just one thing. It's not a hotel. :C
It was my first time visiting this location and it wasn't so bad. It was in Time square!!!!. The location of this apartment is great and free wifi was convenient for me
Location is brilliant
Great area 1/2 a block from Times Square.
Location, price, nice service the bed was so uncomfortable.
The beds were very hard and lumpy. In front of sink the nails to the floor were coming up. You have to have a code to get in the building if you forget it your out of luck we called both numbers left on the buzzer and nothing it was 9pm. Make sure that the code gate clicks lock before entering the code if not it will not work.
Location. .. was great!
Bathroom, and check in times, receiving keys at check in, lost 6 hours because of that
Location, location, location Look and feel value
This Studio is above a row of shops accessed via a dirty staircase, key code required to access no one met us just said let yourself in but didn't provide code never saw anyone from the Company. Bathroom no bigger than a cupboard in need of modernisation. Kitchen the same. Extremely noisey no double glazing blinds 8 inches too short so constant light coming in. Would never stay again could have cried when I saw the place nothing like I had expected.
Closeness to Times Square Heating worked well
Very hot and stuffy in room and it also had bugs in the room.
Was checking in late for a buisness meeting , no sign on the door indicating the name if the pkace and no one there to meet you! Left keys with buisness next door who obvoiusly had no idea where the place was either because he took us and tried the door and key pad tk no avail . I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy horrible service if I coukd even say I got any the owner jake didn't seem to care that I couldn't get into my room and I had to rent a room at another Hotel !
I can't say never made it into my room!
Bad Bathroom and you could not even close the door properly. Hard to get heat in the apartment and the heather maid a lot of noise. Bad wifi almost diden't work.
Close to everything on Manhattan.
There was no one there to show us in when we arrived. Instead I was instructed over the phone, costing me £1 per minute. Key didn't work in the door lock so landlord had to get a new lock fitted on the door. We also asked for 3 beds and there were only 2. Badly managed
The location was excellent. Right in the middle of Manhatten. Couldn't have asked for a better location
Our tv didn't work and toiletries were supposed to be supplied but there weren't any there for us.
Location is perfect! Price was great and the apartment itself was beautifully furnished, clean and had everything you would need.
No fresh towels , the shower was dirty & the drain was off also the water backed up & kept having to turn the water off so it would go down the drain ! Great value , great location, just need a couple of changes! Need mattresses covers with a featherbed to make the beds comfortable & fresh towels daily !
Our bathroom locked itself from the inside so couldn't get in for hours and couldn't get hold of any staff to help, no plug sockets near any of the electrical items had to go and buy an extension lead
Location was perfect, you get what you pay for
My friends and I had to wait 40 minutes outside in January for someone to let us in, which was very frustrating. In that time, two separate men who were randomly hanging out in front of the building knew the combination to get in, and one tried to sell us weed. Most of the outlets in the room did not work, the beds are not comfortable, and when we awoke in the morning the bathroom was completely flooded due to a pipe bursting the floor above us. This place is AWFUL.
No staff. You have to call a number to the send someone with key. Not clean. They don, t change towels, as they said, they only put towels during check in. Very narrow bathroom, you can, t move yiur hands in the shower so sqeezed.
The location only.
The bed was broken and the sheets had blood spots. The room heater was broken and we all got sick from the cold The bathroom was filthy and many insects were crawling No elevatore and the room was in the third floor so getting our luggage up was very hard
apartment was tiny, noisy, and old. no one to greet you or service your room. no main entrance or signs to let you know your at the right place. restroom is extremely small and unconfortable for guest.
location is great right of time square.
Just about everything else. I'll pay a little bit more next time and stay at a reputable place
4 flights of stairs no customer service Had 2 play with TV 4 half hour every time before getting 2 work electricity overworked, microwave shorted out the place bathroom gross
The shower area needs to be fixed/maintenance and the pressure of the shower wasn't great. there was no bath mat, but I did let the owner know as we left. This is a private studio, so no hotel reception and it is a bit tricky to find from the street.
The location was great, the room was clean. We were a family of five so had 2 queens and a roll away. It was a large studio apartment with great character. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, they had a kettle but no toaster. Perfect location, we only had 2 flights of stairs to go up.
When we arrived there was no representative present. We were greeted instead by 3 drunk homeless men. We had to make several calls to obtain the entry code which changed without our knowledge the following day, we were locked out. There was no security, only security gate constantly being left open by other guests. No emergency exit, as windows were bolted and locked up. Beds were short and uncomfortable, at 5'6" my feet were hanging off the bed, springs in my back. Stained duvet cover. Small, dated shower. No temperature control in the unit, we were cold, until I burned my hands on the exposed and unmarked hot water pipe. The walls are thin, I could hear people upstairs all night. I requested a copy of an invoice to cross reference with my credit card statement, I still haven't received it. We left after night one night to relocated to a hotel nearby.
1. There are big signs for other businesses in this building, but you really have a hard time finding the little sign on the door that tells you to call a phone number if staying in the Studios. Then a guy talks you thru how to get in the building. Very annoying at first, then just odd. 2. The rooms are only a couple floors up on a very busy street. We heard trucks loading and unloading, maybe construction too (?) most of the nite. Not restful at all. 3. The microwave would trip the circuit on the power strip after 3 seconds of running. Didn't try the stove. The room was fine for a group of young people, maybe who will be out drinking and then collapse into sleep. But any one else, should probably keep looking.
1. This was an easy walk to Times Square. 2. Large room with room for 5 easily. 3. Pretty full kitchen facilities.
The bed sheet is not very clean
The location is really convenient, it is good for 4-5 friends to live together and visit NYC
the bathroom is so tight and the water is not working very well.
it is very close to times square.
