The staff was decent and the hotel was okay for the money I guess!
I hated the smell and the strong smoke inside the hotel. Ventilation was poor especially if you are not a smoker!
The tower, being on the strip, shops there were convenient. The guys really liked the experience of eating on top of the tower.
Would have appreciated more ventilation (smoky, in particular).
It was actually nicer than the rooms I had at Caesars Palace a very pleasant surprise
The north end of the strip is still a bit dumpy

In house facilities need improvements, I.e. Tea and coffee facilities within the room
The hotel is halfway between the ritzy strip and Fremont street so it's nice to hop on the bus and spend a day at Fremont or down on the strip (I like Fremont the most) the bartender at the front entrance was awesome! His name was Chris and can show you towel tricks lol. It's $20 to get to the top of the tower, so it's good that you get free admittance when you stay. The ride we went on was the big hit, costs $15. The top wasn't very poopin as far as night life, probably because it cost $20 just to get up there. The casino was nice, the beds were super cozy, the pool was alright, not that big but nice for laying out in the sun. All in all I had an amazing stay, I would stay there again.
Go to the top. Rain, can you believe it. It never rains in Southern Nevada. But it was still fun.
The place is beautiful, the tower is amazing and the free access to it is a good thing indeed. The room is confortable, clean, and has everything you need like refrigerator, flatiron, hair dryer, 2 televisions. The best cost benefit in Vegas for sure.
Liked just about everything g. Valet parking was superb. Tower was good and rides fun. Restaurant in Tower good but too pricey.
Lack of tea and coffee in room. Price of food in Tower restaurant and long waits for tower access on occasions but can understand the security issues.
Very nice hotel, clean and confortable rooms. Kind people at the reception. Nice view from the tower, beautiful pool. A bit far from the other hotels on Strip, but you can take the bus. Free parking. Otherwise I strongly recommend.
The Wi-Fi was running very slow.
Free entry to the Stratosphere Tower; Restarurant Top of the World on the tower; other shops, restaurants and bars at the hotel.
Mold on the walls in bathroom (at least it was in our room); no refrigerator in the room, poor water jet in the shower; vending machines on some floors didn't work.
I found the staff very very helpful and pleasant - especially the concierge and valet staff. It's a good location for Deuce bus access to Fremont Street and the southern portion of the strip.
The casino is TOO smokey - should be nonmsoking. The pool is much too shallow to actually swim and I selected this hotel for the promised strip view - pretty disappointing. There is a view from the Tower but sadly one is forbidden to use a tripod up there.
It was a decent hotel & I liked getting the free pass to the top as a guest.
It's a budget hotel with outdated accommodations, but still comfortable.
The wifi and cellular service is absolutely horrible. The area isn't a very safe or clean area.
Room was not good. Also, furnitures are so cheap. No concept. So expensive, but not quality. Tower just good.
Not so crowded location
Staff was friendly and polite. WiFi worked really well in the room.
Dumpy room with cheap furnishings. Somewhat like a Motel 6 at three times the price. I could not get a straight, accurate answer from anyone regarding discounts or general hotel information. Everyone I approached had a different story and none of them correct.
Room service food was horrid, options for a quick meal was either junk food or greasy food.
The people at the front desk are very informative
The bathtub was very slippery to stand in when you took a shower
The restroom wasnt clean right away you could see the dirtynesss and i mean all tge bathroom shower tub toilet sink ect
Hotel promises a lot when seen from outside. Inside average facility looking a bit like old supermarket. Booking.com premium double room with view on air condition heat exchangers located on steel ramps was not too nice.
The room was clean, comfortable and cheap. The stuff is friendly. I didn't expect it to be very close to the main attractions of Las Vegas, but you have a bus stop just in front of the building, so it's pretty easy to get to the Bellagio/Paris stop.
The bed was very comfortable and i really liked the amenities in the bathroom
The bathroom did not feel as clean you do not provide enough towels there were only 2 bath towels there were cow webs and dust around the bathtub
Decent price at weekend, very confortable room in the select tower
Distance from the main vegas area
