Ask front desk 3 times for written direction to Atlanta Zoo. Was told each time to take the public transportation.
close to what we wanted to do.
smell in the room; relatively poor breakfast
good location if you would like to visit World of Coca Cola, Aquarium and CNN; helpful employees; the tourist tram stops nearby the entrance to the hotel
I liked my stay it was very comfortable
No bad comments!
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. We had an great suite. We had a very comfortable king bed with lots of pillows. The room was clean and all the staff was very helpful. The have a very good continental breakfast as well. We liked our stay at Holiday Inn Expess & Suites. When we visit ATL we will be sure to stay here again. It is close to public transportation and to all down attractions.
Walking distance to attractions/venues
Everyone is so friendly.
The room was very clean.
As a property did not live up to my expectations of other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at.
Staff very helpful and efficient
Tiny room had no business being sold as a double. There was not enough room for anything. Leaking toilet clogged shower and dirty electricity. Don't plug anything in without a surge protector.
Location in the heart of downtown
If there was anything that was lacking, it was that there was no bar or room service, but those weren't necessary - restaurants and bars are very close by, and if I'd wanted to, I could have ordered delivery.
Location was exactly the same as some much more expensive hotels, great comfort, and breakfast included. Great experience!
Everything was great
The staff seemed to be a little unorganized for a big crowd. Valet parking was great coming in but overrun with those trying to exit. The counter again was great for checking in but not so much for checking out.
We liked that we were surrounded by all the beautiful sights and it was in a great location. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning and had something for everybody.
Hotel is very old and poorly maintained No Restaurant and no Parking
Rooms are really small. 2 people can't walk around at the same time. We managed okay since we were out of the room most of the time.
Location to Phillips Arena was excellent. Just a short walk. Trolley stops next to the hotel.Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful.Excellent breakfast.
Veaceslav Cretu was so kind and helpful valeting our car and helping with the bags. He even ran and got us ice when I shut my hand in the door. Fantastic employee!!
I really appreciated being at walking distance of the Congress Center. Staff members were nice, breakfast was answering every need for congress days. Beds are excellent quality and the hotel is very clean.
I did not like the room It is too old and walls have splatters and elevators are too old and have bad smell There is no parking
The parking wasn't free, but the valet would get your car as many times as you like for the one-time 25 buck fee.
The staff was extremely friendly. We were immediately upgraded when we got there. They had unlimited valet parking for $25. It is a block from sky view (we actually had a wonderful view of it from our room), 2 blocks from the park, and a 7 minute walk to the hawks game at Phillips arena. Close food and bars as well.
the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go!
the hallway, the rug, the size of the room, the desk, the bed and sheets. It was just outdated. It was a little scary to walk on the 5th floor hallway. No desk to do the work. insufficient lighting.
We stayed 3 nights and I was sick with the strong smell of smoke. During the evening, someone smoked in the room next door and I can smell it in my room. Parking is expensive.
The breakfast was good except the sausages. Location was great. Staff were very nice even if they could do nothing for the smoke smell
Didn't know that the parking actually cost $25 / day. There was a live cockroach on the night stand.
location was good
small rooms, expensive parking.
clean rooms, location was good
The room itself was AWFUL (spots on the bathroom wall, furniture scratched up, ceiling in bathroom about to fall in, spot on bed comforter, and stains in the bathtub)! I will not VISIT this hotel again!
Customer service was EXCELLENT!
Room was way to small
Breakfast was ok . Room clean
