Score from 71 reviews Wonderful
Blinds were quite dusty, and dryer was very loud.
The only drawback is we were disappointed they didn't offer a morning shuttle to Park City Mountain for those wanting to ski there. Had to take lift to city bus that was fine but a little bit of a chafe.
Condo felt completely updated, well amended and spacious enough. Very comfortable bed. Loved W/D access (shared with 1 other unit only) and really ideal location. Housekeeping was great and front desk and ski storage staff very amenable. We would definitely stay again.
for as much as it cost the microwave never did work or the light above stove and there was no can opener....
the fire pit out by the hot tub very nice and the view from the balcony
The pillows on the bed were pretty average, and if that's my biggest complaint then it shows how great our stay was.
The location was just steps from the Red Pine Gondola and was great. The staff was professional, but friendly and helpful. Would absolutely go back.
The crazy-eyed concierge was a waste of space at best. So rude that other staff members had to deftly jump in on simple questions. Suspect she is on her way out?
Convenience, large enough that family of 4 did not fall over each other, nice enough room for reasonable price
I stayed in mid Dec, there were only 11 runs open so you can imagine that the hotel was clearly not full. I asked for a late check out (5pm) and it was denied, claiming that they needed the room. Hard to believe. There is no breakfast option inside the hotel, but you can walk to one of the shops close by.
The room was spacious and clean. Staff will help you store skis and boots
Some damage in the rooms, windows were very drafty. Not really a "full service" hotel.
Free granola bars (typical of Vail Resorts properties), good water pressure, friendly staff. But most importantly: location, location, location.
Absolutely nothing. We plan to return every year.
Beautiful lodge and condos, with a friendly, professional staff at all levels, whose team members extended many courtesies. Welcome amenities such as ski and boot storage, complete with boot dryers, a fitness center, and an outdoor spa to enjoy, even as it snowed!
That I could hear the people outside partying and screaming until 3:00 in the morning. We have 2 young kids trying to sleep. I was told by the front desk when I asked how late the pool stayed opened so, my teen and all her friends could go out and the lady at the front desk said the pool is open until 10:00 p.m. and that they have a noise ordinance after 10:00 p.m. so, they close the pull yet, people partied until 3:00 in the morning. We've stayed here before and didn't have that problem so, I will stay there again.
Loved pretty much everything...
Our room wasn't ready on time. 30 mins late. Other than that it was great.
We stayed two days and our kids had a great time swimming and out doors. This was a summer trip.
There wasn't a mint on my pillow.
I love being able to bike and be close to many shops and restaurants.
Had to park 2nd car in a 'dirt' parking lot. Knives/cooking utensils were cheap.
Location at the Canyons. Washer/dryer in room.
The pillows were uncomfortable and too soft. The blanket was too thick.
Absolutely love the whole setting of the room. It gave like an apartment feel to it. Love the bathroom with the tile warmer and the tub with the jacuzzi thing.
The service was amazing! We were on our honeymoon and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was very personable and courteous. It made it all perfect. Thank you!
One young gentleman front desk in wrong job quests felt like we were bothering him if you asked a question. Another guest had same experience with him.
Wanted a view of the mountains and didn't get that request, but that was fine
It was very relaxing and peaceful.
The bed was too soft causing my husband and I to wake each morning with back pain.
The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the gondola and back to our unit after skiing. We had a balcony that overlooks the stage where live music events occur on Sat. apres ski (3-5). Our unit was on the 3rd floor, down the hall from the upper hot tub, plunge pool.
