Everything ! ! !
No hot water during common showering times, no heat, draft through ac unit in wall, sheets and towels dingy, hair and sticky stuff on floor like it had not been washed. The walls are so thin I could hear the person next door using the bathroom and full conversations on her phone, no WiFi even though that is stated as something they offer. The list goes on.
The location and price is why I stay there. The room was clean. Really enjoyed my stay.
Not much parking.
Greeted by a male who didn't even welcome me... just don't come in that door! No signs posted. The hotel was very noisy at all hours of the night. I was there on a Saturday night. I had to park 2 blocks away from the hotel and carry my luggage. Close to the boardwalk and stores and places to eat. Glad it was only one night!
location, wifi worked well
the floor hadn't been cleaned, there was a discarded pill on the floor, the top drawer of the dresser was falling apart, the bed was very uncomfortable, and gave us both back problems.
Location and convenience to Boardwalk as well as very low price.
Walls were paper thin and the hotel was very noisy with drunk kids; police came to ask if they were 21 at 2 in the morning. Sheets were dirty; shower was ice cold...
I liked the cozy and friendly atmosphere. It is clean, comfortable and in walking distance to the beach.
Very dirty... No one at the front desk to check in with.
The room- very dirty!
Great location in the middle of everything.
The futon frame in room b is broken and the toaster was also broken
Close to beach and main avenue
The facilities are tired and worn. A major renovation is needed including tired 70's furniture and mattresses.
The location is perfect for beach goers and for those wanting to enjoy the nightlife within walking distance of the hotel. Can't beat the price for a place to crash for a night or two. Recommended for a single or couple wanting a one or two night sleep-over.
The rooms are small and could use a more modern look. Free street parking during the off season is great but could be a real hassle during peak season when metered.
The location was close to the beach
The person manning the front desk acted like he didn't want to be interrupted to address our issues of no lights working in our room. We were switched to another room. The bureau dresser was falling apart; the shower was so small you could barely move; the window screen was damaged and the window unit air conditioner was held in by duct tape and was extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin so if you have neighbors you'll hear every word and sound. The place isn't maintained. It's a dive.
Location, location, location. Just a couple of blocks from the beach, the boardwalk, and the unique Rehoboth shops. The staff was friendly and the place had a very relaxed and casual feel. I'd be very interested in the history of the building; obviously an old establishment. For a lone traveler it was a good value. A very affordable way to stay in Rehoboth.
The room was very, very small and it would have been extremely tight for even one more person. Very spartan--no closet and only a small chest, a refrigerator that may or may not have been working (it was cool inside but nowhere near cold), and barely enough room to walk around the bed. My first morning I could not get the water hot enough to shower (though it was fine the second morning).
Very bad customer service with an arrogant actitude. Hotel has roaches and we notifyed to the manager/owner. He disputed he doesnot have this problem alegating the pest control comes in every month. He slamed the office door on us and refused to do anything obout it. We will never ever go to this hotel again.the carpet floors were full of sand and there was mold in the edges of bathroom sink. very dated facilities over all.
Owner was rude, uncooperative and was not helpful. Place was small, dirty and unsafe since you could break into the room using a credit card. AC was loud and repaired with duct tape. It also dripped on the floor. Finally, no parking facilities at the hotel. Had to find space on the street which was limited.
1 block from the beach was great! microwave and small fridge were nice
Owner could care less that we were there--he didn't answer the desk bell because he was asleep and said to just leave the keys on the desk on our way out. Room lock didn't work properly, tiny sink and shower, room was plain and sheets didn't match. Air-conditioning was a window unit that was either plugged in or not--no other controls, and it didn't work as well the second night.
Location was good for the amount paid.
Manager in back room in boxers..not social with guest when he was at desk. Remained in room and had key in envelope with directions.
Nothing they says they have parking but they don't have . I got two parking Tackett . I was not hoppy with it
The room was two small . The bath room was not clean. The sheets are not as clean too. We left on night before . The good things abut this has good location . That is all
I loved how close it was to the beach
The photos did not do it justice. I wished someone would have been at the front desk so I could have upgraded my room if possible. Horrible parking options. Cold shower.
I liked that it was close to the beach. A block from the beach.
My television was not working and the air conditioner didnt cool properly.the room was not cool. And because the guy at the front desk didnt look friendly and because i later read bad reviews. I didnt want to bring it to the attention of the front desk
- 3 minute walk to the beach - $5 on site parking - Short walk to shops/food - Friendly staff
Blood stained sheets, soiled pillow cases, dirty underwear between wall and bed
Close to beach
We were suppose to have king room we did not. #2 room was not clean. #3 room was tiny. #4 towels looked and felt 20 yrs old. #5 staff not very friendly or accommodating.
