very clean. Most staff are friendly. Convenient location.
no hot tub! Could use a bit more selection for breakfast...needed to ask staff to keep breakfastroom supplied for 2 out of my 3 day stay. Was sharing a room with 2 friends. One friend arrived later and was not allowed into room and had to book her own room for one night even though staff was notified of my friend arriving late-was straightened out following day and refund given to friend by excellent staff member Carol?
Reservation was to be for 2 queen beds with kitchen and i got king bed with sofa and kitchen. When i talked with the lady at the desk telleing her i booked online and then called in to change reservation and when i got to hotel it was never changed on the comupter. She kept telling me that it was my fault and was NOT friendly! I am in customer service and never treat or talk to a customer that way. I will not stay at this hotel again.
It was new and very clean. The o rice was awesome.
The staff was just average. The breakfast was over to soon. When you are on vacation you dont want to have to get up before 9 just to get a breakfast.
comfortable bed and no hot comforter
only 1 bathroom for a 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast needs to have added items with protein, yogurt, maybe scrambled eggs plus hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, etc.
For the price very impressive ( kitchen etc) very clean
Elevator very slow
the room was comfy, and easy to move around in with 3 adults. The kitchen was well equipped also. The decor was bright and cheery and very welcome to the usual decor of hotels. Beds were dreamy comfy!
The light bulb above bed lamp was out, and the shower curtain was stained in spots and the plastic liner was very yellowed and dirty...maybe suggest a washable liner? The bathroom door (inside facing) had hair all over it like someone shaved and sprinkled it on the door...sticky door from sprays then hair...not good!
We liked the kitchenette and desk in our room, the size of the bathroom, the look and feel of the hotel. We loved the comfort of the bed and great shower head.
We were VERY concerned about being quiet enough, well, keeping the kids quiet enough as it was stated in the paperwork at check in that it is a "tranquil" enviornment for the guests and noise must be kept to a minimum or you could be asked to leave and might not be refunded. The last night of our stay was a NIGHTMARE, a large group of teen girls were staying there for an athletic event, some team of some sort. They were the rudest, loudest, most obnoxious neighbors I have EVER encountered. Not even at a red roof or motel 6 has any experience I have ever had come close! The kids were kept up by them till midnight! Finally they fell asleep and then just as I drifted, they woke me up with what we believe to have been BASKETBALLS banging on the floor and possibly the WALLS! I called the front desk THREE TIMES before I ever got an answer from an worker. I let it ring FOREVER too. He said the commotion was likely due to the fact that they had set of the smoke detectors with burnt popcorn. I said NOPE, not so much, the noise etc had been going for HOURS. He said he would quiet them down. NOT SO MUCH. Never happened. PLUS, they were up VERY early and were loud and rude in the hallways. I was DISGUSTED. I had complained that we were kept up, we couldn't even get a late checkout to sleep in after having been kept up all night... they said they were not allowing ANY late checkouts and were basically like "OH WELL". Glad I was SOOOOO nervous about keeping my kids quiet as church mice all week. So mad. ALSO, I would NOT use the wifi. I kept getting messages that someone was attacking my connection, trying to hack me. I could not even get online before that for a couple days for some reason, they were not helpful in this at all. THey kept giving me wrong codes!!! When I finally got home, my antivirus had caught a virus that had been planted there at the hotel. That was a first!!
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The entire place seemed very clean
The room was a little smaller than I was expecting but not too bad
location and staff
receptionists were nice, kitchen was helpful along with full sized fridge
dishwashing powder, paper towels, and teas were not replenished. surfaces were not wiped down. sheets were not changed in a week even though they were dirty. new towels were brought, but used towels were still left on the floor.
the rooms, comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen.
The wifi didnt work unless you bought the wifi. (the strength/speed was never good enough to stay connected otherwise). The breakfast was disapointing-- hot breakfast would have been nice and more options.
Everything, very comfortable and friendly. And most important safe!!
Great value - very comfortable clean and priced right
Suites are roomy with nice amenities.
* Mattress was entirely too soft, and both of us had a terrible night's sleep. It made my back problem flare up for several days. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. * Lack of mirror in bedroom.
The room was beautiful. Very cozy. Amount of amenities was surprising for such a small space. Continental breakfast had a good variety.
Room was smaller than pictured online. A little more space would have been appreciated.
Great value for the $ Nice staff.
Room was very clean.
Not impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast area was too small.
very comfortable, friendly staff, quick checkin/out
This was a perfect hotel for a girl's getaway. The sitting area and kitchen made it nice for visiting.
We liked everything about this hotel.
Everything was fantastic, new, plush deliciously comfy bed and décor...love love love - stayed here despite the extra drive to our Frankenmuth venture because of the pricing and luxury. A+
Only complaint, and not actually a compliant really...since it is newer construction, the silverware drawers in kitchen still had the construction dust in the drawer railings. Since we didn't stay long enough to utilize the silverware, not a concern - just may want to have housekeeping take a peek and wipe down before others stay =)
