quite far from strip and area around the hotel is pretty run down
The tower is a great feature, very good for the price and the room we had was very nice and spacious
Had an amazing stay here Views from 24th floor amazing Had a select tower room Casino not busy older then most but ok Excellent meals in Roxys diner and Mcalls Grill
A little bit far from the strip,
Quit room, no view, no problems with smoking
Allergies demand I have a non smoking room. Either the room was recently smoked in or they need better air filters
Our room was nice. The dinner we had was excellent. The view from the top was amazing.
Staff was helpful. Lovely views.
I noticed several times on my way back to my room that there was garbage left outside some of the rooms from meals, etcetera. The garbage was there in some cases for several hours if it was placed in the hall after the cleaning staff had cleared that floor. I feel this could be avoided by doing periodical hallway sweeps throughout the day or keeping a keen eye on the hall cameras that are already in place. The common areas of the hotel are very well cared for. I would just like to see that level of attention all the way to my hotel room.
The hotel and everything it has to offer is awesome! The staff were very friendly and glad to help whenever I needed them. The building is well maintained and clean.
My bookng was not found by the staff at the time of arrival... he had to make some phone calls. At checkout they did not invoice the correct amount, for unknown reason the amount was slighly higher than my confirmed amount. AND it seemed that the hotel did not know about the deposit I paid in advance (actually they charged my card for the first night of my stay right in the moment of booking) The supervisor, or manager or I don't know who told me that they do not charge in advance... of course they do !!!
Cleanliness, comfy bed, large bathroom, nice view from premium room, free tower enterance, free wifi.
wait for more than 30 min to check-in at mid-night. 20 people were waiting in line but only two staffs...
very big room, good facility
The casino area was run down and the crowd wasn't the best. I upgraded my room to the tower but the jacuzzi tub was dirty and I had to wear shoes around the room because the carpet was dirty. I also opted for a better room in the tower and my view of the mountains had the parking structure in between so it wasn't worth it. I could have just spent the same money and gotten a better hotel down the strip at the Venetian or Harrah's. I feel like I overpaid for this room.
I like the observation deck
Smoky, needs better ventilation.
The tower, restaurant, and proximity to the rest of the strip. The 60's diner at the base of the tower was one the best places we ate on our whole trip.
The room had no view (just a wall) . We requested a one large bed and they gave us two small beds and they did not clean the room. Bad choice. Never again.
The doors between two rooms makes it noisy if there is a neighbor on the opposite site of the doors. The trains - they will wake You up every time they will pass NW of hotel (hopefully the train traffic is low).
Clean, big rooms. Nice bed. Good WiFi (stable but slow - 1Mb for free, more bandwidth for $).
The room wasn't quiet. One can fairly easily hear what's going on in the adjacent rooms. The bathroom wasn't exactly clean.
the room was small but had a great city view, the bed was very comfortable, not too far for the very downtown in Vegas.
no bad experiences.
the room was clean and amenities were nice. Will definitely stay again. The view from the tower was amazing. Staff were always smiling and helpful.
Friendly staff ; good location ;good facilities
Waiting forever in lines to check in, while 10 of their 12 check-in computers lay idle. When we brought this up to them, they stated nothing was unusual. This seems to be a Vegas-only, Vegas-throughout trait.
poor drink service while playing the slots, service fees for taking money off my visa ,
the room was an upgrade which i enjoyed , maid service was great,
How high my room was. It was kinda far from the strip.
Places to eat inside the hotel
They give me an accessible room (by mistake), I ask to change and they give a smoke room (I don't smoke), it was 2 am so I just said yes (my error), when I come back in my home all my stuff smell the smoke. When I go back in Vegas, I just choose an other hotel, and you must do the same thing.
The free parking (like in all the hotel in Vegas)
No power outlets to charge a phone or a laptop. The plugs at the desk were so loose that my charger fell off. There was a power outlet as low as a foot from the floor, close to the door. So when I charge my phone/computer, I had to sit down on the floor to work on my computer. I've never seen any hotel like this. I travel to places almost every month but never seen anything this odd. Drafty wall with a connecting door that lets the noise from the other room into mine. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise my neighbor made. One morning, I didn't have any cash to leave for the tip for the maid who came to clean the room, I left a note, saying that I would make up to that. But the room was not made. The person took out the trash though. The wifi internet was not compatible with Mac or iPhone. So that means no free Internet. The bathroom sink was clogged. No view but the ugly parking structure. No coffee machine or water.
