Location was fine bed was fine tv was fine staff was fine
I ended up with a handicap bathroom don't know why , I asked for a ground floor but I hated the shower and the whole bathroom set up
The entire stay
The motel was very close to the freeway but not so close to hear any of the traffic. The rates are a great value for what you get. We had a clean room and an okay bed. We only stayed there to sleep and shower as we were visiting family nearby. You can't have real high expectations for a room with these great rates. Overall it was all that we needed.
Small pillows and no shampoo and hair conditioner.
Great deal while traveling
Nothing. All is well
The hotel was quiet, the staff was polite and friendly. The owner understood I was going to have an extended stay due to my husbands surgery and offered me a decent rate for the stay. The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable.
They could upgrade the beds so that they were a little more comfortable for someone staying longer than 1-2 days.
The room was cleaned daily(nicely) with always plenty of towels. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean. The location was very good.
The coffee was not good at all. Would be nice to offer breakfast. Was leery of the first room we were offered. They gladly switched us to a room which was better.
Staff very helpful
Beds very hard and uncomfortable told them last time if they would. Change matrices I would pay more.
Close to highway.. but now name changed as Motel 6. Good room
Very attentive Staff. Manager was very good at maintaining an older property and was on top of the facilities.
Staff allowed us a late check out
Sheets were stained, huge hole in towel, ripped up carpet in room, bed uncomfortable, large tube tv on dresser may fall on young children. What worried me the most was when we went to breakfast and came back to our room being propped open. Our things were inside and anyone could come in and help themselves. We had not checked out yet so there was no reason to be in our Room. When I expressed my concern to the front desk, they blew it off like it was nothing.
Empoyees very nice, the rooms we big and accomodating, good access to town and freeway.
The carpets, and the noise continously till 3 AM, could be a better TV, ice maker didn't work, and smelled smoke in hall way
I forgot my sons favorite blanket and the staff had called me the day we left to tell me! Thank you sooo much!
The beds were uncomfortable and only one pillow per person
LOCATED NEAR BUSINESS
had changed to motel 6. expected breakfast when booked. NO BREAKFAST. ROOM EXTREAMLY HOT ON ARRIVAL AT 9 PM. ONLY HEAT LIGHT AVAILABLE IN BATHROOM. POOR BED.
Location was close to the hospital where we were booked for surgery the next morning.
The shower did not work. It could not be turned on and we had to take sponge baths to prepare for surgery. Breakfast pancakes were cold.
Gentleman @ the counter was extremely helpful & concerned with our issues
Excellent value and hot breakfast included. Staff most helpful
Halls were not air conditioned, not a good thing for a desert location. Breakfast had very few items to choose from luckily there was a waffle house near by.
Clean & comfortable. Close to family in Apache Junction.
Air conditioner unit was old & noisy when the compressor kicked on. It kept our room cool enough ( it was 100 degrees outside), but it made a lot if noise.
When I could not stand staying there... I had already paid for 5 nights we worked it out. I also needed a place to have some conversations (business). The AC in the room was so loud, we could not talk. They credited my card. I stayed one night. That was nice.
the bed, the loud AC, the fixtures were pretty well used up. the carpet condition, the window was dirty and not in good operation. It smelled old and stale overall.
Room was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site.
Housekeepers did not speak or understand English.
Location to my relatives.
Nothing - we checked out and didn't stay. Room smelled (right next to Smoking Area). Curtains missing hooks & hanging down. Drab! Ick!
They were able to accommodate my request for early check in at the last minute. Staff was friendly and helpful.
check in gal helped to give us a ground floor room since I'm semi handicapped.
Carpets so old, worn and dirty looking. Breakfast could at least have donuts or rolls. Horrible people in room overhead, felt like they were trashing the place. Learned in am, they were evicted, but not soon enough.
The location was excellent for the area attractions we were visiting. Also, the Wi-Fi worked very easily; unlike many other hotels where we have been. It seemed to be pretty clean although some of the fixtures (sinks, etc.) were worn. Mini fridge was very nice.
The breakfast was very minimal and shut down too early at 9:00 A.M. Coffee was very weak--hardly any flavor. Furniture and decorating was "dated" and very worn. Carpet was patched in many places. Beds were not very comfortable and need to be replaced.
