Nice location, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was good.

The only thing that worried me is that the person on the desk wanted to take payment from my credit card again whereas when I have stayed at other locations with booking.com this has not happened. He said he was 99% sure everything would be OK. To me 99% sure means "I am not totally sure but I will do it anyway". Just an unnecessary worry from my point of view. Not a big issue but....

This is a dog friendly hotel! The rooms are spacious and have a back patio with views of the mountain and a creek running along the back! For a great price, killer location go here!

I would suggest that you never judge a book by its cover.

Nice indoor pool. Room was spacious and decently appointed.

The Inn was very clean and the furnishings updated. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea and home made cookies! A perfect warm up treat after a day of skiing.

The pillows were a disappointment and not particularly comfortable.

Easy access to all activites

Clean good sized rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have a dining room for breakfast.

Usual breakfast as I assume is the norm for American hotels. By now getting bored with the high carbs and not accommodating for those wheat intolerance.

We found eveything exactly as promised and commented by previous reviewers: friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent location. Nice lawn behind the rooms, with access to the small river. Other guets seemed to be enjoying the indoor pool, we did not have the time to do it. Breakfast was adequate, with fair variety and good qualityof food & beverages.

Breakfast rooms way too small for the Inn's full complement of guests. It got crowded during the peak period.

It is a very reasonably priced. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and they go out of their way to treat their guests well. My room was huge. It had a king size bed, a sofa-bed and two double beds in a loft. It looked out on a lawn, a small river and hills beyond. A miniature golf course was between the parking lot and the highway and it shielded the room from the highway noise (not that the highway was all that busy). I'd definitely stay there again.

There are no negatives that I can think of.

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful and the shared leisure areas allowed us to meet and talk to other travellers. It was very pretty looking out at the trees, in all their glorious colours, from our room.

Excellent location...close to center of Stowe, yet easy access to other areas of interest: Trapp Family Lodge, restaurants, Smuggler's Notch, etc. The staff were polite and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts in the Morning Room were excellent...adequate choices, freshly baked goodies, pleasant atmosphere.

I have only ONE suggestion. The bathtub had NO grab handle for getting in and out of the tub. This was especially tough for us senior citizens.

Location was good, grounds are beautiful, rooms are spacious, breakfast is generous.

I loved the location on a river, with a back door to our room that opened to that river. It was fantastic. I loved the common area with the fireplace and games/puzzles. Decent breakfast.

The parking lot is dirt, and it rained while we were there so we got muddy shoes and muddy suitcases.

There was no coffee maker in the room and no space to sit with the computer.

It was clean, well located and value for money.

The site was perfect and we were able to do biking. I might come back with the kids since it is a perfect place to enjoy a smooth activity (bike, pool, hicking) week-end with them. The water of the indoor pool was a bit too cold. The staff was great.

Lots of places to see close by. A great restaurant just 100m away, Piecasso pizzeria..breakfast in the morning was delicious and included in the price, great price for room compare to other places in Stowe. Front desk was very helpful and caring.

The rooms are a bit run down....but the bed are comfy.

Beautiful location near a pretty creek. Spacious room with a rear exit to a large grass area and the creek, good breakfast.

Owner didn't know or try to inquire when we asked whether there are restaurants delivering take outs. We found a few ones ourselves.

Dommage que ma carte de credit ai été débité à mon insu lors de mon arrivée . Autrement les gens sont charmant et l'hotel tres bien placé au centre de stowe et pres des pistes

Hotel muito agradável, quarto no andar térreo com uma varanda nos fundos, com vista para um gramado e um riacho. Tem uma piscina coberta que não tivemos chance de usar. Perto de estações de esqui e do Mount Mansfield onde os jovens praticam esportes mais radicais.
