Perfect hotel om San Francisco te bezoeken. Ideaal voor de toerist want gelegen aan de Cable Tram (Powel Street). Heel goedkoop hotel en meer dan ideaal voor budgetreizen/roadtrips. Ideale slaapplaats dus. Ontbijt kon beter. |

locatie. goed bed. goed sanitair. raam op binnenplaatsje/muren, geen lucht te zien. kamer erg klein. kwaliteit ontbijt slecht. |

ligging is uitstekend, personeel ook ontbijt is zeer minimaal. Geen goede ventilatie in de kamer |

De ligging van het hotel is prima! Doordat we een dag eerder in sf aankwamen zijn we 1 dag eerder naar het Stratford gegaan zonder reservering. We kregen een kamer voor dezelfde prijs als via de reservering via booking.com. We moesten de volgende dag verhuizen van kamer (wat geen probleem was) maar we ginger er qua kamer zeer op achteruit. Ipv een mooie badkamer kregen we een douchegordijn met schimmel en stukken uit de wc bril. |

I liked the location, near everything, Very convienant. The room was very small and the bathrooms. They did move us into a little larger room, but the sink was in the bedroom. Not the most convience. |

Location was perfect. Central, next to union square, 2 blocks from bart and muni transport. Trolley stop right in front of hotel. Tiny room with just a bed and a tv on the desk. Bill was 60 dollars over and we had to get it fixed. No apology. |

The best about this hotel is the location. Step outside and you have a cable car stop (both lines) and you're also 4 steps away Union Square. Hotel is clean and rooms even look nice. Really small rooms. Very simple breakfast offer |

This hotel has an excellent location. The staff is friendly. The rooms are small but tastefully decorated. You get a lot for the money. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. |

It was so handy to all transport such as taxi,bus, train,trams,and foodcourts etc;Shops.to suit all peoples requirements in close proximity.We were very happy with our choice of hotel. |

The hotel staff were very friendly with the exception of one woman. My room was very small but very clean. One day, my boyfriend and I did not leave our room and cleaning staff tried 3 times (!) to clean it. Finally the front desk called and asked if we needed anything. We asked for towels and they dropped them off for us. Awesome! The location is also amazing for shopping and very conveniently located to the Powell Street bart station. Parking is expensive and wireless should be free. The hotel is otherwise amazing. |

Great location, clean rooms and really afordable price. I really enjoyed to be in the city center in the middle of everythin- close to Chinatown, the tram and metro. Make sure to get a room with a queen bed and not a double bed if you are a couple. The double beds are a little small for 2 persons. |

The location was great for this clean no-frills hotel! Staff was wonderful - -helpful and friendly, and had great knowledge of the city's attractions, restuarants, and how to get from place to place. Room was small and heat was not working. |
