Thing that you must pay extra for wi-fi, breakfast and parking.
The Suite ,Location ,Desk very helpful
Gym Could be updaten Pool cannot be used because of Time Restrictions
Spacious room, very helpful staff with a "can do" attitude
Wifi was expensive no coffee cups and spoons in the rooms.
Very comfortable A good 20mn from downtown via highway
Cleaning staff forgetful of details such as coffee or soap
The physical part was amazing and the staff was well trained and polite and the fitness area was very well located and nicely designed and inviting.
Not much to dislike except the initial time we had to find the hotel.
The location was very convenient to the wedding we attended that weekend.
There was no place to park our truck because the spaces in the parking garage where it could fit were taken by compact cars and the 4 spaces outside the garage for over-sized vehicles were also taken by small cars. We ended up having to park it by the yellow curb overnight.
I liked the size of the room. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the king size bed. I also liked getting 4 drinking glasses and the toiletries were useful.
Our room was over top a ballroom and we could hear the party music very clearly while in bed. It stopped after midnight. Also the hotel didn't warn me that my card would automatically be charged at checkout time.
Rough towels Mattress too firm Difficult location to find/access especially at night
Not having free wifi
BOoking.com evidently didn't book us in until the last minute, after I had to make phone calls and wait an hour or so for an answer. This failure to book immediately and notify me put a good bit of added stress on my transaction with booking.com. When I made the reservation, booking.com should have immediately secured the room and notified me by e-mail the hotel's confirmation number for the reservation. Other than that, all went well in the end.
Great room and amazing breakfast
It's got a large, well-built bed, and a nice suite-like atmosphere. Overall, the price was good, as long as... see the red text.
They charge extra for internet and an outrageous $15 for parking. Both should be free. In fact, as a friend of my wife says, charging for internet is like charging for water or toilet paper. It's just a way of masking a higher price. Also, the layout of the room is a bit silly. There's no closet when you come in; it's around two corners, in the bathroom area. The bathroom sink can't be used without turning on a light that shines into the bedroom. And there are no hand towel holders in the bathroom. The architect should be fired.
The room was really nice. Loved the bed. It was so comfy
The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. The staff was helpful and nice.
That wiFi was not free and the selection for breakfast too expensive and poor.
nice room at great price, room comfort, friendly staff
free wifi only in lobby
Nice rooms, beds, refrigerator in rooms
Charging for internet service The movies were not available to watch from your room Charging for parking
No HD tv Sports barely visible on analogue tv, no help with it. Charge for internet in a sneaky way. Charge for parking with no alternative, very nickle and dime. Made me angry.
Location, location, location.
Give overnite guests included parking and you will blow away the competition. I know that 15 bucks seems like nothing, and it actually is nothing.....but it is the little details that set things apart.
location and suite size
concierge called a car for us but they let someone else take our car so it made us a half hour late.
room is very comfortable
When we arrived our room was ready and the hotel itself was magnificent. Overall I would stay there again.
We were told wrong directions about how to get there. We also had to wait 15 long minutes in the cold for the shuttle to pick us up. Also, breakfast is not included, it is overpriced, and has to many different options to choose from which seems like a money hungry company. The front desk supervisor gave us a free breakfast pass for the inconvience which we later found out was limited to only the cold foods and cereal and fruit. ;( After going back and forth about being told different things the front desk paid our bill unnexpectedly. We tipped well. Just wish things were explained more clearly.
We love staying at the Bethesda Marriott Suites and we look forward to returning. The rate was outstanding and we will definitely book through you again. Dawn Atlanta
Location, not in bethesda, check carefully.
The location and room were excellent.
They advertised WIFI but they restricted access and required a fee a substantial fee to allow full access. They advertised "Parking for Guests" but again omitted the fees.
