Great staff, good location, comfortable beds and EXTREMELY spacious rooms made the stay a pleasure. I'd definitely recommend staying here! The TVs are a little out of date.

The room size and layout Spa Sport/Fitness facility Staff is very friendly Location Need to take the bed spread off the beds in rooms and go with the sheet covered comforter. Seems to need a sprucing up decor wise-lobby is dated and could use an update.

Spa was clean and relaxing. 10% off coupon not good for day visit only 1 treatment. Convenient to the mountain and good shuttle service. Very noisy room at night.Noisy pipes in the ceiling clanging all night even when heat and air turned off. Breakfasts were cold and it was not even busy.Seemed to be precooked and heated up. Pillows were flimsy. Limited newspapers

I enjoyed all the resort had to offer. The bed and pillows were terrible. the pillow was seemed as if they were 100 years old. So my advice would be to bring your own pillow.

I liked the convenience of Charlie B's Pub and Wisteria Restaurant attached to the hotel. I did not like that the hotel did not have a complimentary microwave for the guests to use.

we enjoyed Winfields being on the grounds we did not need to drive and explore other restaurants upon arriving I gave my triple AAA card and asked if they could apply discount seen as there wasn't a spot on the internet booking web-site the desk clerk said she saw no reason why they couldn't and took a copy of my card - discount was not applied and I called upon arriving home called Stowflake and Chris ( customer service ) said he also saw no reason they would not honor seen as I paid full amount for the room.today is the 7th and have not heard back on this matter oh! I did hear from Chris on Tuesday saying management was not in and still will pursue - Steve Gareau

Very nice property. Great staff in all areas. Food was excellent. Room was very nice. Everything considered we would stay again and reccomend to others. Carl & Dolores Berg Rochester, N.Y. It rained for our two night say, three day stay. No one can change the weather. $299 + daily rate seemed high for off season. $199-$249 would be fair.

Nothing really stood out. It was the cheapest option when I booked but at over $200 a night I would not call it budget. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was not extremely clean (bugs in light fixtures, stains under rim of toilet, some ring around tub, etc). The hotel is older and needs some major renovating.

Location and Amenities. Spa was decent Overall the building needs a "refresh" it is getting old and tired and they need to spend some money. For 450 dollars a night they should also have a porter for luggage.
