Everything was great!
The Kitchen was not filled with a lot of plates and silverware!
good location but not the slope side ski in ski out location. it is good to have garage underbeneath.
overall it is outdated.it is not so informative how to enjoy the resort.
close to the ski area, and very nice village shops and restaurants
the couch in the living room was old smelly and filthy . Bathroom smelled like a gas station one. Way ,way over priced. Our friends stayed in the same place paid the same rate, and got a room incomparably better, in freshness and decoration, not to mention view. our room lower than street level, "1st Floor" was dingy and definitely not worth the $740 per night this joint set me back. They should charge based on the room not the building.
Though the cleaning and check in staff were friendly they were unhelpful. Once in the facility, the employees at the desk were not only unhelpful ----THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. They ignore guests and only talk to owners.
Location was wonderful, and the common areas and hot tubs were first rate. Internet and cable TV (and TV set) were excellent, but lacked all premium channels (HBO, etc.) Underground parking was convenient and easy.
The room itself was cheaply furnished and appointed. The sofa was frayed and shabby; the eating utensils were cheap and low quality. I got the sense they were junk devised to deter petty theft, since no one would want such crummy silverware in their home - and if stolen they could be replaced at a Dollar Store. The room cost us about $500/night in ski season (including taxes), which seemed a lot for the room, other than the excellent location, You pay for the convenience of being right at the base of the mountain.
I suggest you give the address of the Welcome Center where we have to check in instead of the address of the Long Trail House. We drove around the place two or three times before we made a call and were told where to go. We were told that if we'd checked FAQ we would have been told where to go but that makes no sense.
Indoor parking, having a place to cook, nice view of the skating rink.
Noisy stomping of ski boots until well after 10 pm, hot tub jets were broken, and piles of dirty towels inside the sauna, elevators were busy and slow.
Proximity to mountain and the village
Nice views. Quiet location
Restaurants in area limited in off season
Fitness center restaurants view quiet fireplace
No coffee in hotel alarm went off forever in Penthouse not many people around and no front desk in building parking is a little scary place seems a little abandoned this time of year tv was not consistent
Location & cleanliness
Jets in hot tub didn't work (one of the main reasons we chose this property).
The location on the mountain and the long trail facilities
The pillows and lack of extra blankets
The room was very nice. The view was great
The garage was a little weird and was confusing as where to park.
Great location & nice accommodations.
Oven/range was partially unplugged. We analyzed/figured it out & remedied but it was dangerous & inconvenient.
The proximity to the village and mountain. Cleaning people were great!!
Only complaint was that this site did not completely list amenities as well as directions to go immediately to the Stratton Visitors Centre for key, parking pass, etc. Did not know how to get into the whole property. Also, the couch could use a little update.
Proximity to mountain
Only saw cleaning staff. The facilities could use a facelift. Our shower curtains and bedroom curtains were falling down. Kitchen floor tiles cracked and grout missing. Only 3 spoons in the apartment. Looks like nobody cares.
To high priced for the room finishes , TVs , bedding , furniture . Should be $350 per night max
