on sunday. very small room and very dark. someone's pants were hanging in the closet when we checked in. |

The staff were very accommodating. There were multiple problems affecting all people staying at the hotel, and they did well to find solutions around the problems. Their computer system was down the whole time I was there, so I was unable to access the internet on my laptop, and had to wait long periods to access the business centre machines, they were unable to encode keys for the hotel room, and I was unable to charge meals to my room. |

central in the city staff was very unpolite and the room was tremendously noisy. I strongly don´t recomend this hotel. |

Well located, clean, modern. Staff not prepared to attend customers requests, they seemed to be confused or not prepared. They are not pro-active and we need to ask the same thing for many times to have it attended. In general, it is a good hotel, if you are not expecting great attention from the staff at the front desk. Concierge services are good. Walter gave us many tips about the city. |

Close and easy access to subway and buses. Very clos to Time Square and easy access to tourist areas. Room was comfortable but small. |

the interior of the hotel was really cool, it had a city chic feel to it. Bar was really funky. Saturday night was full of drunken teenagers and the reception area had turned into a bar. We went to have a look at what was going on and had a bottle of water with us and we were stopped by the bouncer who was quite rude and wanted to know what was in the bottle. We explained to him that we were staying at the hotel and he told us to go to bed!! |

We got the hotel at an incredibly good price as a result of an error made by the hotel apparantly. The location of the hotel was great as was the design of the lobby the size of the rooms was horrendously small |

Location was fantastic. We didn't find it excessively noisy although we did request a high floor, which we had. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi access was good. Airconditioning was way too hot & poor reponse from staff when we asked for it to be fixed. It was not. Bar prices in the lobby was hugely excessive! Lifts were slow & small but manageable. |
