location because its closer to some attractions like the city hall. staffs are so nice and friendly.
no elevator no staff uniform at least a shirt with the logo printed no A/C or fan no closet mattress is not comfortable no shampoo and conditioner included odd bathroom and bedroom layout no closet to hang your clothes or at least a small corner where you can hang no everyday cleaning inside the hotel and the hallway looks so dark carpet is old and dirty sink should be inside the bathroom need a bigger bed location on the other side of the hotel is dangerous. a lot of crazy, weird, homeless people
there was just a bed, a fridge and a micorwave in the room which costed me 120 USD coridor worn down carpet.
The guy at the front desk was really scary and the whole hotel was super sketchy. We didn't end up sleeping there because the rooms were nasty.
Location near bars and restaurant Friendly staff
Cleanliness need to be improved Bed sheet is dirty (I used my own bed sheet -.-) Toilet is very small Some homeless people wandering around in the street nearby
location, close to resto, BART...
one bed, one fridge and nothing else, no hook to hang clothes. hot and noisy
This place was incredibly tiny the smell was terrible the bed felt like rocks and the restroom was so small you could barely move in it and it's 3 feet from your bed I wish I hadn't stayed there this was my first time in san Francisco and I will never cheap out on a room again I would have left had I been able to but sadly I was forced to stay for the duration don't ruin your trip by staying here
The location was great for going out to dinner, going to clubs, and just being in the general hustle and bustle of San Francisco. It also has a small flat screen TV with basic channel selection.
The staff and the location.
Noisy and overpriced rooms. Rooms should be allocated to on-line booking web sites. The staff agreed that rooms should be renovated for Booking.com clients.
They did not clean my room during my stay. There is not safebox.
Location is perfect. On Valencia road between all the new places and all that is going on. Blocks away from the Bart station.
There was someone screaming down the halls in the middle of the night. Suspect stains on the carpet.
The dirtiest place to stay. Rooms are almost as small as a sweat-box. Homeless people around the place.
I loved the owners, the woman who runners the hotel was fantastic.
The brother of the owner made us pay Extra money for our guest that we paid for once before. It wasn't much but the principle is that he didn't believe that we paid his sister. Rude and unnecessary.
Near well-known clubs and bars Cheap & Clean Free Wifi Easy Check in-Check out procedures Good bed.
Unsafe region at night.
Price was good. Location is good. I was there only for a night so would not like to give much comments. Didn't face much issues with WiFi.
No furniture in the room. No table/chair. Fine for a single night! You could hear noise from the street but I was too tired to get disturbed by it.
It is only a few stops on the BART from downtown. Very good price for San Francisco. The local area was quite vibrant at night with plenty of restaurant options.
There were a few homeless people around.
The place is really dirty! Stay away...under my pillow cover the pillow was ripped and stained with period blood...under the sheets the mattress looked like it had bed bugs and there was dirt everywhere...after we complained he simply smiled and said no refunds...like really how do you expect us to sleep in those conditions! ! The room is so tiny for the price...you are better off staying at a hostel than this place!
Nice sized room with own bathroom
Location, wifi and staff were the only things good with the hotel.
Very, very nasty smell. Nasty shower. Didn't want to go without shoes inside the room. Left the room and San Francisco 1 day earlier still paying for the room because of it.
Great location and very reasonably priced for San Francisco. Staff were helpful and 24 hour reception meant safety was paramount. Lots of bedroom space for cases was super.
Bedside tables would be good.
Staff were quite friendly
it was super noisy in the room , so we hardly slept at all all night. The traffic is easily heard from the rooms facing the Valencia street and also the guy next door coughed all night which was clearly audible in our room. I would definetly not recommend this hotel. Considering we payed a 110 Dollars for hardly getting any sleep, I am very unsatisfied.
Cancellation policy is completely different than Bookin.com one. There are a lot of patches on the floor and on the walls. Bath is dirty. Corridors is terrifying
Internet was ok, when staff eventually managed to give me the correct password. Location is right next to BART.
The room stank from bugkiller or some other chemical. Blankets had burn holes. Empty condom pack under the bed along with popcorn. People on premises where shady at best and the room didn't feel safe. The place is unsanitary and should be closed down. Don't risk your health, valuables or organs - KEEP AWAY!
I booked this room for my parents, when they went there, they took one look and ran for their lifes! Enough said.
WiFi worked so I could at least search for another place.
This was by far the worst Hotel in which I have ever stayed ! (And the value for money was really poor as I payed for it over $120). I moved out after one night - I was actually scared of staying there or leaving any of my belongings. The place was very dirty (mostly on the coridors), the room had a very strong smell (as if trying to mask something), people staying in the hotel seemed a bit suspicious (together with the message on the front door specifying the permited "visit" hours and the reception connected with the corridor only by a small window). The hotel was also very noisy and the area not too good (This part of the city is good for going out, but it is scary late in the night ... I have heard the sound of breaking glass at least 3 times during the night ... every time running to the window and checking if my car was still there). Also many drug addicts in the area. In addition, the bed was very small (OK for me as a single person, but I cannot imagine using it as a double bed .... and the room was advertised as double).
