The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have picked a better location. The continental breakfast was on key. I'd def stay again
the staff were really nice, the brekies were good and the hospitality days were a real bonus
we didn't like the smokers sitting right outside the main door.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating, starting with the manager. The hotel is walking distance from everywhere. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Hot breakfast good variety. James
The location. You could walk to nearby Restaurants and Casino.
I can't think of a thing.
The location was terrific - only one block away from the hotel where I was attending a 2 day conference. The parking was very convenient and the room was very comfortable and spacious by New Orleans hotel standards. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was offered many choices.
I really didn't like the bed pillows. They were small, hard and VERY uncomfortable - almost like overstuffed throw pillows on a sofa. Both my adult son and I awoke with cricks in our necks. I don't know why many hotels have switched from regular or queen sized pillows to tiny rock-hard pillows but I hope during the renovations going on at this hotel that they replace all the tiny bed pillows with regular or queen size pillows.
The nightly buffet on Tuesday thru Thursday was nice. Would like to see that expanded to all nights. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.
To many rules-on Sunday there was no one in the seating area by the kitchen and staff wouldn't turn the channel on the television so we could watch our football game.
I would like to say Monique is the best! I was in town for my birthday and the room was very nice and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious!!! I will definitely come back! The hotel is in walking distance to everything!
The $30 a night parking.
Great location Large room
Wifi was iffy at times.
Breakfasts and Happy Hours were very good and a nice bonus inclusion. Location is convenient to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. We felt very safe and comfortable.
Lack of dedicated parking can be a bit of an issue on busy days such as game days. Most of the time not a problem though.
Great price for suite and included breakfast. Was very happy with the cleanliness of room and friendliness of staff. Amenities were great. It was close enough to French Quarter and the Riverwalk Outlets.
Wifi was spotty at times.
The front desk staff was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. They arranged tours, suggested places to eat and to visit. They were pleasant and very friendly and welcoming. Staff at breakfast and socials were also friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Overall, we had a great time at your hotel and are willing to recommend it to everyone.
When problems occurred with our refrigerator and printing of boarding passes, maintenance staff were very quick to solve the problem. The refreshments and drinks provided Monday through Thursday certainly help saving costs of a holiday.
Quality of wifi was rated only fair due to it being inconsistent in its access
Friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, staff. Clean room, bathroom, linen and towels. Wi Fi, computer room with all amenities. Great ensuite kitchen facilities. Good location, near everything touristy.
Could use a homier decor in the dining room.
Big, clean comfortable suite. A great breakfast selection and good location, walking distance to Canal, Bourbon and Decatur Streets.
Wifi was not available on the 15th floor - good thing we were too busy enjoying New Orleans to use it anyway. We were only staying on the weekend but they do not service the rooms on the weekends. Parking at the facility costs $33, even though we paid for 2 full days of parking, we were not allowed to park the second day past our checkout time.
Liked most of the facilities, the availability of water + coffee available throughout the day. Liked the Tues, Weds & Thurs 5.30 get togethers, loads food available as well as drinks. Large comfy bed. Very quiet great nights sleep on the 9th floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Don't go here if you really want to use the swimming pool which was the reason I choose Staybridge Suites instead of La Quinta Suites as I needed to go swimming to exercise my knee following a recent operation. The pool was so uninviting, base did not look clean tho it might have been but I couldn't use it. It's location was directly outside the windows of the dining room which had no curtains so one would have to swim with an audience at times. The facilities to sit by the pool were minimal, no loungers just a few cafe bistro iron tables and chairs. Hardly any space surrounding it and was shaded by the high building most of the time. Instead I had to use the fitness centre which was grand but I don't fancy these machines, would much have preferred to swim. Also renovations/window cleaning was being done during our stay so what little space was available by the pool was taken up with cherry pickers. The kitchen area of the suite could do with handles on the presses and the delph, glasses & cutlery were unclean. Had to scald all in boiling water before use.
Free breakfast and weekday light meal days, a staff that strove hard to please, the location, the good value for the money.
Location is very good. Very close to French Quarter, Acvarium. Kitchen facilities is good enough for cooking of light dinner/lunch. Big refrigerator.
Price for Garage is expensive. Room has some smeels.
Staff is courteous, helpful and attentive!! Highly recommend this hotel
$30/day parking but that's not the hotel's fault.
This hotel was great, my fiancé and I wanted a little weekend getaway to New Orleans and we had the best time. This hotel was wonderful, we walked everywhere, the hotel was very clean and big, and the employees were very helpful and friendly. I would deffintly recommend this hotel, and the price is excellent for the stay.
They were out of parking spots so they let me park in the loading zone right by the door and it was super convenient. My room wasn't ready when I got there at 4pm and after waiting a bit the clerk asked me if I'd take a smoking room at no charge! YES! It didn't even smell like smoke at all.
The hotel needs a bit of updating and two of the lamps in the room were broken, but so what- it was fine!
Great location Comfortable room Close parking
Wi fi Parking was convenient but a bit pricey.
Good location, very close to the Convention Centre and easy walking distance to the French Quarter, Tremendous, Garden District etc. good comfort and space
Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Some days they come, some they don't.
Having to pay $30 for 1 day of parking.
The room was super! The staff excellent and informative. Kudos to Monique at the front desk! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. Right across the street from Harrah's casino and a few blocks from Bourbon St.
The hotel is at a great location. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on where to eat. When we checked in, the attendant helped us save money on parking by recommending that we opt for parking on the street since it was a weekend.
On our second day at the hotel, the WIFI was not working. We called the front desk and they were not helpful, only claiming that no one else was experiencing issues connecting to the server, instead of helping us figure out the problem.
