Staff was great; friendly and very helpful
We liked the closeness to the freeway and easy access. The staff let us check in early and it was a quiet place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
My big issue is a clean hotel and i got that so what else can i say
Breakfast could offer a few more hot foods i think
The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We slept great. Very quiet as well. Our check in clerk was very very nice.
I think the lobby could use a major facelift. The Statue of Liberty is out of place at the entrance, the breakfast area is not inviting being shoved in the lobby. Less is more in this case. The room attendant who appeared in the lobby to answer the clerks question was unprofessional. The clerk asked how a room was, she said ok. Asked again, she said ok. That made us uneasy at check in.
Quiet location, clean facility.
The Wi-Fi was not functional the first day, despite repeated attempts by staff to fix it.
Seeing at least 6 dogs in the hallways was. ..dirty floors. .creaking tub/shower. .overcrowded small breakfast area out of coffee etc. It was terrible.
Room and bed were comfortable. Furnishings were Spartan at best but acceptable for a lower priced place.Appreciated the refrigerator / freezer, better than those in more expensive places. As a diabetic, I need to be able to refrigerate insulin.
There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room. Weather was mild, so I could sleep with the window open. Breakfast was limited and there was insufficient seating in the breakfast area.
The bathroom was so small, my husband could hardly turn around, nor take a shower.
No lights on around the hotel Super 8 sign not lit at dark Room dirty, dust and more dust Room needs thorough cleaning, that includes the air conditioning vents. Only one pillow on bed, asked front desk for one and he said he didn't have extras, but he would give me two blankets instead. I found pillow that was forgotten by cleaning staff tucked behind chair and TV console. Pillow did not have pillow case. The Wi-Fi is so slow and continues to disconnect while you try to use it. Front desk should know correct directions on how to find hotel.
The room was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned. I don't know where booking.com got the pictures for this place but our room certainly wasn't what was shown online.
Older facility-cramped bathroom and shower area while sink is in the sleeping area. Other motels offer larger, better designed rooms at the same price range. In addition, the morning coffee and waffle area was too small for the amount of people participating - no juices being offered like orange or apple.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff went out of their way to answer all of our questions and gave great advice on where to bike and to eat. Very friendly and attentive...
Internet was spotty. Even tried switching between different wifi locations and no better luck.
the rooms were not ready on time the pool was not clear and the the pool and spa looked very dirty, my opion this hotel should be rerated.
Location was right off the interstate which was ideal for our road trip
When we arrived our hotel reservations made by booking.com was not in the system. They had a stack of papers of 3rd party reservations on the side. Because we were not in the system the room we booked was not what we received. The front desk clerk was rude and not apologetic to the situation. The hotel was not what was advertised in the pictures, the WiFi didn't work, the toilet flusher was broken and the toilet ran all night. Hotel was nonsmoking but people smoked right outside and you could smell it. In the morning when we went to check out there was no one to help us, we just left the key because we had to hit the road. I will never stay here again.
I came not feeling well and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The staff at the desk couldn't find our reservation and it seemed like she took a long time to find us a room. Of course I wasn't feeling well and just wanted to lie down.
1. It was cheap 2. Close to the interstate 3. No mold or mildew...I'm very allergic and can't stay in hotels with mold or mildew
1.The beds were super hard. 2.The hand written sign stating the hotel is not responsible for things stolen from parked cars made me worry all night long about the safety of our vehicle and belongings. 3. Although the room was cleaned, everything shows extreme use...it's very worn 3.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. lovely pool.
Jacuzzi in room, breakfast
Bed broke my back in room 128. Housekeeper barged in while I was naked in front of the mirror. I think I scared her more.
Room was clean.
Pool wasn't clean
Nice jacuzzi room.
The hot water was scolding hot, burned my foot had to get out of jacuzzi because it hurt so bad. Glad we didn't have young children who might not of checked the water temp. Hair dryer didn't work had to go to bed with wet hair.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Shower head was clogged and had poor pressure
Quietness of area.
Pet room - Wet stains on floor...Carpet was dirty. Internet was down the whole time. Security was not good as back door to hallway at ground level didn't close and lock. Suggest they put lino on the floors like Motel 6 in the pet rooms.
Clean, good price.
Window left open, wi fi not functionable
Clean room. Came in late and only 1 person on duty. She was so sweet
Breakfast selection slim
The price and location of the hotel are great, it fit the need of our stop on our way home from ut. It was close to the freeway with a gas station with diesel across the street. The rooms were ok for the price, and the breakfast was good.
We reserved this hotel for our drive back from ut because it had an indoor pool and our hotel on our way to Utah did not. We promised our 3 year old we would go swimming a couple days prior to our stay. We had a disappointed kid when we checked in and found the pool was closed for mantainance or something. Also upon entrance to our room we saw bloody tissues in the trash can by the sink, and a few curlies in the bath tub. Normally I wouldn't complain about a hotel under $100 but with having a 3 year old and a 4 month old who knows what other "dirties" were there. And of course a kids favorite place to play in the hotel is the floor... But overall the hotel suited out needs for the night.
