exellent location in the heart of Miami Beach, lots of restaurants and bars around, beach just opposite the road valet parking quite pricy at 35$ (other hotels in Miami Beach charge 15-25$), very noisy aeration/climatisation fixed on the outside facade right next to our window, long discussion with the receptionist who insisted on charging us beverages from the minibar although we didn't touch it... |

The rooms were set up nicely and the beds were very comfortable. -Pool was very small to accomodate four buildings worth of guests, the pool was cleaned only once a day and this goes for the common area as well, food containers, cups, cigarette butts, truly disgusting. -The concierge service was definitely not up to parr. We had to inquire about what type of tours were offered as opposed to the information being suggested nor did we see any flyers out. -Front desk service was terrible. Each time we called requesting something (ice, towels) we would have to call two times at least. None of our rooms were ready when we arrived and we had to continue calling to see when they would become available. At the time of checkout, no one had the patience to explain the charges to me. |

Location near the beach, kitchinette fully equiped helped save some money especially if you are stying for a lon period: instead of eating all 3 meals out at least have done by yourselfat the hotel. Spacious room that makes you confortable. Clean room that even smells nice. We will definitly stay in The Strand next time we visit SoBe! |

the staff were really friendly, the location was great, the room was bigger than I thought and very confortable. They charged us twice: we stayed 4 days and we were charged for 5 days. |

Beachfront location and our balcony room On check in we were not allocated the correct room as in our "room description" as we had no balcony.A Correct room was not available. Excuse given as an unexpected overstay of previous guest. 50 dollars was removed from the bill for the first night. A balcony room was provided for the next 2 nights which we liked a lot more but, it was not a Junior Suite as in the room description as it was just one open plan room. The staff were helpful but our first night was a complete disappointment and stressful and spoiled our overall experience somewhat. Worthy of note is the fact that you can only park your hire car at various meter parking locations at 1.25 per hr, 9am to midnight ! Or Valet parking at the hotel at 35 dollars a day !! |

modern, funky hotel. fantastic hip bathroom. outstanding and trendy pool. loved the apples and popcorn. lovely touch. unusual pool furniture, especially the shoe loungers. love the strand....... all perfect. |

La cura dei dettagli e il gusto nell'arredamento, la dimensione delle camere (abbiamo soggiornato in due diverse a distanza di alcuni giorni), l'attrezzatura della cucina e la posizione. Lo staff della reception non è molto chiaro nella spiegazione di tariffe e condizioni. La prima camera aveva la moquette macchiata in più punti (nonostante la pulizia complessiva fosse buona). In un'ala non c'è ascensore. |

Bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen naar een suite welke er zeer goed uit zag Het gebouw naast ons hotel werd verbouwd waardoor er vanaf 7.00uur zeer veel lawaai was. |

A localizacao, o conforto do quarto e a relacao preco/localizacao sao excelentes. Recomendo a estadia e pretendo voltar. Unico porem foi a impossibolidade de fazer check-in antes das 16hs. |

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la habitación decorada muy moderna, cuidada y limpia. Además goza de la mejor ubicación de Miami en cuanto a cercanía a la playa y para las salidas nocturnas. También tiene muy buenos locales comerciales y restaurantes al rededor. |

Super Lage, sehr schöner Strand. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, tolles Bett. Sehr bequem. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht! Gut zum selber verpflegen. Viel zu laut, besonders morgens ab 7Uhr (Müllabfuhr etc.) Das Wasser im Pool auf dem Dach ist viel zu warm gewesen! Die Begrüßung beim Check In war sehr mager. Willkommen fühlen ist was anderes! Aber gut... ansonsten alles schön. |

Lo bien ubicado que está. Para la gente que desea descansar pero al mismo tiempo ambiente nocturno y fiesta es perfecto, por que está justo delante de la playa pero al mismo tienpo se encuentra en la calle Ocean Drive que es de las mas animadas de todo Miami. El servicio de habitaciones. Normalmente en USa se deja propina en la cama para la camarera y yo no lo sabía, asi que empezo a hacer el servicio mal, primero no nos cambiaba las toallas, luego no dejaba jabon, un día nos hizo la cama al reves con la manta por debajo e incluso otro día nos puso el despertador de la habitación a las 7 de la mañana....asi que cuidado con no dejar propina. |
