“ Everything! From the very nice and helpful greeting and check-in staff, through the great design of the hotel: two floors - casino on the lower, shops on the higher which makes the path to your room take less than twenty minutes (hello mgm Grand), a very nice and relaxed casino floor, additional amenities like the 8th floor pool, free tower entrance with a beautiful Vegas... ”

The tower was amazing. It is a must see in Vegas. To far out f town. I would have preferred to stay closer on the strip.

Was quiet ad the room and pool were nice Is a long walk from the strip so a bus pass is required. The nearest bus stop doesn't have a card machine that accepts foreign credit cards. You'll need exact change to pay on the bus

I liked the 109 floor tower and view. I also liked the friendly service, the speedy bell hop, and valet service. The buffet was also very enjoyable considering I typically steer away from buffets. I also enjoyed the fitness room. The smell of smoke outside and inside the hotel.

This was a very plush hotel with fantastic accomodation that was very well priced. Simply the best place to view the Vegas strip especially at night from the top of the tower, amazing! Not only my self but dozens of others always thought the air conditioning was always on way too low in the entire hotel and casino, it was constantly freezing cold in there. The strip is not as close as you think it is and distances are very deceiving in the eye. To walk to Fashion Show Mall at Treasure Island you need to allow at least 30-45 mins walk. The in house movies that you can purchase in your room are very "grainy" . The second movie I ordered, I turned it off after around 15 minutes because the quality was a little dodgy, unfortunately I will still charged for it!

Everybody was really friendly; Kudos to the super-nice bellhops! Great value for the price we paid. For us, being a little away from the strip was a huge bonus. FYI - you have to be 14 or older to do the jump off the tower. A few more sun umbrellas at the pool would have been nice. The parking garage is not accessible to anything but cars, since the hight-bar at the entrance is set to about 5 ft or so. We had to park our Truck across the road in the sun (+100 degrees).

The hotel is kind of located at the northern end of the las vegas strip.. So it was easy to walk in southern direction to hop in & hop off all other hotel & casinos along the strip... Its a long walk though... So when you are tired take the bus back which is a 24 hour service. All the staffs esp. The casino staffs are weird, non-friendly, mean and got serious attitude problem ... after all we came to Vegas to enjoy & play thousands of dollars in casino.. They lack basic guest service !!

Loved the rooms. They were very inviting and comfortable. You have a few really excellent employees at your casino/hotel. One gentlman who works in the round lounge on the casino floor, and another two or three that work in check-in , the supervisor ( I assume ) was very helpful when we discovered our online booking hadn't gone through. And the other employees he was teaching how to deal with my situation while he was simultaneously resolving my booking issue were also very couteous and helpful. A lovely woman in promotions helped us with getting play-cards. A fantastic gentleman in tickets and shows was awesome in assisiting us in finding the right attractions for us and our newly graduated 20 year old Marine son. It was a great stay all in all. If it were not for the pool closing at 7pm I would consider it perfect. The fan in the bathroom did not work from the moment we checked in, showering left everything soaked with condensation. the pool closes AT 7pm!!!!! No adult time??? That was so dissapointing...........Unfortunately a deal breaker for my husband and I as we enjoy swimming at night when the pools are less crowded. The only other thing is I found it somewhat confusing to find my way around. I was always lost. We never even found all of the upstairs retail until it was time to check out!! We would have much rather shopped there than three miles down the road. And the restaraunts up there!!! Definitely need better advertising for the businesses up top

I enjoyed the pool area and the fitness center I felt the rooms were outdated and I don't believe I got a good room for spending $400.
