“ Great location. 29Th st. Has a sand bar that creates 2 sets of waves. It's a unique beach swim! It's about 2 streets from the boardwalk, and 8 from Phillip's seafood festival an oc must! They have dvd players and large flat screens. Nice and clean. ”

The hotel staff is very friendly. We were just a walk across the street to get to the beautiful beach. The hotel is close to everything! For the price it was great!

The location was good The bathroom smelled like strong body odor and was pooly cleaned from the previous guests. The floors were so dirty that my bare feet would turn brown from walking on the carpet.

I was harassed all weekend by a random person who hung around the hotel. No one seemed to take it seriously and it got so bad I had to call the police. I will never stay there again!

I liked that it was close to the boardwalk and the beach. We walked everywhere. No coffee pots in the room, but their was a 7-11 one block down.

Across the street from Jolly Roger Amusement. A few blocks away from Phillips. An even closer walk to the beach. Maybe a bigger room...but you get value for your dollar.

It was near the convention center and right across for Jolly Rogers. We were able to walk nearly every place we needed to go. The price could not be beaten.

Nice staff. Good Location. No ammenities. No coffee pots, blow dryers, irons or ironing boards on site. Not even in office. For the price you would think they would have something. Oh and the safe that is already in your room has a fee attached. They charge daily...unreal!

The Housekeeping staff and front office staff were all extrememly friendly, helpful, and nice. Rooms were not very clean, floors were just very dirty. When we walked on them our feet turned black.

Very convenient location. Good value for the money. The bed was actually comfortable and not to hard. Friendly staff that I encountered. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The location was excellent...about a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was pretty standard, but that wasn't the reason we were in oc. We were only in the room to sleep, so the value was definitely worth it! We would definitely stay there again : ) And, the staff was wonderful, even when we locked ourselves out in the middle of the night!
