Sun Bright Hotel  

It's good if prefer to save money with hotel and spend more in the city.

The place smells like urine and it seems as though they don't clean or at least rarely clean the place. The stairs are filthy. For instance, you may find dust mixed with food on the floor. Don't expect to see enclosed rooms just like regular hotel rooms. They use something like office partitions, so there's no ceiling but a wire mesh for those extremely tiny guest spots.

The experience was catastrofic , one foot in and .other foot out of. the place small the size of one bed and dirty like an old hospital Ifound little cocuraches at the room , which is 5 floors up with and no elevator. dont go there or you will see the the true . another thing wasnt cheap like almost us 60 per nigth.

I thought the place was ok. For the kind of neighborhood the price was good.

I thought it could be a give a little more because the hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood.

Price, location .

Very cold, very dirty, noise BUGS

Great location in Chinatown and little Italy. Walking distance to city hall, 911 memorial, Brooklyn bridge etc. many cheap and tasty restaurant around here. Friendly receptionist.

5Th floor for semi-private. It looks like a small box without coverage, so you will hear everything, it likes you sleep in a big room estimate roommate around 50 people. If you roommate does not considerate, you will not be able to sleep all night. You must walk pass 3rd-4th floor where are not the same hotel, scary environment.

Everything! It was the worst hotel I have ever been in!! No cleaning, very noisy, staff impolite, bathroom always dirty...!! does not worth the price at all!

Dirty smelly noisy place with insects and strange personalities, bed- sized "rooms" with no ceilings. In any time. I survived one night and fled away from this commune, cancel my reservation.

Location it's not so bad. Staff good.

Bathroom is dirty all the time, bad smell in the third and fourth floor.

I liked Spencer, the guy at the front desk. He was always helpful and polite. And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother, because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for, which is cheap, and that's the point.

They charge the entire stay on the credit card before you get there, which isn't clear right off the bat on the bookings.com website. If each hotel has different policies for the way they charge a credit card, it should be made as clear and obvious as possible. I didn't like the other guys that were sometimes at the front desk.

It's a hostel and I had no idea that it was a hostel until I got there, the way it is described online is not the way it looks, the bathrooms are disgusting because you share it with the entire hall, which is not a problem if they were properly taken care of, the towls were firsty, no wash cloths, tv's are old and outdated and if you plan on sleeping in don't bother!

Clean, restful, good location, friendly and helpful staff, social and friendly guests, plenty bathroom/shower availability, no wait time, wifi access

Some noise after 11 pm. People talking to loud, door closing, people stomping down the hallway late, no windows, but hallway window was open for fresh air, so just left door open if fresh air is needed

A great bakery on corner Hester st and Elizabeth st. They kept our bags for some days for free. Free boiled water.

Rooms are very small, some of them have no windows. You hear your neighbors very good. Shared bathroom, on the floor. They refused just print a couple of papers!

There were roaches and other foreign bugs everywhere and the staff didn't care because they knew the fee was not refundable.

everything, from the stench of the place, no ceiling in the rooms if you can call it. the mattress half way from the frame. this is subpar in all aspects.
