Comfort, convenient, reasonable in price.
Staff can be slack. Tendency to not have towels when you get back in the room, and not be very friendly at the desk.
hotel was in good location from the interstate
went to move bed to check why the phone did not work.Under the bed was three used needles There was dirt that looked like it had been there for six months did not tell my wife.Would not recommend this hotel
Linen, bath towels and wash towels were clean. Television had more channels than I had. It was quiet until it sounded as though a group of bikers guys and girls rode in with booze and loud music. After a quick call, the group and noise removed themselves immediately!
First walking in room, it had bad smell and I was appalled at the ragged bedspread on the bed, remote didn't work, large hole in bathroom door with plastic bag stuck in it and visible junk in the air/heat system. The sink counter and everything around it was dirty and ammenities were placed on top of the dirt. Last, but not least, mirror and television screen could have used some windex.
Nothing lazy front desk stood out side in the cold for 15 min waiting on front beak to come back
Nothing I was all ready there would kiss the money already posted do lesson learned I would not recommend staying on top of the roaches the water pressure was very poor quality in both the shower and sink not to mention the water was luck warm
Upon arrival the tub and sink were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows needed replacing. I could only get four channels on the TV.
The price and staff plus the rooms were decent and well kept
Honestly I think it's a good hotel but I have small kids that were traveling with me... Strange people would walk thru all times of the night plus some would even knock on your door asking for such and such long for drugs.... Mercy time I'll be sure to do more research cause I don't allow my kids around that type of environment....the price you couldn't beat it but the type of environment ain't worth saving money...
Outlet did not work, WiFi didn't connect, roaches were crawling around in the room.
The lady at the front desk was very courteous
When getting to the room, the smoke detector was beeping constantly, staff gave me a battery and I had to replace it myself. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was no TV remote in the room and the one I was given didn't work. There was no coffee maker as described.
I liked nothing about this place big the wifi.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed while traveling. Linen was dingy, tub was dirty, and my son even spotted a roach in the bathroom. Don't waste your money. We will never stay there again.
Everythinq was great
hear the bumping from up stairs
Location was convenient as we were just traveling through and the room was quiet.
Could not make toll free calls from our room. Also our room came without toilet paper. This was probably an oversight, but indicative of the care given to the property. The first room we were offered only had a shower.
staff was very polite and courteous
Room was decent, bed was nice pillows very uncomfortable the desk chair in my room one of the wheels was broke chair tried to kill me hitting me in the head. Over all the room was nice for the price.
My room was clean and the counter person was very friendly..I always stay here.I book online and get a super low rate..
the computer in lobby was down so I wasnt able to print my boarding pass for flight home but everything else was great.
bed & pillows were comfortable room was updated quiet friendly staff
door did not lock automatically
I made reservations off internet, when checking into the motel, we didn't have the right rooms, was not told all two-bed rooms were on second floor. While staying there, the toilet became clogged, informed front desk at 9:00 am. At 7:00 pm toilet was still clogged. When we asked the front desk why, we were told that was not her problem, and if we wanted to have it fixed, we could do it ourselves. When my mother asked to talk to the manager, the clerk was going to call the police because my mother was upset. All in All this was the worst stay at any motel I have ever stayed at.
Location was convenient if u just wanna crash in a bed after a long drive The room was very nice for the price
Wifi wasnt working properly Outside it was smelly and noisy during the night (roadworks?)
First I did a booking online and reserved a 2 bed because I was going to be traveling with my husband and 2 younger child. So I made sure to reserve a 2 bed , and that I was going to get there between 1pm-2pm . I also made sure to mark that I was going to pay in a different format. When we got there we actually got there sooner I understood there where no room so we waited until 2pm when we went and try to get our room the lady on the desk tells me that I need to wait more because my room wasn't ready I waited until 4pm to get that room. Then when we were about to pay the lady in the front desk tells me that she already had charged it to the credit card without even asking me. Why are you going to give me the choice if when I get there you do as you desire. I have stayed in many hotel of yours many times since I just travel for business trips , these trip I had to travel with my family for a last minute family reunion. The truth I was very disappointed.
When we got to the room I noticed the soap holder and 2 tiles sitting on the counter..
Bathroom was clean and updated. Had a large shower like in a home and tiled floor. Not fancy but pretty okay. Bed was comfy and the sheets looked and smelled clean. I felt safe.
The room was very clean but the carpet looked dirty. The worst was that next morning it rained and we were awakened at 6am by a loud, constant noise. We were not able to go back to sleep. It sounded like someone had a hosepipe and was spraying water directly at our door. It was loud and annoying. It was actually rain shooting out of a gutter onto the hood of a car parked in front of our room. It wasn't our car so we couldn't move it. Even if we could, it would have made nose hitting the pavement, I'm sure. It rained the whole day. That being said, if it had not rained, I would have given the room a much better rating. It was a great location and very quiet even being in such a busy area.
Good location, very helpful having the Denny's connected to the location. Staff was accommodating to our needs.
The housekeeping staff was extremely loud, yelling outside as if they were at a friendly gathering. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was a cigarette left in the shower. They never took out our trash. And we had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels.
I am think the customer service I had booked online and it put me in a room upstairs.but the girl working the desk gave me a different room down stairs..
No bath towels left in room had to go ask for some in office
