Location to Phillips Arena was excellent. Just a short walk. Trolley stops next to the hotel.Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful.Excellent breakfast.
Rooms are really small. 2 people can't walk around at the same time. We managed okay since we were out of the room most of the time.
Veaceslav Cretu was so kind and helpful valeting our car and helping with the bags. He even ran and got us ice when I shut my hand in the door. Fantastic employee!!
I really appreciated being at walking distance of the Congress Center. Staff members were nice, breakfast was answering every need for congress days. Beds are excellent quality and the hotel is very clean.
I did not like the room It is too old and walls have splatters and elevators are too old and have bad smell There is no parking
The staff was extremely friendly. We were immediately upgraded when we got there. They had unlimited valet parking for $25. It is a block from sky view (we actually had a wonderful view of it from our room), 2 blocks from the park, and a 7 minute walk to the hawks game at Phillips arena. Close food and bars as well.
The parking wasn't free, but the valet would get your car as many times as you like for the one-time 25 buck fee.
the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go!
the hallway, the rug, the size of the room, the desk, the bed and sheets. It was just outdated. It was a little scary to walk on the 5th floor hallway. No desk to do the work. insufficient lighting.
The breakfast was good except the sausages. Location was great. Staff were very nice even if they could do nothing for the smoke smell
We stayed 3 nights and I was sick with the strong smell of smoke. During the evening, someone smoked in the room next door and I can smell it in my room. Parking is expensive.
location was good
Didn't know that the parking actually cost $25 / day. There was a live cockroach on the night stand.
clean rooms, location was good
small rooms, expensive parking.
Customer service was EXCELLENT!
The room itself was AWFUL (spots on the bathroom wall, furniture scratched up, ceiling in bathroom about to fall in, spot on bed comforter, and stains in the bathtub)! I will not VISIT this hotel again!
Breakfast was ok . Room clean
Room was way to small
Two of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent and staff working the area was very friendly.
Gym was not clean and had no working treadmills and a stationary bike that was missing a paddle; staff at front desk seemed annoyed when told about the equipment issues. Woke up early one morning inundated with the smell of pot smoke. There were 2-3 instances where I had to ask about taxi or other service and the staff was not friendly, even seemed irritated that I would ask.
In downtown and thus in walking distance to many things, also train to airport
room was tiny, a bad chair which hardly fitted between table and bed, so working a bit was made difficult. Breakfast o.k. but all plastic which I find bad taste.
Everything was walking distance
The room was a little too small
The staff! The view!
Having to wait over a hour on our room, but it was worth it.
We did not like anything about this facility
The staff was not friendly, was not helpful. The place was dingy and not clean looking, worn, poor upkeep, not in a safe block. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The ac sucked and there was no closet DOOR.......We did not feel safe!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
No towels Semi rude staff I felt like my online bbooking gave me false expectations
It was close to everything that I need. Food, bar, clubs, etc..
Location, the hotel is close to all the main attractions in Atlanta. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. I commend the staff on being able to achieve this while the hotel is either busy or quiet. The WiFi worked well and the business area in the lobby had a printer if you needed it. The hotel is value for money as the breakfast was included and the coffee was okay.
The hotel needs a face lift. The carpets and decor are all very tired and worn out. The breakfast was okay (some choice) for being included in the room rate. But you needed to make sure that you got there early if you did not want to eat with all the crowd and get a reasonable seat.
The breakfast in the hotel was very good. I enjoyed the pancakes the most. The people there was very nice, they greeted you every time you came back from outside. The beds was very comfy.
We was looking forward to a pool, but i guess that was in the other Holiday Inn.
good location, close to subway, small but clean room with refregi and microwave oven, good wireless connection
no vege in breakfast, no supermarket nearby
Front desk staff was excellent - thanks philicia for your kindness and professionalism.
Disappointed with how beds were situated in room which blocked ac/heating unit. We called the front desk because the room wasn't cooling and the ac was on 64°. Maintenance came up immediately and removed the plastic covering and the room eventually cooled. The person closest to the unit was the most comfortable, the other 3 not so much. Not sure if all double rooms are set up similar, but if not, will request another room the next time!
Location, friendliness of staff, nearby attractions and close proximity to MARTA transit system all a plus.
Excellent central location close to Civil Rights Museum and Coca-Cola
Taxi drivers who park outside the hotel and who pick up at the airport as they don't use the meter and rip you off (not the fault of the hotel but something for visitors to Atlanta to be cautious of)
