Maybe it was just that certain room but The hot water in my shower wouldn't work. hard to shower when the water's freezing cold
Bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV. Very quiet. Wi-Fi was good. Excellent shower pressure. Everything worked.
A little hard to find. Not much around for eating options, but it was late.
No hot tub
This was the worst room I've ever had. It was dirty. The cabinet doors were falling off. The refrigerator handle was missing. Refrigerator so dirty that we wouldn't put food in it. The microwave was filthy. Dirt in the bath tub. Electrical outlets didn't have covers on them. Very strong smoke smell. We got our money back and went to another hotel.
Great low price for large room, beds, and kitchen area.
Pool was not very well-maintained and was very cold. But we went swimming and had fun anyways!
There wasn't much to like
Walls were thinner than any hotel I've ever used. Bathroom was dirty. Kitchen was dirty and stove broken. Floor was gross. Walls were the biggest issue. It was bad.
Relaxed atmosphere, unpretentious hotel
Interior decor is very dated
Its dirty from the ceiling, to the walls, to the floor. Broken light fixtures, missing blinds, duct tape for plumbing repairs on the bathroom wall. Dirtiest stove top I've ever seen. Nasty pillows.
It was available on short notice.
The beds and pillows are super lumpy and the beds tooooo hard. The frigde made a loud knocking ALL night. Could not get comfortable.
The location is good. Very close to the college. The blow dryer worked, so I could get outta there.
Filthy!! Mold, bugs, cracks and bowing of shower wall. Porcelain chunks missing from tub. Crusty wash cloth left on shower head. Sheets stained, mattress pad crumbling & bumpy. Couldn't leave fast enough.
The location was good, and the water pressure for the shower was great.
Shower was moldy, and it was a bit awkward to have no bathroom sink. Very thin walls.
TV no close caption
the price was the best. it was were I needed to be. this was all I needed
the air conditioner was noisy, the bathrooms were mold stained and plumbing was loose.
The price for one night was good.
Room wasn't to bad for the price, the outside has alot of paint chiping off, could use some painting, the front door mats were very worn should be replaced. For one night it was OK if I was going to stay in St George for a week or so I would look for somthing alittle better.
Bed was not comfortable, husband slept on the loveseat. Window blinds did not block light, anyone from outside could see into room. The bathroom faucet was so loose, near dangling. No hot water, took a cold shower. Breakfast was disgusting.
Convenience of location
Maids forgot to fix room one day but not a big deal.
it was close to the places I wanted to go.
Bathroom fan was filthy and the tub was filthy/in need of repair. Despite the non-smoking signs, the rooms smelled of smoke and it felt like people had smoked in there. Hot tub was not filled/working you can hear the people in the room next door if you are in the bathroom since the fan and the water are loud--thin walls most of the light fixtures didn't work
The fridge handle was broken, the drawers were broken, the walls had dirt on them, the door was filthy, the mattress was very hard. The bathroom was wall was peeling. It was very dirty. I will not stay there again.
When things were not right the manager fixed them quickly
Flimsy material based shower curtain caused a flood in the bathroom. The sink was coming up off the counter when using the faucet that you had to pull up on the handle to turn the water on. The microwave would not work but we sorted out that one of the plugs was not functional. (they brought us an extension cord) The refrigerator had a high pitch noise. The light on the ceiling had no cover. Breakfast was fruit loops or cheerios coffee milk and a cheap pastry. The hot tub was not working
The front desk
Inexpensive. Location to venue.
Quality of TV and reception.
The room had an overwhelming smell of smoke, even if it was a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong that it impregnated all of our clothes even after we left the motel. The room was not clean. Everything was old, dirty and the walls of the bathroom were falling apart. There was also mold in the bathtub. Breakfast is only coffee and two types of cheerios cereal. I do not recommend this motel if you want a good night rest.
I wouldn't have minded the place overall. The rooms are big and the staff were pretty friendly....
The place is pretty old and smells like a mixture of smoke and toilet cleaning products when you walk in. The biggest issue and one that I cannot accept as a traveller is that I got bitten by bed bugs. I therefore advise anyone considering this place to stay elsewhere. There are many, many other options in St George. This might be the cheapest, but the price of getting bitten by bed bugs is a too high price to pay.
The pool was nice. Closed a little early. Staff was nice and helpful.. Maid service was prompt. Nothing stolen from our room .. The fridge was pretty big.
Not enough pillows. The air worked but was so hot outside was hard to keep up..
