I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall environment. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and the housekeeping staff did not disturb you at all. The environment felt safe and the overall space was very spacious and provided a great comfort to me and my husband.
The 2-bedroom suite with sofa bed gave each adult their own bed but we could enjoy being together too. Very clean and updated rooms. Convenient to shopping areas but not in middle of them.
Construction apparently still in progress so morning breakfast was a to-go bag. Stairs only so pack light if you're on the third floor. Staff didn't volunteer any info at all. Wifi iffy at times.
The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. Most appeared surly and one was particularly rude.
The staff was really friendly. They gave good insight on which attractions and areas to visit.
Older out dated appliances. Housekeeping could have been more thorough. Room was nice but not as spacious as the pictures made them appear to be. An elevator would be a nice addition. They could also add more grills and more outdoor landscaping appeal.
The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.
There were no stairs. The hotel was located a fair way out of the city.
location is good, rooms are spacious
rooms needs update, even they're old they should fix what is needed in the existence ones until they get to remodel.
Rooms like home away from home. Pool spacious. Exercise room great place to work out. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful neighborhood. Able to walk the area with children safely.
Remodeling several complexes. Asked to be moved to remodeled units.
The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and I like the space of the handicap room. Plenty of room to move a wheelchair around.
The grill area wasn't clean. The. stove in the room only had two burner's. Three would have been nice.
I want a smoking room that I did not get then was charged 150 for smoking in the room needs to be smoking room
The location, breakfast and space availability were satisfactory.
The television, beds, stove and Wi-Fi access needs serious upgrades.
Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.
I did not ask for a eoom on the first floor. The only two bedroom they had was on the third floor.
The room was really good. Also, I like the breakfast place with many tables and clean. Pretty far from the downtown, but a nice place with good restaurants around.
Location and size of suite.
Stained chairs in dining area. Smoking on premises.
The rooms were very spacious. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and not have to be cramped up together. I traveled with my wife, a 14year old, a 7 year old, and my mother also went with us. The hotel is very private and although there were people below us and next to us, we couldn't hear any noise. The little kitchen was perfect for cooking a quick meal to save us some money. The free breakfast was much more than expected..delicious, actually. All in all, it was a very nice hotel and a great experience overall. The pool wasn't open yet, so the kids were bummed about that, but the free wifi and ample space in the hotel made up for it.
Only one very small skillet in the kitchen. Another would have been perfect. The pillows are just a little too soft for my taste, but others probably would have thought they were great...they are very very fluffy.
I love everything about Sonesta Suites. This was my 2nd time staying here and I would do it again it's only 15min from downtown Atlanta.
Gym could be bigger. ;(
For them to make more of the suites around US
Location was wonderful!
Hotel under construction, not a lot of parking.
The King suite was the best room we have ever stayed in......absolutely beautiful, large, and so comfortable. French doors divided the bedroom from the sitting room and kitchen area.
It was very spacious, and exactly how it was pictured . It was nice and clean. All of the workers were also nice and understanding.
The stove took FOREVER to heat up. It was almost impossible to cook on it. One of my roommates and my 2 year old son got A LOT of what looked to be bed bug bites all over them when we stayed in room 1023. They moved our room and very thing was okay from there .. Well no more bed bug bites. I would definitely check UNDER THE MATRESS before getting in a bed at any hotel from now on.
Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms
Out dated tv's , and the construction work going on
That yuo had a double suite with 2 full bathrooms and location. Close to everything.
No elevator. No indoor pool, no shelter from rain when walking to your room. Also the first room we were offered had a bad odor and the blinds were chewed up and the curtain was falling down.
The room was great.
We had some noisy neighbors and the water pressure in the shower was poor.
I like everything really good. The breakfast is excellent. The service 20 points, they reponse as fast as they can. In sumary my next travel we will choose Sonesta. By the way, in atlanta will be my home.
The location is great for getting in and out of Atlanta and visiting nearby outlets. The suite with two bedrooms was perfect for a family of four.
There is no elevator to the first floor which was a little inconvinient with a baby and lots of luggage.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was okay and it worked for our needs. I slept my family of 5 just fine. Good location and quite.
