    This hotel is amazing with the rooms, the breakfast, location....but if you depend on wifi in your room do not stay here. It picks up in the lobby perfect and the staff was no help.

    NO WIFI IN MY ROOM WHEN I WAS EXPECTING IT UPON MAKING MY RESERVATION. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. SOMEONE was supposed to call my room to try to resolve it but they never did.

    The hotel made a room available for me because booking.com never reserved the room as agreed. The staff at this location were extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

    The social hour was an unexpected extra. Free breakfast and free dinner - wow.

    I reserved a master suite through booking.com but staybridge didn't have be registered for that, nor did they have any available. I didn't get what I paid booking.com for. But that was booking.com's error not staybridge.

    Some of the staff was friendly. We had stayed at this hotel previously and liked it. This time-------

    The afternoon male staffer was sarcastic. He gave is wrong directions to a restaurant. Refused to give us written directions. Our TV had a problem. They did come up to fix it quickly----had not done the fix previously and it took more than 30 minutes.

    The staff were amazing. This hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were large with a full kitchen. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. We enjoyed our big breakfast every morning before heading out to attractions.

    The room was excellent and the bed wonderful! We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast the next morning. The staff was very polite and friendly. We will stay there again. Thank you

    Clean, the staff was nice.

    Breakfast, everything was diluted. Sausage gravy, watery... All the juice tasted more like water, hardly no taste at all. Breakfast needs a lot of work. Shower head barely sprayed, more like a heavy dribble. There was a hole in the cushion of the couch which I reported as I had to sign for any possible damages. Fridge was on but never got cold even after I adjusted the thermostat.

    The room was very clean and spacious. I stayed in the two bedroom suite with 4 teenage girls. They stayed in one room and I in the master bedroom...and we all had a great time. It was wonderful!

    The room was nice and clean. Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

    This is a pet friendly hotel so expect some little yappy dogs around. The TV had more "unusable channels" than ones that worked. The pool area smelled like an old dirty gym sock. There was was no ventilation in that area at all. The Wifi was not usable at all. I was able to connect and use the Hampton Inn 200ft away because the signal was better than the hotel I was staying at. I reserved a 1 bedroom king and received a queen studio. The clerk mentioned that was all they had and didnt make an offer to fix it. Booking.com did offer to resolve the issue.

    They let me book a room online. Then when I got there everything was fine.I Ran to the car 2 get my pocket book came back in the man said residents couldn't stay at the hotel

    I liked the fact that the room didn't just feel like a big hotel room. The way it is designed the sleeping area felt like just a sleeping area. The staff was always helpful and nice. The room seemed clean and well stocked. This was our first stay ar a Staybridge Suites and we both agreed we'd do it again

    The Wifi

    The customer service was terrible. If I hadn't booked through Book It .Com I would have asked for a refund.The social hour. The food was not seasoned. The food just wasn't good

    The hotel was nice, but because our room door did not lock and we did not get house keeping I will not stay with them again.

    Our room did not lock the first day we were there and we had to have the door lock fixed. House keeping did not clean our room. I was charged and extra 30.00 on top of room rate, but no one can tell me why.

    The close connection to the Inter- state and so to the enormus attractions.

    The lady at the reception wasn`t really polite during check-in -procedure and so were the two men,while checking out.This hotel isn`t anything special,like almost all other Staybridge Suites !The price is way to high !

    Well maintained; clean; nice to have kitchenette for a couple of in-room meals. Quiet. Nice hot breakfast buffet. Excellent money value.

    Had some trouble with room temperature controls. Farther than we realized from downtown Chattanooga, but not a big problem.

    The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice.

    The room on the website was depicted incorrectly compared to the room I was given. We originally went to the wrong location and was taken care of by a rude desk clerk. We were pleased to see the new location and the staff when we arrived to the new location.

    Comfortable and spacious rooms.

    Hotel staff started collecting the food from the breakfast area while people were still in line trying to get breakfast. That was a first for me.
