We liked the size of the room and that each suite had a small kitchen. The hotel offered a free breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Jeremiah helped us out with a mixup in our room which was a result of booking through a third party. However, everything worked out great and we were satisfied. That the pool was shared with another hotel which made it very busy.

Staff was excellent. Room was very nice. Great for night or weekend. The room had alot of convenient ammenties. Great value. Dont be in a hurry if you plan on eating at the restaurant in the neighbouring Holiday Inn. The restaurant was convenient however service was slow and food was average. Main entrance to Staybridge Suites was a little confusing to find.

The continental breakfast was delicious, with a lot of selection. The premises are luxurious, and common areas were clean. The staff that was present were very courtious, freindly, and helpful. I didn't like that there wasn't any housekeeping on the weekend. Take out left-overs and room service trays lined the hallways throughout the weekend, and we ran out of coffee, soap, and towels - which were however still available at the front desk, but we had to go and get them after we had already ran out (inconvenient). Wish that it had been better advertised that weekend housekeeping service needed to be ordered in advance.
