Only problem was with booking.com not forwarding my reservation to hotel. Hotel staff promptly took care of this.
luxurious beds comfortable suite
Our apartment was right by the busy road. You could hear traffic noise in the living room, but fortunately the bedrooms were pretty quiet (except for the noise from the air-conditioning unit). Most of the other apartments in the complex are set back from the road and should be much quieter.
lots of room - comfortable beds
trying to find the front desk later at night to check-in _ due to renovations - in a room way around the corner and you have to ring the doorbell to check in - very confusing to find at night....
clean, comfort and value for money
Some facilities are limited due to hotel renovation.
very spacious suites, good value
Didn't know exactly what to expect. I was surprised. I had TWO TV's. It was only a one night stay. I was there for the Perfect 10 all women 10 miler. The location was great for me, and I was very comfortable. I needed the basics, fridge, microwave, and a comfy bed. The shower was great. My room was very clean. They allowed late checkout, which was definitely necessary in my case. I would stay again.
Third floor isn't ideal after a 10 mile race. There was only one person checking people in and out which made the process extremely long. Can't image what it's like during a rush. The front desk staff was nice, however she rolled her eyes about 3 times. Now, I don't know if that's a cute little thing that she does, or if she was really ticked off by me asking for a late check out. Not attitude, just the eyes. When I did check out, we were both all smiles, and I thanked her for being accommodating.
Lovely suite of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms plus kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The grab and go breakfast was fine for our purposes, the construction work was not intrusive.
Nothing, our stay was fabulous!
very big room;
located inside the temple university, not very good to find.
Suite was huge two bathrooms two bedrooms, large sitting area and complete full kitchen
We were not told about the evening hospitality events
We were in a new or newly renovated suite...the first people to stay there... and it was much more than we expected.
The facility is being renovated.
The first room we were given had a bathroom sink full of dirty water. The next room given was not cleaned from prior guests. The third room was fine.
I loved the space in the 2 bedroom suite. The kitchen set up was great, especially if I had to stay an extended period of time. Also liked the outside private entry.
I hated the fact housekeeping barged in on me naked, to leave a notice that the rooms would be under construction in my unit the next day. What hotel would book people in a unit where they needed to gain access to each suite! Furthermore, you'd think that housekeeping would apologize and exit the room upon catching me naked, however she continued to make her way in my room n dropped the notice on the table. When calling the front desk of this, the operations manager asked if his staff had done anything to make me feel uncomfortable. .. well, besides what happened! ? All he did was apologize on behalf of his employee. Had it not been a big hassle I would have just switched to the double tree next door. Also they don't offer vending machines there, have an extensive list of items to purchase to eat/snack on. However when I went at 8 pm to get some snacks, all they had were mentos and fudge striped cookies. Piss poor management and customer service. I will not be returning.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette!
The breakfast selection.
the room was brand new the staff was very friendly the position in the green a nice swimming pool we hope we will come back when the establishment is not under works
the construction works the breakfast was cold because the main hall was closed for works the lack of evening animation because of works
I likes the fact that our last night we were moved to the renovated section and found it to be much much more comfortable,
The first couple of nights were torture with a family above us keeping us awake until 2 am and waking us up at 6 am! Called SEVERAL times to desk but didn't help. Kitchen was lacking any cooking appeal. Housekeeping didn't even clean toilet.
Great location for not only our visit to Princeton, but also only 30 minutes away from Six Flags Adventures. The room was spacious, clean, and made for a great home away from home. Even though there was remodeling construction going on, our stay couldn't have been more comfortable!
The suite was comfortable. I was traveling with 3/ 13yr olds and an 18 yr old we were all able to spread out and sleep in comfort. There were two full baths so morning routines were a breeze. The grab and go breakfast had something for everyone and made getting out in the morning quick and easy. Eatheticaly the decor was bright and refreshing, I would and will definitly stay with sonesta again!
The only down fall was the construction taking place on premisis. The noise in the morning was a bit frustrating. The trucks entering and exiting were a hassle. This is a temporary issue I'm sure however I would have prefered a suite further from the upgrading in progress.
Loved the price and the size of the room. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was great. The room was very clean.
The hotel was under renovations, which we were NOT aware of so, NO great continental breakfast and NO hot tub, 2 of the big reasons we wanted to stay here.
Very nice place to stay if traveling with family. Kitchen in suite is very nice and helps with cutting down cost for meals.
It was a construction site and all central facilities (breakfast room, laundry etc) were not operational.
Well thought out apartment/hotel that suited our families' needs nicely. Nicely appointed rooms with kitchen (microwave, full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove). We had two bedroom - each bedroom has own bath with living and kitchen in between. Breakfast served in lobby in morning with choices that appealed to my kids. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.
Would like to have had more healthy food options at breakfast. Also suggested to front desk that for the dog area, bags would be nice to make clean up of my dog's feces easier. Minor complaints.
The facility was just fine for our family, plenty of room.
Very friendly staff, beautifully renovated suite.
No restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast. You need to go by car to go to dinner.
Adel at the front desk was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He found us a better room for a nominal up charge on a busy weekend. I will definitely refer this property due to the excellent service I received. Kevin P. Welsh Baltimore,MD.
The staff was very attentive to all of our need and concerns. The pool was great keep up very well. The breakfast was extremely satisfying and covered something for everyone and the lady in charge of it was amazing. The fact that the 2 bedroom suites had a bathroom in each room. It is the only hotel in its location that has a basketball court! It had barbecue grills that you are able to use.
The fact that it had no hot tub or smaller pool for the younger children. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and we were giving a room that was not yet remodeled and the mattresses (especially the couch bed) were not at all comfortable. The rug in suite B needed to be replaced. House keeping did not replace the toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) in either bathroom throughout the whole 3 night stay. The hotel holds an extra $25 on your credit card for incedentals that you may need to buy at the hotel this is not listed on their web site and was an unplanned expense (you do get it back if you purchase nothing extra, but still an inconvenience if it is not known in advance).
