The front desk staff were the best. We were there for 2 nights and each and every one of them had a smile and willingness to provide the best service possible. We would definitely stay there again.

Location After we checked in and went to our room we realized they put us in a single king room when I reserved a double queen room. When we went down to change rooms the general manager proceeded to the most rude person I have ever met. After 20 minutes or arguing with him the only thing he offered us was to upgrade for extra money or put us in a smoking room...we had our 2 year old son with us so we didn't want smoking. We would have been happy had he offered us a roll away bed or something but he didnt. His appearance was also not what you woul have expected, rings covering his hands, huge gauged out earrings and a ridiculous large necklace, his shirt was unbuttoned with his chest hanging out. The next day he was working he was wearing jogging pants and t-shirt...not very professional to me at all. Because of him, we will never stay at a Staybridge Suites again!
