地理位置非常理想 但是无线网按设备数量收费有一点不合理

地理位置非常方便，购物、地铁就在附近，一分钟就能走到时代广场

酒店只提供冰水给客人饮用，希望能给中国客人提供烧水壶，能喝到热水。

Location, pretty cool and modern design hotel, bed was good but kind of short for tall people...

Elevator, really slow and sometimes 10-15 minutes of waiting, always full of people...there was not enough space for clothes, room was small

Location

The room was the size of a closet. Called desk to change and was told nothing could be done. Went to desk and then looked at different rooms, all were still smaller than what I booked. Had to move again the following day but did get the right size room and bed.

Convient location.

Noise from bar below kept us from a complete night's rest. It's not all your fault. The sanitary trucks doing pick-up around 0400 were the worst cause of noise. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit to New York.

The location was excellent, 10 seconds off Times Square which was great for a theatre break. The staff that we met were all very helpful and the public areas were a quiet haven from the noise and biz outside the door. Cool clock in the foyer!

Our original room - standard - was just too small so we upgraded. The room was ok but we like a bit of room to spread out and there just wasn't any. It was very warm while we were there and the smaller room struggled to give the feeling of airyness that we were looking for. The upgrade, althouh it cost $70 a night was worth it and the staff took care of moving all out stuff, so no hassle. There are 2 small lifts but they are both slow. We were on the 9th floor and it took forever to get there, not good if you're not keen on lifts

The hotel was clean and comfortable in an excellent location. The rooms were a little small, which didn't really matter as we didn't spend much time in side. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Enjoyed our Stay, in New York.

The elevators were very slow. (we used the stairs several times, which was faster even though we were on the 9th floor)

If you are looking for a location close to the subway and close to the heart of Times Square - this was it. We found it very close to pretty much everything we wanted to do and a relatively cheap cab ride for things that were a bit further a way. We had a room on the 7th floor that was away from the main floor so the only noise we heard was from the street outside. Our room was cozy but roomier then I thought. We had a walk in closet that provided a bit more additional space.

The elevator is very small. My husband and I are average size and had a suitcase each and none one else could fit in with us. It also took a fairly long time to get it during prime times. We found taking the stairs a faster option.

It is located very close to Time Square and metro lines. Once inside your room you don't even know that you are that close to the hussle and bussle.

Rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Wonderful bedroom.
