General cleanliness, room was good size, amazing pillowtop mattress.
Office not open all night, thin walls.
Don't let the spartan outside and lack of landscape deter you from staying here! It was super clean and extremely quiet. Huge room with comfy king bed. And only $70. :-)
Wouldn't change a thing
the rooms are nice. But the set up of the building is terrible. 1 set of stairs and no elevator.
no place to hang your clothes
the room was clean the breakfast ok and the price as excellent
Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fairly close to everything.
ice machine did not work
Room was clean and staff very friendly. Location is great! All around good value for the money.
Room darkening shades were great. Plenty of towels. Free breakfast. Mattress very comfortable. A lot of security cameras for added safety.
Outside entry door to room instead of through more secure hallways. Bathtub was small and a curved rod could have help the curtain from clinging.
Asheville in general. Bed was comfortable and location was pretty good.
Staff could have been a little friendlier but overall ok.
Good price, rooms were very clean and well decorated, brand new.
The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Very nice update décor as well.
The staff was abominable. Every person we met had an attitude and was not friendly or helpful at all. The first "gentleman" we met was so rude when we asked why our card had already been charged prior to arrival. He could of cared less and was very argumentative. At checkout, we asked a young lady (the nicest of them, barely) where good shopping could be found. Her response, "I dunno, the mall?" All in all the room was great, the service was not.
Had a room at the back which was peaceful. Nearby restaurants/bar which meant we could walk. Room was decent size, clean, comfy, all facilities you would expect, at a fair cost.
This was a good value stay. Everything was clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was not the greatest, but what can you expect at this price.
No complaints at all.
The room was just a tad better than most two star hotels, which is wonderful. Loved the fridge and microwave. Nice desk and chair for studying, pillows were very comfortable.
Hotel advertised hot breakfast (specifically biscuits & gravy, eggs and bacon), but there were no such items. Only bagels, coffee, and waffles. Had I known ahead of time I would have booked elsewhere more than likely. Second floor is hard to access, as stairs are limited and on the very end.
More than I expected. Nice size room with big comfy bed. Perfect for a couple out touring all day.
You could hear voices in next room like they were in your room. Breakfast could have had some protein-like a hardboiled egg.
Close to Downtown Asheville. .it is a two story motel so it was very convenient for getting our luggage into the room.
It was a nice place...if I had one negative comment would be the bathroom. Our room needed to have the grouting redone.
The location was a little sketchy, an I didnt bother with breakfast but my main complaint is that the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was so far from the toilet I had to basically stand up to reach it. Also, the towels didnt smell clean they smelled like cigarettes
Room was decent and close to downtown
Wifi was horrible and staff gave me inappropriate attitude when I called about it, staff tried to charge me more than my online booking, staff gave me attitude when I called about the fire alarms going off all night
allowed us to check in early, bed was comfortable, breakfast was acceptable, updated room although the bathroom had mildew in a few spots
fire alarms woke us twice during the night, bathroom had extremely poor ventilation, loud air conditioning unit that didn't cool room, stuffy room in general, stay on back side facing unit if possible, loud road noise
The location was great. Close to Biltmore and downtown. The room was clean and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was lacking to say the least. (Slap a frozen biscuit in the microwave!) The front desk "staff" (one person doing several jobs) was less than friendly.
Room was very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Stayed mid October and only used heat when we first came in to take chill off room. Did not turn it on any more.
Breakfast area a little crowded at times. Close to road, so you could hear traffic. Didn't bother some of us.
Wifi poor Noisy corridor
room was very updated
noo one around at desk when I tried to check in-and in morning to check out, had to wait over 10 minutes for clerk to return
