It was easy to find,clean,spacish. I got charged parking for a truck that wasn't parked but a total of three hours. |

i liked the price. I did not like the service, the cleanliness of the room or the location of the building they putme in when i requested a certain building and i was not aware of the construction that they were under.i stay here at least 4 times a yr and it always excellent this was the worst... |

It was vary clean. Had enought beds to accomidate our group. We could eat in the rooms instead of going out. The air conditioning was not working vary well and the young men lotoring out side made us feel unconfortable. And it was reeel hard to see the signs at night. |

I like the fact that the location is just great, specially due to the attractions at Old Town and surroundings. I requested service and received it right away, me and my fanily loved the fact that it is very comfortable, when you say 6 people you mean it and the price was just worth it, I will definitely recommend it to others and I will return soon. The only thing that really went wrong was that I made my reservations through Price Line and I was charged twice (2) for rooms after indicating it to the service desk upon arrival, but otherwise it's a great place. |

I liked the large rooms, the kitchen, the closness to all the Kississmee attractions, the ease of registering, the nearness of the pool, and the lack of road noise. The beds were bad, there were roaches, poor exterior & interior maintainence, meaning stuff has been allowed to fall apart and no one is trying to fix anything, poor grounds eg. weeds, trash. |

the location was great they are redoing this place (well needed ) they schould cloese down one building at a time we were the only one of two in this building during the week and we had to put up with the construction workers one even put a ladder up and could see my wife undressing (classy) |

The hotel is a converted apartment complex so the rooms were large. Room was clean. Beds were OK. For the price it was a good value. The hotel surroundings seemed a little ghetto. If you could get past the surroundings, the room itself was OK. Air conditioning in that particular room was adequate, but not as cold as I would've liked. |

That it is close to the cars that u go and see on Friday night and Saturday night. The hotel is really going down hill fast. It was terrible this time that we stayed. This is the 2nd time we had to ask to be moved because of something wrong. The air is not good at all. The rooms were dirty and the guys at the front desk were on the phone more than trying to help the people in the office. At check out there were only 2 people there and the line was all the way out the door. Everybody was upset. |

Rooms are very spacious, two TVs, six beds, kitchen equipment, private parking, close to interesting places. Air condition in our room was not working with good performance. |

It is close to attraction paarks and malls. and my family. This is not my first time here. I always stay here. I did it like that when I made my booking thru booking.com they gave me a price of $1383 when I get to the hotel my price was a different rate. I pay $1697. At checking time the staff informed me the rates changes. I was a little upset because I was paying much more. I think once customer get a price it should stay at the price. I think and believe things like this should not happen. |

My husband and I love to just walk through old town and not get into the car one time while we stay in the suites. Its very relaxing for us. The only thing that would be nice is a bedspread on the guest bed in the living room. |

for the price its hard to beat. its close to all the attractions and save. my kids love that it is walking distance to old town. the room we stayed in really needs to be refurbished. the ceiling in the bedroom had spots in the ceiling were the room above must of had a leak some where. also there was a small hole in the wall. |

The price was reasonable, the room was clean. It was centrally located and was within walking distance to Old Town and restaurants. Rooms were spacious. Air conditioning worked!!! We have stayed here ever since we found you 3 years ago and have recommended you to a lot of people, including our son's youth group. This time we brought some friends who stayed next door to us. We'll be back! The only thing I found wrong was that the first night we were there we did not get a wash cloth and there was no cream or sugar for our coffee in the morning. The service was horrible. The maids never left shampoo,conditioner, or soap. I stayed 9 nights and not even one night went without difficulties. They only change your sheets once a week, bring your own. I will never recomend it or stay here ever again. Not even if you pay me. Poor service, sheets were changed once a week in 9 nights. No shampoo, conditioner, soap, or towels were given properly. You have to ask front desk for any shampoo, conditioner, soap, or extra towels are requested. Strongly will not recommend, not even if you pay me. |

Although it says that room preferences aren't guaranteed, they got us the room we wanted - downstairs close to an area that we requested. The beds were comfy & the room was set up wonderfully. The air conditioner was not as cold as our family would like. The window units didn't seem to cool too good. |
