Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Event calendar on fridge was a month behind.
There was an AMAZING king size bed with SUPER plush pillows the room was SO clean and the size of the kitchen made it seem more like an apartment stay than a hotel!! The staff was amazingly helpful and we can't wait to stay again
I liked the services at this hotel.
The bedding was wonderful. The space in general was inviting. We were only there for a night, but I would be able to stay comfortably in one of these suites for an extended period of time. I guess that's why It's called Sonesta Extended Stay. ;)
Heating unit malfunctioned at night and woke us up. Rather jarring. I'm pretty laid back, but I could see someone making a big deal of this.
Comfortable bed! Quiet rooms!!! Clean - new! Beautiful!
the heat is too loud
Saltwater heated pool!
Stayed here with the kidd after Wild Kratts show in Lowell. Wanted to take them to Rainforest Cafe and I knew this hotel would be great! The four of us stayed in a suite, had a great breakfast for a very very inexpensive price.
I DID NOT like the fact that pubic hair was found on both beds! Plus there was a smudge of poop on one pillowcase from one bed. The other two beds on the other bed smelled of hair, which means they were not changed. This is a poor reflection on their disgusting housekeeping.
The hotel was close to the Burlington mall, which was great. The property exterior felt very home-like and residential. The landscaping was pretty (full trees in courtyard is rare in chain hotels). The room itself was perfect. Large kitchen and bathroom with nice shower head. Bed was comfy. Couch was great for lounging. Great all around, especially for the prize.
The floors were a little thin. Could hear the guest above us walking around his room.
The way the room was set up allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. The room was very clean and you didn't hear any noise in the hallways. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Everything was fine wit.h the room. The hallways were a bit warm
the eggs hammer and patato at free breakfast is very good. Love it.
the wall can not stop you hearing the noise from other rooms I can even hear people live at upstairs fall down on the ground
Breakfast was very good and everything is New.
Unfortunatery, Parking were under construction.
Room is very nice and beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and overall was a great stay.
Upon returning in to the room the hear would be turned off, presumably by the housekeeper. Only wished it was left on.
My wife and i had never been to Boston before, Hotels in the city were ridiculously expensive, so we opted for the Sonesta in Burlington Mass. saved significant money and the accommodations were unbeatable. the staff was more than happy to tell us the best way to get where we wanted to go and suggested places to visit. Cleanest hotel i've seen in a long time, just great all around loved it !!
no liquor served at that location although mentioned in the room book.
I'll come back again for next year foliage with friends.
Newly redecorated, pleasant staff.
Little closet space, and hot breakfast was not up to par
The house keeping forgot to give us the small towels. And coffee pot remained coffee. But we have not been used to drink coffee. So we had no idea who drank coffee in our room.
Based on some of the reviews, I was expecting some problems, like dirty linens. However, the room was clean and modern. Good breakfast. Excellent staff - provided subway map and printed directions to nearest T station. Close to mall for teenager.
Because these were suites, I assumed there was a sofa bed in addition to the one queen/king bed for the 2nd family member. Not so. Could have provided more detail during booking.
The Sonesta was the perfect location for our recent trip to Boston. Rooms were new and huge. Breakfast was spot-on. Staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Small store in the lobby had everything, including Ben & Jerry's and Hagen Daz!
Very nice and close to Boston!!!
Commuting to the downtown Boston was a challenge.
Nice clean and large room with a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen facilities are available.
The walls are a bit thin and hence sound from people talking in the corridor and next room is a bit annoying.
The peppy contemporary décor made the entire hotel environment and our room stand a class above other comparable hotel chains
