In a great location along the Atlantic City boardwalk, Tryp by Wyndam Atlantic City features an outdoor swimming pool. A continental breakfast is served daily.
Score from 244 reviews Very good
Staff very nice people.
The hotel itself was awful. Lousy bed, lousy room, I got a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes badly ! They need to upgrade this facility. I stayed one night and I can handle poor situations this was one I hated. The smell of cigarettes in a non smoking room makes me mad. Poor lighting.
Near the boardwalk and casinos and outlets.
At night there would be homeless and shady people in the streets. Don't walk thru at night.
Daniel at the front desk was very friendly as was the rest of the staff, room was clean, sheets were very white and clean. Bathroom was clean. Heat worked perfectly, tv was very good, queit. It was exaclty what it was suppose to be, a hotel room. Would def stay there again.
No Complaints at all!!!!
I love access to all of the Cable Networks, but what happened to HBO? Plentiful amenities -- soap, shampoo. And the coffee maker is great and convenient. Continental breakfast in the lobby is always a great thing to wake up to in the morning.
The room was comfortable, although it was located way in the back overlooking a side street. I prefer the rooms over the lobby area.
the staff is so friendly
the wifi is not that efficient
clean, quiet and comfortable
This accommodation is well located, just one a half blocks to the Boardwalk, where you can find restaurants, casinos, stores, beach, attractions and all the things that you are looking for when you go to Atlantic City. In fact, you don’t even need a car to move when you stay in this facility. The room is well equipped and has enough space, even for large people. You can order pizza to your room. It has elevator. It has its own and free parking. Everything in the room worked well and the TV is large enough. They have vending and ice machine. If you are planning to spend little money in your accommodation or if you are running short of money, I widely recommend this hotel.
Although the facilities are a little old, this room really worth the money.
That's it was quiet
the soda machine was outside
the bed & the shower..& wifi
spooky looking hallways..dirty peeling paint..electric outlets hanging halfway out sockets..VERY SMALL room compared to pics on site.. I won't be going back..that's for sure.. ( mind you that this trip was also in late november..off season)
I liked that it was quiet. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. The price was excellent.
It was a little far from the casino that I play. In the rain or snow it could feel like a long walk, but would be perfect to stay in the summer
The close proximity to Boardwalk Hall was convenient. It was also close to Tanger Outlets.
The location of the hotel was not what I imagined when booking. The lobby, rooms and breakfast area were small. There were at least 50 rooms in the hotel but only enough seating for two or three in the breakfast area. We stayed two nights and each day we had to get new keys. On the very first day, another visitor was assigned to our room and almost gained entry to our room. Thankfully, we had the safety lock on the door. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I liked (even a little).
It was close to the boardwalk and other attractions
There were several outlets that did not work. And the coffeemaker didnt work. Also there was no iron, just an ironing board
It is close to the boardwalk. Parking free. While the rate is not expensive, does not have a good relationship between price and quality offered. Next time I would choose another one.
The neighborhood is not good. There´s a couple of taberns around the hotels, that doesn´t look very nice. But I have no trouble at all. Cleanliness is poor. Carpet is old. Not flat TV (old one 24 inches). Breakfast is basic.
The convenience to the boardwalk and 711.
The way housekeeping barged into my room without knocking. The smell of the rooms. The way the locals hangout in around the building. It was creepy.
The price was right... miss america was in town so prices were up.
It was kind of small and no pool
I liked how close Super 8 was to the boardwalk. Literally, it was 2 minutes from the night life.
Not worth the money. The pool is small and located right on the side walk where everyone passes by. The hotel should be named a Motel. The wait to check - in was ridiculously long. For a "motel" as such, I would not have paid as much as I did.
clean, great location
Only that it was close to the boardwalk and it had free wifi.
The lobby is so messy, it smelled so bad, the bathroom in the lobby is really small and right when i entered it it smelled like urine and dirty. Front desk had papers and files all over counter. Air conditioner in my room didnt work well, i called the front desk and they didnt go anything abo
It was close to boardwalk.
Cleanliness, not enough parking, smoking smelling, tv did not work.
Is unsave for people
You get what you pay for!.
7-10 free breakfast too early
Close proximity to the beach was nice. Neighborhood is decent and you don't have to travel through rough spots to walk in the evening. Friendly staff.
A bit outdated and signs of wear and tear, but easily overlooked when saving $100-$150 vs staying at a big hotel. Better for a group of friends.
Location and pool facility ok
It appeared old and needs repairs to rooms and front desk
Clean. Great location being very close to the boardwalk and in walking distance of the outlets. Read other reviews which weren't so good but my stay was great. Very clean, and the pool was nice. Can't beat the price for the location. No problems. Well patroled area by local police. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
Property to the left of the building was a little shady.
