It did not have any grab bars in the bathroom. My sister, having undergone a knee replacement, noticed this and felt the hotel should have one installed. This is a safety feature that will benefit anyone. This hotel should install these safety bars in all their guest rooms.
This hotel is not worth the money. Its on the strip for namesake actually it really far up on the north edge of the LV Blvd. rooms dont have even the most basic things like a jug for water or even a microwave or refrigerator. Bathroom vents are very poor and rooms are too small with virtually no view of the strip
Excellent self parking....
I have great empahthy for the homeless.....I realize you do not have control over who hangs out side your property...too many panhandlers...
View from Tower Beds comfy and rooms very clean Modern decor Easy parking and plenty of it Price- good for Vegas. Food and restaurants on Level 2. Souvenir shop. good prices. Pool. good. Staff helpful and polite.
Location. Had seedy apartment blocks around it. Its a drive to the strip end. No tea/ coffee facilities in room No fridge in room. Smoking ..in casino. Rooms, not very large. A squash for family of 4 .
Walking distance to nearby eatery like ihop, Denny's for breakfast. Rates are reasonable. Clean room.
Location to the Las Vegas strip s too far. Better don't walk. The staff ask if we want room upgrade for better view at USD10/day, we paid but the view is not fantastic at all, so don't bother to pay extra. Too much smoking at the casino level is choking me.
The choice of eating venues in the hotel. Also the fun rides on top of the Stratophere and the views.
Large fans 23 floors below my room kept me awake. In saying that, my room mate didn't hear them.
The lounges and buffet.
Inconsistent service. Front desk staff wasn't on the same page which cause members of my entourage great discomfort and extra unplanned expenses. Very disappointed.
The roller coaster
The hotel, the staff, the loud old A/C unit, closet sized bathroom and location.
Clean NONSMOKING room Friendly, informative staff
Smoking in the casino. Noise everywhere
- nice beds, - beautiful view from the tower (tower free for hotel guests)
- far from the center of entertaiment, - you can't check in before 3pm - The guy from bell service was demanding a tip
I dont like totaly
soooo cold (like gost)
Big room, clean, free parking, free acces to the top of the tower
Far from other casino, fee of service for the room and taxes added of the price push the price up a lot from the price you see on booking.com
the location was too far from the main strip area. the money i spent on taxis could have been put together and spent on a hotel in the main strip. that way i could have just walked everywhere. Horrible shower. you might think its not a big deal but when you need to clean yourself well thats when you will realize the bad shower. the flow of water is too low and uneven. I had to use a bottle of water to wash my hair.
Staff were helpful. room was clean hotel is very large. the map of first two floors was very helpful. did enjoy my stay would go back
no coffee pot n room very confusing to find your at first a map of rooms would be helpful
staff is super friendly the bus in direction to the strip stops directly in front of the hotel
there was no option for an early check in. considering the amount of rooms i dont think there was no option at all
This hotel and casino provides omnidirectional view of Las Vegas from the top level and three types of thrilling adventure for those who are brave enough.
Breakfast is not included.
Moderately priced Staff reasonably helpful Strip and downtown bus stops close
Wifi paid as part of resort fee did not work for almost 24 hours No fridge in standard room Stale smoke when you walk in doors at street level Had to call housekeeping one day as room had not been serviced Just beyond strip and some 'dubious' persons frequented outside Strip view impacted by the number of vacant lots in near vicinity Bathroom quite dated
Great view from the tower Easy parking Nice buffet Value for money And there were also some problem with credit card payment, I completed contact form on the hotel's website, hope they will contact. It'd be great if there's a possibility to contact the staff via booking.com text form
Far away from the center of the Strip
Lovely accommodation with all the facilities one expects in Las Vegas. Free access to the tower. Close to regular public transport to the Strip. Outstanding value for money.
No breakfast included but restaurants within the building.
I requested for housing keeping to come clean our room they said they would be there in a few minutes never should up, people that work There are very rude..
The price (27$ for a double queen room). Very clean an convenient.
The location is in the strip but at the north end and a bit far to walk to the center of the strip.
How clean friendly and reasonability Priced my stay was
The new lay out of the slot floor the infrequently of wins or bonus features and floor waitresses
The smell was awful!
