Problem with hot water to room! Staff people said "my block of rooms always had this problem". Even after they checked things out I had the shower valve on full hot to get warm water!
Checked in, provided credit card info and was then told that there was no room ready. Told to come back within an hour. Came back and had to go thru the whole check in process again, i.e. provide ID, credit card info. Told clerk that we had already done this but she said the person that did it, did not record anything. She then wrote our room number on the room card/key but one digit was badly scribbled and so we misread it. Got upstairs and was trying the key to the door that we thought her handwriting represented. Came back downstairs, was given another key. I turned to double check the room number only to be told that what I was reading was actually a different number and that is why the key did not work because we went to the wrong room. No apology was given but rather a whisper to another clerk at the desk....
Had a great time! First time here, and loved it.
Staff at Starbucks Monday morning was rude. Bad start on a Monday morning.
The bed was comfortable
My phone didn't work and no one came to fix it. My card went out and stopped working. The bed was comfortable but it didn't come with a comforter and there was no frig. The cable channels were limited and you we were given a 24 hour limit for WiFi. The only benefit was that it was a block away from the chapel we went to.
I actually liked being just off the strip but was still plenty close to have lots of fun, Jennifer was very attentive wwhile I was gaming and made my stay more enjoyable.
I can't think of one thing that I actually ddidn't like. I will be back.
The rooms were nice.
This hotel was just great. Location was good, not smack bang in the middle of the strip so it wasn't crazy. Top of the world restaurant was sooo cool as was Roxy's diner. The ladies at the concierge desk were super helpful. Definitely stay here again.
Casino was a bit dated.
Bed to hard and cleaners make way to much nose when talking like yelling
No where to do laundry in the hotel.
TOWER VIEW, Tower entrance free for guests. Closest Monorail station is on the SLS hotel. Quiet, easy access
Too far from Strip, while playing in the slots, they took too long to serve drinks, additional charge for renewed rooms.
For the money the rooms were great and very comfortable
Did not like the breakfast at Roxy's Diner.
On the Strip but out of the caos. Easy parking
At check-in they make me pay in advance for all the stay even if I already paid 1 night at booking time. Noisy room: even from 17th floor the noise from outside of some equipment on the rooftop of a lower part of the hotel was louder than air conditioning inside the room! Resort fee increased to over $20 since last year but quality in the same and there is still no WiFi
The shops and food on site were great! There was plenty to eat and the shops were nice too.
The on site attractions were over priced so we didn't go
Tub had mold
Clean place Confortable and people working
One little thing sink was water stock
The staff was friendly. I stayed in a renovated room, and I loved it.
I didn't like how far the Stratosphere was located. Don't try to walk to the other end of the strip. Catch a cab or Drive/park at the LINQ while hanging out on the strip.
The top of the world was the best part of the hotel. The view was magnificent and something that everyone should experience.
I did not like the room that they gave us because the view was horrible. We were staring at a wall. The air conditioning and heater system was not of good quality. We booked another night at a better hotel.
free parking clean room easy access to the strip
main restaurant closed for renovation
I loved the bed. It was very comfortable. I enjoyed the happy hour 1/2 priced apps and 2 for 1 drinks at the top. The waitstaff was great, and the food and drinks were good. Dinner at Fellini's was also nice.
The fire alarm was chirping as soon as I walked in. I called the front desk, and was put on hold for a long time. I hung up. We just pulled out the battery from the fire alarm, and left it on the nightstand. The lamp on one of the nightstands wasn't working. It was unplugged. When I pulled the nighstand away from the wall to look for a plug (which wasn't there), I was disgusted by the layer of dust. There was some kind of burn mark on the bathroom floor that said, "bike" on it. Sink is outside of the bathroom, but only 1 bar of soap. So, when you shower, you have to remember to take the soap from the sink and bring it into the shower. I've honestly had better rooms at Motel 6's. No coffee maker either. I told the receptionist upon checkout that this room needs updating. He agreed and said they're in process of renovating section by section. I guess booking.com guests get the unrenovated section. The room was depressing. I won't be returning.
Friendly helpful staff
Top of tower viewing opens too late in the morning
24 Hour Fitness Center
Not many options for eating.. The buffet was temporarily closed.
Price was reasonable (even cheap), room big enough, tower has very good view (entry included in the room price).
It is little bit far from the central Strip, no breakfast.
casino visitors were terrible.
I loved this Hotel by the time I was there offered the services with the price paid the price with what I paid was very satisfactory for me. I was on thanksgiving holidays and I find a pretty good price on this site. I recommend this Hotel to others if you don't want to throw your money on the air at 4 or 5 stars hotels.
The staff was great and extremely helpful.
The bathrooms could use some upgrades like new toilets and showers
