I liked being able to go to the top of the Stratosphere for free with the purchase of the room. It was very nice. It did not have an in room refrigerator and microwave. |

I have been comming here for many years and really feel at home. The Sportsbook bar was closed and we had to go to the "c" bar for our drinks. |

Value for money, view from top night & day excellent. Especially having cocktails at the Romance bar at night was outstanding Shops were a bit down market |

very cheap, clean, big room; free entrance to the tower; all you need is there; all you can eat buffet for the whole day was very good and cheap; at the end of the strip, far away from the "centre"; take enought cash with you, because those ATM Machines charge a lot extra; small casino compared to other hotels on the strip, and was not very full when we were there (mid november) |

The casino floor was very spread out and a had a cozy feeling to it. The rooms are extremely over priced. We went with a big group of friends, one group bought the cheapest room, I got the middle class room and the other group spent a lot for the vip suites. All three rooms were identical except for a few more sq/ft. The designs of the rooms are like Motel 6 style. |

Very friendly and courteous staff, modern and many penny slot machines, ease of access and free parking, layout of casino. Buffet food was OK, but not great. Probably an OK value for the money. |

not much the service was poor first the valet were rude and would only park my truck if i paid them a little extra. the a/c didnt work in the room/the tv remote wasn't working.and the worst was the shower had no pressure that sucks at 5 in the morning |

It was cheap and clean, the bus stop is just next to the hotel, near las vegas downtown, the view from the top of the tower is pretty cool A bit far so the bus took to much time to get there and when it is pretty late at nigth or early in the morning after a crazy nigth, the ride gets a bit boring, but not too much |

Rooms had recently been refurbished and were modern, clean and comfortable. Large bathtub in bathroom. Dining, views and rides at the Tower Top were fantastic. High levels of cigarette smoke in public areas. |

I had a bad smell in my room, and your staff took care of it A.S.A.P. I believe that bar,s are needed on both sides of the shower when you enter and leave the shower so that you --- do not slip. |

We loved the spacious room and the amazingly comfortable beds. I especially loved the linens. The room was quiet - no cross over noise from other rooms. We had great food at Lucky's at midnight, served by a cheerful, personable waitress. I also appreciated that the casino was not a fog of smoke. It's a bit of a hike from self parking to our room, but that's probably not fixable. The telephone situation was the only real negative. Our cell phones were not working. The $5.00 card was a joke, each call took over two dollars just waiting to get connected to the 800 number. Local calls should be free or only $1.00 |

We liked the efficiency of the cleaning staff and how clean the room was every time we came back. Also we locked ourselves out of our room and security was quickly dispatched and present to let us in. The cashier in the buffet didn't explain the all day $24.99 deal so we spent the $24.99 and didn't not benefit from it. |

The hotel was clean and erverything you need is avaiable in the hotel and casino. the rides are very cool.....even the view from the tower is amazing it is still a long walk to the main part of the strip... |
