4 flights of stairs no customer service Had 2 play with TV 4 half hour every time before getting 2 work electricity overworked, microwave shorted out the place bathroom gross
The location was great, the room was clean. We were a family of five so had 2 queens and a roll away. It was a large studio apartment with great character. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, they had a kettle but no toaster. Perfect location, we only had 2 flights of stairs to go up.
The shower area needs to be fixed/maintenance and the pressure of the shower wasn't great. there was no bath mat, but I did let the owner know as we left. This is a private studio, so no hotel reception and it is a bit tricky to find from the street.
When we arrived there was no representative present. We were greeted instead by 3 drunk homeless men. We had to make several calls to obtain the entry code which changed without our knowledge the following day, we were locked out. There was no security, only security gate constantly being left open by other guests. No emergency exit, as windows were bolted and locked up. Beds were short and uncomfortable, at 5'6" my feet were hanging off the bed, springs in my back. Stained duvet cover. Small, dated shower. No temperature control in the unit, we were cold, until I burned my hands on the exposed and unmarked hot water pipe. The walls are thin, I could hear people upstairs all night. I requested a copy of an invoice to cross reference with my credit card statement, I still haven't received it. We left after night one night to relocated to a hotel nearby.
1. This was an easy walk to Times Square. 2. Large room with room for 5 easily. 3. Pretty full kitchen facilities.
1. There are big signs for other businesses in this building, but you really have a hard time finding the little sign on the door that tells you to call a phone number if staying in the Studios. Then a guy talks you thru how to get in the building. Very annoying at first, then just odd. 2. The rooms are only a couple floors up on a very busy street. We heard trucks loading and unloading, maybe construction too (?) most of the nite. Not restful at all. 3. The microwave would trip the circuit on the power strip after 3 seconds of running. Didn't try the stove. The room was fine for a group of young people, maybe who will be out drinking and then collapse into sleep. But any one else, should probably keep looking.
The location is really convenient, it is good for 4-5 friends to live together and visit NYC
The bed sheet is not very clean
it is very close to times square.
the bathroom is so tight and the water is not working very well.
The location. Good Wifi
Blinds didn't close properly Very noisy in early hours of the morning Towels smelt like they had been soaked in bleach Low quality sheets that were scratchy on skin Single lock on door when out, securing items inside.
We could not see the flat drug dealers in front of the building We called the landlord by phone, he did not wanted to come DO NOT TAKE THIS FLAT, IT IS A SCAM It will be your worst choice !
Location, Location, Location The room has a real NYC urban studio feel. Everything you need is packed comfortably and I think stylishly into the studio. My "hip" son was blown away. WiFi was smoking fast.
TV did not work, but didn't need it.
24/7 incredible noise of Airco, every morning woken up by intense smell of restaurant's kitchen, bed sheets not clean
Central Easy Access has everything you need Clean and enough beds
quite noisey small bathroom
Fast response to all my questions and request.
No lift there..have to drag my big suitcase to 3rd floor alone..
Clean. Tasteful decor. Large room for a NYC space. Big beds. Flat screen tv, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave.
Water pressure is rather weak. No elevator, so you need to drag your suitcase up the stairs. Although the air conditioner did bother other reviewers due to its constant hum, I was able to block out the noise, so it didn't bother me.
Refer to my email sent today to customer services.
The only good part is, it's near Times Square.
THE BATHROOM IS GROSS!! They aren't prepared for you when you arrive!!! They're not professional AT ALL. They answer the phone like your calling a buddy, no greating, nothing. If this place was $75 bucks ok but it's like $300 all said and done. BIG no!!!
Very good i like it!
Ac and tv didn't work!
everything else but location
pathetic service, towels not changed despite 2 requests place does not resemble pics! would definitely not go again..
Location, very close to Time Square
We had to ask for changing the linen when we arrive (the guy said: "we just changed them yesterday") We had to ask for more towels because there weren't enough for all of us In the back of the billing there is a sort of pump that make a highly continuous noise 24/7 The TV didn't work at all There is a strong smell coming from the restaurants on the street
Proximity to Times Square Taste of New York living Good beds Refrigerator
Climbing flights of stairs with suitcases Noisy environment at night No block out curtains - very light Old shower
the location is really good...close to times square
the bathroom has many problems
Location amazing, beds were reasonably comfortable and the place was reasonably clean although I expected more based on the photos.
Amenities, trying to run microwave, toaster or the coffee machine resulted in power switch shutting down the power.
TV didn't work properly.
Location, spacious, comfortable
Air conditioner wasn't great, as the room was a bit warm, but not horrible.
