Only a dead bolt to lock the door. The electronic locks didn't work. Mattress were covered in plastic. Made for a loud night, and uncomfortable sleep.
Blood on the tub. Door could not be properly secured and property has not returned money for not staying after arrival. Unsavory men hoarding around and family had to leave immediately for fear of safety.
The price Plentry of free car parking
I had genuine concern for my safety!
Pool looked OK, but we never tried it. Friendly staff, if a bit incompetent.
No light in the shower; not fixed for the 2 nights we were there. Room was smelly. Aircon was noisy.
The room was not clean. The light did not work and the smell of smoke was very strong. The wifi connection worked just at the reception.
Microwave and fridge
Toilet would not flush. Bathtub was a mess with rotted or moldy ceiling. Door did not shut correctly unless locked which didn't really matter because you won't feel safe without it locked
Good shots of Mandalay Bay and Monte Carlo as background
Dirty room, bathroom, and smells of cigarette. There was a group of scary looking young men in an area where there's not much lighting. I dare not think what viruses we could have gotten from there. (Did I say the room was overall dirty?)
Some of the lights didn't work in our room.
location! Walking distance to the strip price
The beds where undone and I ask x n smoking and they give one that was smelling really bad
Decent quality for the price
Lacking cups for rinsing one's mouth after brushing
the price was great
the room smell bad, when i wanted to shower there was no hot water, the sofa was missing, also the remote for the TV was missing. the bathtub was dirty, and the bathroom was dark because it was missing one light bulb
Was close to Las Vegas Blvd. and close to a club I went to on Industrial Road. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday night stay.
Small room, but reasonable for the Saturday night Las Vegas increased room rates.
Across the street from Luxor and the strip...right off Tropicana. Has washer and dryer facility. I had basketball tournaments all weekend for my 16 year old son so I needed clean basketball attire. Worked out great for us as a family.
Shower was low
The fridge and microwave were the only descent items in the room.
The room was dirty. The comforter had stains and so did the sofa. But you were charged if you left any stains on the towels such as makeup. There was even stains on the lamp shades. The bed was held up by wood blocks. The floor hadn't been wiped down or swept. There was prostitutes running from room to room on one side of the hotel. They had no ice machine and do not provide basics like iron or blow dryer. The room was over crowded you had to squeeze through bed and tv to get to the bathroom. Overall this was not a good place for families. For this hotel being recently renovated I would have hoped for cleaner accomadations. They should fire their cleaning crew.
The room was a non-smoking room, that reeked of cigarettes. None of my family would even step in the shower, let alone take a shower. The toilet had a leak, so every 5 min. it ran more water, very loudly. There was water all over the floor when we checked in and I had to clean it up.
Price was good compared to others on the same says we booked
No housekeeping service, stayed for two days with same sheets and towels because apparently the staff does not work weekends! As We were leaving we saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms but they never changed the sheets they just make the bed again and leave clean towels, but still for us staying for two days no housekeeping available? Like I said you get what you pay for and also not appropriate for children too many prostitutes going in and out of rooms !
Overall the room was filthy with trash and undesirable. There where bugs present in the room and the furniture was dirty and had smokers burns on it. I kicked a wood block hidden to prop the bed up and my toe is bleeding and tore off my toenail. This was the worst stay I have ever had at any location!!!
Value for money was good but the facilities were poor.
The room presentation, one room had dropping water in the tub with brown stains. The carpet had dark dirt stains. It closet was a multi use room with a microwave that sat on top a refrigerator with a sink and mirror.
I needed to lock the dead bolt inorder to close the door of the room. It didn't matter if I was in the room or leaving the room. The door would not stay closed unless the dead bolt was locked. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking. It was, to say the least, unnerving. She told me that she was told that the room was empty, I assured her that is wasn't. I mentioned to housekeeping that it would be a good policy to knock on any room door before entering, to avoid this from happening again. She told me that the person at the desk told her it was empty because there was a key in the box. When I checked out I was explaining to the desk clerk about this and she said there must have been someone else who checked out earlier from the room. I assured her also that I was the only one in the room and did not appreciate her attitude.
beds were to old and hard.. pillows where to uncomfortable...
The worst place we ever chose as staff was too unprofessional and when we came they sayd that it is overbooked and they do not have any left for us!! But we booked 1 month ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone even it would be for free..
The room was better than the reviews
Stairs were a little creaky like they were going to break
The amenities are barebones, and we did not expect much. The pool was clean, and the room was okay; but the price was unbeatable. For a prime EDC weekend, this was the only location in our price range, and it served our purposes well enough.
No iron or board in room--had to put my license as collateral to "rent" these things. Wi-fi was advertised but unavailable. Bug in room was not unexpected, but was unwelcome.
