Nice rooms , comfy beds, good price
Smokey in lobby, bug climbing on wall in bathroom, when checking out left without receipt because hotel clerk was no where to be found ( 2 housekeepers did try to find her)
ask for lower level room (handicap} did not have got upstairs as leaving wife fell down 8 steps brusing&cutting head &body
Every single trip my family takes to Cave City, Arkansas will be spent at this hotel for the night. 3rd year in a row and they have been superb every single time.
Word to the wise, keep a close eye out for that Super 8 sign off the main road...for some reason the address always messes up in my GPS, but that's not the hotel's fault!
Price was great, room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
Walked in clerk wouldn't acknowledge me until I said something. Kept trying to charge me for two nights. Finally got checked in, got to the room and it was already occupied, next room wasn't the one we requested. So after about 30 minutes worth of hassle got the right room. Clerk could care less, just wanted to get back to his computer. I didn't even want to know what he was looking at.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, The room was very comfortable.
Clean bed, fridge worked.
Staff was hard to find at night and the phone for paging them was broken. Room was 62 degrees, way to conserve energy and make my gf freeze to death for the first 20 mins.
It was clean and the beds very comfortable! Thankful for the microwave and frig..would stay again!
The breakfast was very poor.. It would take so little more improve it..not sure why they can't.. Went and got our own.
one of best places we have stayed at loved the beds.
For the Value the rooms were nice, the staff provided my wife with an Ironing board and Iron, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious as well as the Bathroom. Overall, it was a nice room, for the money spent for the room, a real value. I would use booking .com and stay at this establisnment again.
The breakfast was a bit lacking, but for the price of the room per night, I honestly didn't expect any more. I would still stay at this establishment again.
Bottom of tub needed to be scrubbed.
The room was so comfortable and safe for someone traveling alone. Have had 2 major back surgeries and the bed was perfect for my back issues.
The construction workers that stayed there kept going in and out of the door to smoke and let the door bang shut. It was my last night of the 4 I stayed so i couldnt complain.
I liked the fact it was clean and cheap.
Wish it would of had a full breakfast.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Room was very, very, clean. It was also in a quiet location. Bed was comfortable. Nice Staff, very helpful.
Staff thought it was a lot of trouble to make coffee for breakfast room. Staff was yelling to one another up and down the hall. Bed spreads on the beds were dirty.
It was very clean the help was very friendly. Also it was very quiet and I loved my room cause I am a smoker and could smoke not having to run outside.
There was nothing I didn't like.
they allowed us to ck out a day early
had to make two trips to get ckd in- couldnt find our reservation and i made it a week in advance-i asked for a bottom rm because i have a hard time climbing stairs-and the overall service was terrible
Room servicing people, very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast service was the worse I have ever seen and can imagine.
Overall - a good experience - the breakfast was appreciated. The king bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was great!
Our bed was not made every day and we had to ask for clean towels a couple of times but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also our room was upstairs which was a little difficult for a disabled man to navigate and we are also seniors which was a little hard. The cleaning staff knocked a bit too early for us late - risers but were good about it.
